1.Washing Procedure for Rigid Endoscopic Instrument
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE To set the washing procedure of rigid endoscopic instrument and to study how the key steps of the procedure influenceing the washing quality. METHODS Four methods were used to wash the instrument:method A,washing the instrument with the whole procedure;method B,washing the instrument without the scrubbing;method C,washing the instrument without ultrasound cleaning;method D,washing the instrument without flushing the lumen by high pressure devices. RESULTS Method A had the highest qualification ratio. The qualification ratio of the method C was 16.67%,methods B and D were 10%,respectively. The difference between method A and the other three was significant (P

Objective To investigate the influences of the painless care management mode on the analgesic effects , the satisfaction and vital signs in the patients in Recovery Room .Methods A total of 60 patients , who first had laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery and then were sent to the Recovery Room in the period of July 2014 and September 2014 , were included in the study .These patients were divided into control group ( n=30 ) and observation group ( n=30 ) according to the random number table .The conventional analgesic model was applied for the patients in the control group , while the painless nursing management mode was used in the patients in the observation group .The mean values of MAP ,HR,SpO2 ,the satisfaction at the time of entering Recovery Room and 10 min after the drug application and the NRS score measured at the time of leaving Recovery Room were compared .Results The NRS score measured at the time of leaving Recovery Room in the two groups were significantly different (χ2 =9.317, P<0.01).The the satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =10.000, P<0.01).No significant differences were found in the values of MAP ,HR,SpO2 5 min after entering the post anesthesia care unit between the two groups (P>0.05).10 min after the drug application, the value of HR in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t=2.898,P<0.05), but no significant differences were found in the values of MAP or SpO2 between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The painless nursing management mode can significantly improve the analgesic effects of the patients in the recovery period , and improve their psychological experience of comfort .
3.Effect of three different nursing intervention methods during waiting period for operations on preoperative anxiety of cesarean section women
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2014;20(8):913-915
Objective To discuss the effect of difference methods of intervention on preoperative anxiety of cesarean section women .Methods A total of 200 cases of cesarean section women were randomly divided into four groups, each with 50 cases. The first group keep repose, the second group received therapeutic touch , the third group received music therapy , and the fourth group used touch and music therapy both , all of which lasted for 15-20 min.VASA was used to evaluate the level of anxiety , blood pressure and heart rate in four groups . Results The VASA score was ( 3.09 ±0.82 ) in the therapeutic touch group , ( 3.14 ±0.83 ) in the music group, (2.74 ±0.50)in the combination group, and (5.83 ±1.11) in the repose group. The blood pressure and heart rate also declined in the therapeutic touch group , music group and combination group , compared with those in the repose group , with statistically significant differences ( P <0.01 ) .Conclusions Therapeutic touch, music therapy and their combination can effectively relieve the preoperative anxiety and stabilize the blood pressure as well as heart rate of women undergoing cesarean section surgery . The combination of therapeutic touch and music is more effective to alleviate their anxiety .

Objective To explore the effects of target management on pressure ulcer prevention in surgical patients.Method The patients with selective operation were selected as study objects from January 2013 to December 2015. The traditional nursing for pressure ulcer prevention was carried out for operation patients from January 2013 to December 2013. The target management for pressure ulcer prevention was carried out for operation patients from January 2014 to December 2015. And then, we compared the incidence of pressure ulcer, that of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer, annual incidence rate of pressure ulcer of patients with lying position for surgery, distribution of ulcer stage and so on before and after target management. Results The annual incidence rate of pressure ulcer of 2013, 2014, 2015 was 0.23%, 0.11%, 0.07%. The incidence rate of pressure ulcer of 2014 and 2015 was lower than that of 2013 with significant differences (x2=24.23, 43.32 ;P<0.05). The incidence rate of pressure ulcer of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer in 2013, 2014, 2015 was 21.02%, 17.72%, 11.68%. The incidence rate of pressure ulcer of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer in 2013 was higher than that in 2014 , the difference was not significant(x2=1.37, P>0.05). The incidence rate of pressure ulcer of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer in 2013 and 2014 was also higher than that in 2015 with significant differences (x2=13.00,4.88;P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence rate of pressure ulcer of patients with lying position for surgery in 2013, 2014, 2015 was 6.00%, 3.53%, 1.06%. The incidence rate of pressure ulcer of patients with lying position for surgery in 2014 and 2015 was lower than that in 2013 with significant differences (x2=7.63,47.05;P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of target management can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer, that of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer, that of patients with lying position for surgery, guarantee the safety of patient and improve the quality of nursing care in operating room.
