AIM:To observe the treatment for ptosis patients with severe undercorrection after frontal muscle flap suspension surgery. · METHODS: Totally 46 patients ( 67 eyes ) were randomly divided into 2 groups: 23 cases ( 33 eyes ) in Group A were given conjoint fascial sheath ( CFS ) suspension surgery; 23 cases ( 34 eyes ) in Group B Whitnall ligament suspension. Postoperative follow-up was 6mo. Corrected rate, recurrence rate and postoperative adverse reactions were compared and analyzed. ·RESULTS:The corrected rates of the two groups were both satisfied without significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). the Whitnall ligament suspension surgery had less recurrence than CFS suspension surgery, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). The rate of hypophasis after CFS suspension surgery was significantly less than that after Whitnall ligament suspension (P<0. 05). ·CONCLUSION:The two operations both have satisfied corrected rate and low recurrence rate, the Whitnall ligament suspension surgery is less damaging and more easy to operate, while CFS suspension surgery is repeatable and less rate of hypophasis.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Modified Yiqi Chutan Recipe (MYCR) on blood flow perfusion in treating mid-late stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients by using multislice CT perfusion (CTP) , and to assess the relationship between each CTP parameter and the prognosis as well.

METHODSTotally 87 mid-late stage NSCLC patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group (44 cases, Shenyi Capsule + MYCR +chemotherapy) and the control group (43 cases, chemotherapy alone) in the ratio of 1:1. And 21 days consisted of 1 therapeutic course, 4 courses in total. All of them underwent CTP of primary tumor and routine thoracic CT examination (plain CT and enhancement CT) 3 times (before therapy, after 2 and 4 cycles). CT findings were analyzed for tumor size and perfusion parameters [blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), permeability surface (PS), mean transit time (MTT), and time to peak (TP) before and after treatment, and relationship between perfusion parameters and prognosis was also assessed.

RESULTSIn 87 cases, 7 dropped out and 80 cases were available, 40 in the treatment group and 40 in the control group. (1) The relief rate was 47.5% (19/40) and the total stable rate was 77.5% (31/40) in the treatment group, and they were 40.0% (16/40) and 65.0% (26/40) in the control group, with no statistical difference between the two groups (χ² = 0.672, 1.227; P > 0.05). (2) Compared with before treatment group in the same group, BF and PS decreased, and MTT increased in the two groups after 2 and 4 courses (P < 0.05); BE and PS decreased, and MTT increased in the control group after 2 courses (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group after 4 courses, BE decreased more significantly in the treatment group (P < 0.05). (3) After 4 courses, all patients were assigned to the remission group (35 cases) and the non-remission group (45 cases) according to the RECIST standard. Compared with before treatment in the same group, BF, BF, and PS all decreased, and MTT increased in the remission group after treatment (all P < 0.05); BF increased in the non-remission group after treatment (P < 0.05). (4) All patients were assigned to the BE increase group (34 cases) and the BE decrease group (46 cases) according to changed BE values after treatment. Results showed the mean survival rate was 246 days in the BF increase group (the 1-year accumulative survival rate being 13.0%) and 387 days in the BE decrease group (the 1-year accumulative survival rate being 53.1%). The life span was prolonged and the 1-year accumulative survival rate was elevated in the BE increase group, with statistical difference as compared with the BE decrease group (χ² = 19.057, P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONSShenyi Capsule plus MYCR could reduce BE in mid-late stage NSCLC patients , improve vascular permeability, showing better synergistic effect with chemotherapy. CTP could not only reflect the change of tumor size, but also reflect vascular function of the tumor. Meanwhile, changes of CTP parameters were closely associated with prognosis. Patients with post-treatment decreased BE value had better prognosis and longer life span.

Objective To discuss the effect of light invasive treatment of endometrial in husband sperm intrauterine insemination outcomes.Methods A total of 248 patients receiving husband sperm intrauterine insemination were divided into two groups by random digits table method.The patients in light invasive treatment of endometrial group (138 cases with 246 cycles) were performed with light invasive treatment of endometrial,and the patients in control group (110 cases with 201 cycles) were not perfomed with light invasive treatment of endometrial.Human chorionic gonadotropin day of endometrial thickness,intrauterine insemination tube placed successfully or not,whether fertilization tube bloody and clinical pregnancy rates and so on were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in human chorionic gonadotropin day of endometrial thickness between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The success rate of intrauterine insemination tube placement in light invasive treatment of endometrial group was 78.5％ (193/246),which was higher than that in control group (65.2％,131/201),and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The intrauterine insemination tube bloody rate in light invasive treatment of endometrial group was 13.4％ (33/246),which was lower than that in control group (34.8％,70/201),and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The pregnancy rate in light invasive treatment of endometrial group was 31.9％ (44/138),which was higher than that in control group (18.2％,20/110),and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in ectopic pregnancy rate and abortion rate between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Through light invasive treatment of endometrial the husband sperm intrauterine insemination outcomes can be improved.

Objective To determine the relationship between CCDC8 gene and breast cancer.Methods 40 cancerous breast tissue and 22 benign breast tissue were included.qRT-PCR was performed to investigate the expression level of CCDC8 in breast tissue.The correlation between CCDC8 level and the age of patients,tumor size,clinical staging,and the expression levels of estrogen and progesterone receptors,CerbB2,Ki-67,p53 and nm23 were analyzed.Results The expression level of CCDC8 in benign breast tissue (1685±755) was significantly higher than that in cancerous tissues (502.1 ±223.2).Tissues obtained from patients over age 50 showed an increased level of CCDC8 (789.8±367) in comparison to those from patients age 50 or younger (452.5±170.3).The level of CCDC8 expression was negatively correlated with nm23 level (Correlation Coefficient =-0.400,P =0.039),while no correlation was found between CCDC8 and cancer stages,estrogen and progesterone receptor,CerbB2,Ki-67and p53.Conclusion The negative correlations between CCDC8 and age,tumor size and nm23 indicate that CCDC8 is a potential tumor suppressor,influencing the occurrence and progression in breast cancer.

Objective:To translate the Anticoagulation Knowledge Tool(AKT) into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:After obtaining the authorization of the original author, the Brislin cross-cultural translation method was used to translate from the original, back translate and cross-cultural adaptation of AKT to form the Chinese version of AKT. The reliability and validity were tested in 147 patients with atrial fibrillation from January to June in 2020 in Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.Results:The Chinese version retained 20 items of the original questionnaire,with the item content validity index of 0.857-1.000 and the average scale content validity index of 0.85. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.812 and test-retest coefficient was 0.781.Conclusions:The Chinese version of AKT has been proved to be valid and reliable, which can be used to assess anticoagulation knowledge of patients with atrial fibrillation.

Objective:To understand the anxiety and depression status of junior standardized training nurses and its influencing factors,to explore the humanistic care strategies for anxiety and depression,and thus to provide the basis for improving the psychological state of the nurses and the content of standardized training.Methods:Across-sectional questionnaire survey were conducted among 161 standardized training nurses in one Three-A hospital using Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS).Results:The positive rate of depression and anxiety in 161 standardized training nurses were 51.60％ and 34.70％,respectively.The coarse average scores of depression and anxiety were (39.73 ± 8.55) and (37.21 ± 8.64),respectively,which were higher than Chinese norm (33.46 ± 8.55) and (29.78 ± 6.46) (P ＜ 0.05).Family burden,clinical profes-sional knowledge and skills and work environment had influences on depression;family burden and the differences of rotation departments had influences on anxiety.Conclusion:The formulation of content of standardized train-ing should consider the different characteristics of rotation department.We should create a good working atmo-spherefor standardized training nurses,improve the training of professional knowledge and skills on the basis of paying attention to humanistic care,strengthen the training of psychological quality and psychological counseling.

Background Animal model of fungal keratitis is an available tool to the experimental study of the pathogenesis mechanism of fungal keratitis. Current modeling methods of fungal keratitis include corneal scratching, corneal stroma injection and corneal surface lens methods. But these methods still have their own shortages. Objective This experiment was to create a fungal keratitis animal model by modifying corneal surface lens method. Methods Modified animal models of fungal keratitis were created by modified corneal surface lens method in 12 general adult New Zealand white rabbits. The filter papers soaked 108 spores / ml or A106spores / ml of spergillus fumigatus suspension were attached on the de-epithelial cornea surface and fixed with contact lens and tarsorrhaphy for 2 days, and the filter paper with physiological saline was used as control group. The symptoms of anterior segment were examined under the slit lamp in 3 ,7 and 14 days after surgery and scored based on the criteria of Dong. Corneal scraping was stained with 10% potassium hydroxide and calcofluor white stain to observed mycelium under the fluorescence microscope. Corneal tissue sections were examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining and periodic acid Schiff staining under the light microscope. The use of animal followed the Standard of Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. Results Fungal keratitis models were successfully established in 6 eyes and 4 eyes in 108 spores/ml group (6/6) and 106 spores/ml group respectively. The symptom was more severer and score was higher in the eyes of 108 spores/ml group than that in 106 spores/ml group. At 3 and 7 days after surgery,the symptom scores of fungal keratitis models were higher than those of control group from 3 through 7 days with the statistically significant difference (P<0. 01) and the symptom scores of 108 spores/ml group were significantly higher than those of 106 spores/ml group (P<0. 01). At 14 days after surgery, the symptom scores of 108 spores/ml group were still higher than those of control group (P<0. 05). Fungal hyphae was seen in the corneal scrapes in 108 spores/ml group and 106 spores/ml group respectively from 3 through 7 days after surgery. Inflammatory cell infiltration, stroma cells necrosis and fungal hyphae were presented in 108 spores/ml group, and the corneal neovascularization could be observed in 108 spores / ml group 14 days later. Fungal culture revealed the positive outcome in both 3 and 7 days after surgery in 108 spores/ml group,but in 106 spores/ml group,the positive result was only in the 3rd day. Conclusion Modified corneal surface lens method is more feasible and sample in the model of Aspergillus keratitis. This animal model of Aspergillus keratitis is practical for the further study of fungal keratitis.

·AIM: To study the tear function changes in patients with pterygium before and after pterygium transposition.·METHODS: Twenty eyes of 20 patients were enrolled in this study.Schirmer I test and tear break-up time (BUT) were evaluated in patients before and after pterygium transposition.·RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the results of Schirmer I test before and after the surgery.The results of BUT were not significantly different before and up to 4 weeks after surgery. However, BUT prolonged significantly 6 weeks after surgery (P<0.05).·CONCLUSION: Pterygium transposition can improve the tear film function in patients with pterygium.
