Objective In order to evaluate the quality and performance of chlorine dioxide disinfectant,it is necessary to develop a set of methods to determine the components in chlorine dioxide disinfectant.Methods Iodometry,malonic acid iodometry,improved malonic acid iodometry and five-step iodometry were employed to determine the components including ClO_2, Cl_2,ClO_2~-,and ClO_3~-in chlorine dioxide disinfectant,the advantages and disadvantages of the test methods were compared.Results Using iodometry,the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products activated by hydrochloric acid,the content of ClO_2 was 20.23 mg/ml that was accord with the content which was marked in the product label.Using malonic acid iodometriy,the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide contents of ClO_2 was 19.99 mg/ml,Cl_2 was 0.35 mg/ml,in which a little chlorine was detected.Using improved malonate iodometry and five-step iodometry,the activation rates of the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products were 88.0% and 75.6% respectively,ClO_2 and ClO_2~-in the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products could be distinguished.Conclusion Active chlorine dioxide and residual ClO_2~-can be detected by using iodometriy and improved malonic acid iodometry,but iodometriy and malonic acid iodometry can not.

Objective To evaluate the impacts of self-management on quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in community. Method A total of 130 patients with COPD from selected 3 neighbourhood residential committees in Longhua community were randomized into intervention group (65 cases) and control group (65 cases). The control group was treated with conventional health education, the intervention group was treated with self-management education program. Both groups were evaluated by the Chinese version of the chronic disease self-management study measures and SF-36 profile before and after the 6 months intervention. Result After 6 months, the scores of the chronic disease self-management study in the control group were holistic health (3.52 ± 0.64), symptom (18.86 ± 3.06), shortness of breath (3.92 ± 1.74), somatic function (8.15 ± 0.51) and impact on life (22.21 ± 7.14), while the scores in the intervention group were holistic health (2.43±0.43), symptom (15.68±3.66), shortness of breath (2.06 ± 1.30), somatic function (5.73 ± 1.08) and impact on life (16.43 ± 5.17) , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the dimensions and total score of quality of life of the intervention group were (52.41±7.90 vs. 71.63±8.11, P<0.01). Conclusion The effective self-management could improve symptoms, the ability of self-management and their quality of life.

Objective: To explore the relationship between non-dipper pattern of blood pressure circadian rhythm and homocysteine (Hcy), carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: A total of 240 T2DM patients including 139 male and 101 female were enrolled. According tonocturnal blood pressure falling rates, the patients were divided into 2 groups: Dipper group,n=80 and Non-dipper group,n=160; based on CAS condition, the patients were divided into another set of 2 groups: CAS group,n=119 and Non-CAS group,n=121. Blood levels of Hcy, carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) and 24hSBP, dSBP, nSBP, 24hDBP, dDBP, nDBP were compared between 2 groups in each set; the risk factors of CAS were analyzed. Results: The following indexes were higher in Non-dipper group than Dipper group: Hcy by μmol/L (16.41.0±8.08 vs 12.55±4.07), CIMT by mm (1.00±0.59 vs 0.80±0.30), 24 hSBP by mmHg (138.7±19.2 vs 127.5±15.6), dSBP (139.4±19.2 vs 132.0±16.2), nSBP (136.4±20.0 vs 113.8±15.0), nDBP (74.0±12.0 vs 64.9±9.8), allP<0.01. Multi linear regression analysis indicated that Hcy (β=0.011,P<0.01), nSBP (β=0.021,P<0.01), nDBP (β=0.018,P<0.01) could affect blood pressure circadian rhythm. The following indexes were higher in CAS group than Non-CAS group: CIMT (1.18±0.65 vs 0.69±0.72), age by years (62.33±12.02 vs 59.17±10.80), 24 hSBP (138.2±18.2 vs 131.9±18.9), dSBP (139.5±18.4 vs 134.4±18.5), nSBP (133.9±20.7 vs 123.9±20.9) nDBP (73.3±12.8 vs 68.6±11.0),P<0.05 orP<0.01; while 2 indicators in CAS group were lower than Non-CAS group: SBPF (4.00±7.89 vs 7.66±7.36), DBPF (5.95±8.44 vs 10.19±8.67),P<0.01. Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=2.204,P<0.05), nDBP (OR=2.357,P<0.05), SBPF (OR=2.562,P<0.01) were the risk factors for carotid atherosclerosis. Spearman correlation analysis presented that CIMT was positively related to age (0.195,P<0.05) and negatively related to SBPF (r=-0.191,P<0.01). Conclusion: T2DM patients with non-dipper pattern of blood pressure circadian rhythm were usually combining high blood level of Hcy, non-dipper pattern was the independent risk factor for CAS. Restoring blood pressure circadian rhythm is important to prevent atherosclerosis.

Congenital heart disease is one of the most common birth defects, which is the main cause of death in children.Cardiovascular development is a complex process involving multiple genes, signaling pathways and regulatory factors.According to the sequencing of human genome and encode project, more than 80% of the genes in the genome are transcribed, but only 3% of these transcripts correspond to protein-encoding RNA.It is pointed out that non-coding RNA is as important or even more important as encoding RNA.More and more evidences show that not only encoding genes are involved in the regulation of cardiovascular development, but also protein non-coding genes play an important role in the development of heart.This review will summarize the biological characteristic and function of long noncoding RNAs, and introduce the role of some representative lncRNA in heart development and congenital heart disease.

Objective To study the analysis of ritodrine hydrochloride in comparison with Magnesium Sulfate expect application effect in the treatment of placenta previa.Methods In Wenling Maternal and Child Health Care Department from January 2014 to December 2016 were 100 cases of expectant treatment of placenta previa patients as the research object in the course of the study, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two were 50 cases each.The control group was treated with the Magnesium Sulfate treatment, patients in the experimental group of ritodrine hydrochloride.A comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group of patients with successful pregnancy, prolonged pregnancy and neonatal weight and other indicators, including the adverse reactions of patients.Results After the treatment,the number of success cases in experimental group was 48 cases, the success rate was 96%,the number of cases to 42 cases stopped bleeding during pregnancy, to extend the time for(16.2±12.0)days, neonatal weight(3.21±0.35)kg.The number of cases of successful pregnancy control group of patients was 41 cases, the success rate was 82%,the number of cases to 36 cases stopped bleeding during pregnancy, to extend the time for(12.2±10.2)days, neonatal weight(2.39±0.48)kg.Available, the experimental group success time extension of pregnancy and neonatal weight were significantly better than the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Can be obtained, the experimental group and the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically significant.Conclusion Ritodrine hydrochloride and Magnesium Sulfate expect application effect in the treatment of placenta previa compared the clinical effect of ritodrine hydrochloride, can effectively improve the indicators for further promotion and application, has the clinical significance.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of thoracoscope mediastinal tumor resection with the laryngeal mask anesthesia. Methods 40 cases of mediastinal tumors were randomly divided into two groups from 2012 to 2015, 20 cases in each group. Laryngeal mask group performed thoracoscope mediastinal tumor resection with laryngeal mask anesthesia and the Intubation group performed thoracoscope mediastinal tumor resection dou-ble-lume nendo tracheal intubation anesthesia, then compare the overall effect. Results All the patients were suc-cessfully completed with the thoracoscope surgery, no transfer to open chest cases. The preoperative anesthesia time of laryngeal mask group was shorter, blood pressure and pulse range of wave was smaller in the process of anesthesia and surgery, move restlessly was less, postoperative recovery time was shorter, and lower incidence of postoperative pharynx ministry unwell and sore throat, so the laryngeal mask group shows statistically significance comparing with the intubation group (P < 0.05); Operative time, operative field exposure satisfaction, intraoperative blood loss, post-operative extubation time and hospitalization days have no statistical significance (P >0.05). Conclusion The laryn-geal mask airway intravenous anesthesia in thoracoscope mediastinal tumor resection in practical good, in the preop-erative anesthesia and postoperative recovery time and postoperative sore throat was better than that of intubation group, so should be extended in clinical treatment.

Objective:To determine the content of stilbene glucoside in polygonum multiflorum by HPLC. Methods: An Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(100 mm ×4.6 mm,3.5 μm)column was adopted with acetonitrile-water(18∶82) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 320nm and the injection volume was 8 μl. Results:The linear range of stilbene glucoside was 38-237. 5 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 4)with the average recovery of 98. 32%(RSD=1. 59%). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and specific in the content determination of stilbene glucoside in polygonum multiflorum.

The HPLC fingerprint determination method of Jinzhen oral solution was established to provide a new method for quality control of Jinzhen oral solution. RP-HPLC was used for phenomenex Luna C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column, with 0.1% H3 PO4 water solution and acetonitrile as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. HPLC fingerprint of Jinzhen oral solution was established to identify 17 common peaks in Jinzhen oral solution. The similarity of fingerprints of 10 batches of finished products was more than 0. 90. The established HPLC fingerprint has a better precision, reproducibility and stability, and can be applied in quality control of Jinzhen oral solution.
