2.Descending necrotizing mediastinitis: report of two cases and literature review
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(4):262-264
We reported 2 cases of descending neerotizing mediastinitis (DNM) and reviewed the related literatures. The etiology, clinical manifestations, imaging manifestations, diagnostic criteria and therapeutic strategies of DNM were discussed. It is concluded that descending necrotizing mediastinitis is a life-threatening disease with high mortality and is prone to be misdiagnosed. Early diagnosis, prompt application of sensitive broad-spectrum antibiotics and abscess drainage with proper surgical medality may improve the prognosis of DNM.
3.Amniotic membrane transplantation in corneal and ocular surface diseases
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2014;32(9):769-772
The amniotic membrane has been shown to have anti-inflammatory,anti-fibrotic,anti-angiogenic properties and ability to provide a substrate for the growth of corneal and conjunctival epithelial cells, and it is an ideal material for ocular surface reconstruction. The treating patten of corneal and ocular surface diseases has changed due to the widespread using of amniotic membrane transplantation, but there are a lot of problems in the application of amniotic memebrane in clinic, such as how to grasp indications and reduce the failure rate, how to apply individual skill for different patients with corneal disease, and how to observe postoperative complicationsm and reasonably use medicine after operation. This paper give some personal experience and opinion in orde to achieve better effects in treatment of corneal and ocular surface diseases using amniotic membrane transplantation.
4.Relationship between Antioxidant System of Bilirubin and Ischemic Stroke (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(10):1178-1181
Bilirubin is the final product of aging red blood cells when they were destroyed and degraded. Recent studies have demonstrated that it is a kind of endogenous antioxidant, which plays an important role in anti-atherosclerosis, scavenging free radicals and protecting the tissues and organs from damage. More and more studies have focused on the correlation between bilirubin and ischemic stroke. This article summarized the relationship between the antioxidant system of bilirubin and the occurrence, development and prognosis of atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke.
5.Noticeable problem in diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced keratopathy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(2):105-109
Ocular surface disorders can be caused by the drug-derived toxicity, adverse effect and abuse of eye drops, and usually these disorders present with unspecific and untypical clinical findings. So the eye abnormality induced by topical administration of eye drops often is confused with some corneal inflammatory diseases. In addition, pathogenic mechanisms vary widely due to the different types of eye drops. Therefore, difficulty of diagnosis and poor curative effect often is a challenge for us.Ophthalmologist should be aware of the toxicity derived eye drops on ocular surface.Several noticeable problems of diagnosis and treatment of drug-derived keratopathy were elaborated in this paper.

International Eye Science 2015;(7):1187-1189
The rate of blinding caused by high myopic maculopathy is high, vitrectomy is the most common treatment. However, the effectiveness of vitrectomy for high myopic patients who have serious posterior scleral staphyloma is not ideal. Recent years, posterior scleral reinforcement is used as a supplementary method with vitrectomy in clinical, treating for high myopic maculopathy. lt achieves a positive curative effect especially in macular foveoschisis and macular hole cases. ln this article, we introduced a review of history, current situation, material and surgery operand of scleral reinforcement. lt also makes a further discussion of its prospects used in retina surgery.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(2):175-178
Sulfogalactosylglycerolipid (SGG) is the main glycolipid in male mammalian germ cells, which is selectively and highly expressed in mammalian testes and helps form the lipid bilayer of cell membrane. In the process of spermatogenesis, SGG is involved in the meiosis of spermiocytes. Either deficiency or accumulation of SGG will lead to male infertility. SGG homeostasis in the testis is the premise of normal spermatogenesis. In the process of sperm-zona binding, SGG becomes a component of lipid raft and provides a platform for signal transduction. The SGG binding protein plays a role in sperm-egg recognition and membrane fusion. SGG has a great research value and application prospect in male reproduction.

8.Germ cell membrane lipids in spermatogenesis.
Ting WANG ; Xiao SHI ; Song QUAN
National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(5):450-454
Spermatogenesis is a complex developmental process in which a diploid progenitor germ cell transforms into highly specialized spermatozoa. During spermatogenesis, membrane remodeling takes place, and cell membrane permeability and liquidity undergo phase-specific changes, which are all associated with the alteration of membrane lipids. Lipids are important components of the germ cell membrane, whose volume and ratio fluctuate in different phases of spermatogenesis. Abnormal lipid metabolism can cause spermatogenic dysfunction and consequently male infertility. Germ cell membrane lipids are mainly composed of cholesterol, phospholipids and glycolipids, which play critical roles in cell adhesion and signal transduction during spermatogenesis. An insight into the correlation of membrane lipids with spermatogenesis helps us to better understand the mechanisms of spermatogenesis and provide new approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2010;38(1):27-32
The retention mechanism of acid drugs such as naproxen, ibuprofen, diclofenac, phenylalanine and 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid in microemulsion liquid chromatography has been discussed. The reten tion modeling between capacity factors (k') of acid drugs in microemulsion liquid chromatography and concen tration of surfactant, cosurfactant and lipophilic organic solvent and pH value was set.The results showed the effect of change of concentration of surfactant, cosurfactant and lipophilic organic solvent and pH value on capacity factors of acid drugs in microemulsion liquid chromatography was fully consistent with the theoretical modeling. The retention modeling can better reflect the effect of composition of microemulsion solution and pH value on retention behavior of acid drugs in microemulsion liquid chromatography.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(2):23-26
Objective:To evaluate the clinical performance of low-count platelet(PLT) samples for Mindray BC-6800 automatic hematology analyzer and compare the detection results between two sampling mode(automatic injection, manual injection). Methods: To evaluate the repeatability and contamination rate of low-count platelet samples depend on ICHC, CLSI and other standards; to choose 108 blood samples with thrombocytopenia and detect them in two kinds of detection mode (automatic and manual operation), and then evaluate the consistency of low-count PLT samples between the two modes. Results: The results of two detection modes for low-count platelet samples showed there were well repeatability between them. The CV% of those samples which PLT were upon 20×109/L can be assurance within 5% in two modes. The value and fluctuation of SD and range of those samples which PLT were under 20×109/L were smaller; the SD of two modes were 0.5 and 0.8, respectively; and the Range were 1 and 2, respectively. Both of the two modes were less than 1% in carryover rates, high PLT accounts has no influence on low accounts. The correlation coefficient was up to 0.9910 between the two modes by analyzing the 108 blood samples. The results demonstrate there were low deviation and well consistency between the two modes by analyzing medical decision level concentration point for them. Conclusion: Mindray BC-6800 has good clinical performance to detect low-count PLT samples and there are well consistency between automatic and manual operation. Clinical Laboratory chooses which suitable mode to detect samples may depend on self-situation.
