Objective To confirm the expression of Aquaporin2,3,4(AQP2,3,4,water channel protein) in rats'endolymphatic sacs(ES)and kidneys and to investigate and to compare the effects of anti-diuretic hormone(AVP) and DDAVP([deamino-Cys1,D-Arg8]-Vasopressin,V2-receptor agonist)on the expression of AQP2 in rats' ESs and kidneys.Methods 30 healthy Swards white rats were divided into the negative control,AVP group and dDAVP group respectively.The animals were cardiacally perfused.The temporal bones and kidneys were taken out and sectioned by means of the paraffin-embedded technique.The sections of ESs were labeled with fluorescent antibody by immunohistochemical method,and the kidneys' with avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex method(ABC).The expressions of AQP-2 were confirmed in the ESs of the rats while the different effects of the AVP and DDAVP on the ESs and the kidneys were observed.The slides used were analyzed by the image-analyzer and the subsequent data were statistically studied.Results In the cytomembrane and cytoplasm of ESs' epithelia,the constant and clear fluorescent reaction could be observed in the normal control group with the first antibody of AQP2.Significant feeble fluorescent reaction of the first antibody of AQP-2 was revealed in AVP group and DDAVP group.In comparison with the control group,significant stain was found in AVP group and DDAVP group.Noted were also lower gray(P

Objective To investigate the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride ( PHC) pretreat?ment on nuclear factor erythroid 2?related factor 2∕heme oxygenase?1 ( Nrf2∕HO?1) signaling pathway in re?nal tissues of rats with rhabdomyolysis?induced acute kidney injury ( AKI) . Methods Thirty?six pathogen?free male Sprague?Dawley rats, weighing 200-220 g, were assigned into 3 groups ( n=12 each) using a random number table: control group (group C), group AKI and PHC pretreatment group (group PHC). Rhabdomyolysis was induced by intramuscular injection of 50% glycerol 10 ml∕kg in bilateral hindlimbs. PHC 0?2 mg∕kg was injected intraperitoneally at 30 min before glycerol was injected intramuscularly in group PHC. At 1 and 6 h after glycerol injection, serum was collected for determination of blood urea nitro?gen ( BUN) and creatinine ( Cr) concentrations, and bilateral kidneys were harvested for pathological ex?amination and for determination of HO?1 activity and expression of Nrf2 mRNA and HO?1 mRNA ( by quan?titative real?time polymerase chain reaction) , Nrf2 in nucleoprotein and total protein and HO?1 in total pro?tein in renal tissues ( by Western blot) . The damage to the renal tubules was scored. Results Compared with group C, the BUN and Cr concentrations in serum and renal tubular damage scores were significantly increased, the expression of Nrf2 in nucleoprotein and total protein and HO?1 in total protein was signifi?cantly up?regulated, and HO?1 activity was significantly increased in AKI and PHC groups, the expression of HO?1 mRNA was significantly up?regulated in group AKI, and the expression of Nrf2 mRNA and HO?1 mRNA was significantly up?regulated in group PHC (P<0?01 or 0?05). Compared with group AKI, the BUN and Cr concentrations in serum and renal tubular damage scores were significantly decreased, the ex?pression of Nrf2 in nucleoprotein and total protein and HO?1 in total protein was significantly up?regulated, and HO?1 activity was significantly increased in group PHC ( P<0?01 or 0?05) . Purpose: Observe the varities of lymphocyte subgroup of patients suffering from primary hepatic carcinoma ( PHC) during the treatment by hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and Hyperthemia Peritoneal Perfusion (THPP). Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy in treating chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP). Methods: A total of 65 CNLBP patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method. Thirty-three cases in the treatment group were intervened by sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy; 32 cases in the control group were intervened by medium-frequency electrotherapy plus exercise therapy. Before and after treatment, visual analog scale (VAS), dynamic and static muscle endurance of low back, median frequency (MF) of surface electromyography (sEMG) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were used to evaluate the low back function. The therapeutic efficacy was estimated after treatment. Results: The two groups each had 2 dropouts during the study. The total effective rate was 90.3％ in the treatment group versus 66.7％ in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score, dynamic and static muscle endurance of low back, MF of sEMG and ODI score all changed significantly in both groups (all P<0.05); all the items in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy can effectively release pain in CNLBP patients, increase muscle endurance of the low back and improve the quality of life, and its therapeutic efficacy is more significant than that of medium-frequency electrotherapy plus exercise therapy.

This study assessed the clinical application of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound (3D TVUS) in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation. A retrospective study was performed on 62 patients with congenital uterine malformation confirmed hysteroscopically and/or laparoscopically. The patients were subjected to transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound (2D TVUS) and 3D TVUS. The accuracy rate was compared between the two methods. The accuracy rate of 3D TVUS was (98.38%, 61/62), higher than that of 2D TVUS (80.65%, 50/62). 3D TVUS coronal plane imaging could demonstrate the internal shape of the endometrial cavity and the external contour of the uterine fundus. It allowed accurate measurement on the coronary plane, and could three-dimensionally show the image of cervical tube, thereby providing information for the diagnosis of some complex uterine malformation. 3D TVUS imaging can obtain comprehensive information of the uterus malformation, and it is superior to 2D TVUS for the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformations, especially complex uterine anomaly.
