Objective To observe the quantitative exercise prescription's interferential effects on BMI, blood glucose and blood lipid of the patients having type 2 diabetes in community. Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes in community were divided into two groups randomly. 26 cases were trained with exercise prescription 3.3 and 24 cases trained with exercise prescription 4.2. Changes on body measurement index, blood glucose index and blood lipid index were observed before and after 3 months of the exercise prescriptions in beth two groups, by taking the patients per se as control for observing the changes after the exercise and taking the patents in a group as control for observing the differences between the the patients in the two groups. Results The indexes, such as body weight, fast blood glucose, HbA1c, TG, LDL-C were decreased significanfly(P <0. 05) and HDL-C increased obviously (P < 0. 05) in beth groups, when compared by one grope pretest-posttest contrast. The indexes such as body weight, TG, LDL-C were decreased significandy (P < 0. 05) and HDL-C increased slightly, but not obviously (i.e., without a statistical significance, P >0. 05), in exercise prescription 4.2 group if compared with exercise prescription 3.3 group. Conclusions The application of the quantitative exercise prescription designed for middle-aged and old people can effectively reduce BMI, blood glucose and blood lipid of type 2 diabetes patients in community, and thereby it will be a scientific measure as exercise intervention for diabetes patients in community.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(3):151-155
Objective:To investigate the prognostic significance of D-dimer level in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Methods:The clinical data of 70 newly diagnosed DLBCL patients who were admitted to Tianjin People's Hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The optimal cut-off value of D-dimer for survival was determined according to the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, and the patients were grouped. The differences of coagulation related indexes and clinicopathological features between patients with different D-dimer levels were compared. Kaplan-Meier method was used for univariate analysis of overall survival (OS), and Cox regression model was used for multivariate analysis of OS.Results:According to ROC curve, the best cut-off value of D-dimer for survival was 0.75 mg/L. The proportion of patients with different clinical staging, international prognostic index score, lactate dehydrogenase level had statistically significant differences between the D-dimer ≥0.75 mg/L group (36 cases) and <0.75 mg/L group (34 cases) (all P < 0.05). The prothrombin time of D-dimer ≥ 0.75 mg/L group and < 0.75 mg/L group were (13.5±0.9) s and (13.0±0.8) s, respectively, and the activated partial thromboplastin time were (37±5) s and (34±6) s, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the 5-year OS rates of DLBCL patients with Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, international prognostic index score > 2, lactate dehydrogenase level > 240 U/L, B symptoms, D-dimer level ≥0.75 mg/L were decreased (all P < 0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that D-dimer ≥0.75 mg/L was an independent risk factor for OS of DLBCL patients ( HR=0.368, 95% CI 0.144-0.944, P= 0.038). Conclusion:The level of D-dimer can be used as a clinical indicator to judge the prognosis of DLBCL patients, and the prognosis of patients with high D-dimer level is poor.

OBJECTIVETo explore the damage of respiratory system in the traffic policemen induced by automobile tyre colloidal particle and its allergenicity.
METHODSThe respiratory system symptoms in 445 traffic policemen working outside their offices and 243 controls were investigated and their pulmonary ventilation function index such as FVC, FEV(1.0), MMF and V(50) were determined. The specific IgE antibody of automobile tyre colloidal particle of their serum was determined and the skin-prick test of automobile tyre colloidal particle antigen was performed. Sixty-six traffic policemen working outside their offices and 5 controls with the positive of IgE antibody among them were detected by nasal mucosa provocation test. Sixty-six traffic policemen working outside their offices with the positive of IgE antibody were determined by Terbutaline inhalation test.
RESULTSThe positive rate of respiratory system symptoms of traffic policemen such as cough, stethocatharsis, short breath, nasal obstruction, sneeze and nose running was 38.02%, 27.03%, 20.00%, 23.08%, 27.47%, 32.09% and 34.95% respectively and significantly higher than those of the control with significant difference (P < 0.01) or (P < 0.05). The positive rate of specific IgE antibody of automobile tyre colloidal particle, skin- prick test and nasal mucosa provocation test was 14.51%, 23.73% and 54.55% respectively with significant difference (P < 0.01) and (P < 0.05). The percentage, the actual figure compared with the prediction figure, of the index of pulmonary ventilation function (FVC, FEV(1.0) MMF and V(50)) of traffic policemen were significantly lower than those of the control. Terbutaline inhalation test in 66 positive subjects of specific IgE antibody of automobile tyre colloidal particle was positive in 44 subjects, accounting for 9.67% in all policemen investigated.
CONCLUSIONThe automobile tyre colloidal particle is one of etiological factors that induce pulmonary ventilation function damage and could result in allergic asthma of traffic police.
