Objective To investigate the potential role of FoxP3-expressing CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in children with asthma.Met-hods Intracellular 3-colour flow cytometry and real time PCR were used to assess the expression of FoxP3 in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)of asthma, repectively. Results There were similar frequencies of CD4+ CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood of asthma patients and healthy subjects. However, the percentage of CD4+CD25high and CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ in asthma group were lower than those in healthy subjects(Pa
2.A investigation and analysis for the situation of professional identity of new undergraduates in medical image profession
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(5):138-140
Objective:To investigate and analyze the situation of professional identity of new undergraduates in medical image profession, and guide and arouse the learning initiative, provide education guidance with more pertinence for the professional plan of undergraduate, and enhance employment competence of graduates, and improve the social status of this profession. Methods:The questionnaire survey, comparison of results and trend analysis of relative question for new undergraduates of image specialty were collected and analyzed, and then the general situation of professional identity was obtained. Results: The professional identity of new undergraduates were below the average level, and their cognition for employment situation were not clear, and their evaluations for this profession were lower. Besides, the situations of male were lower than that of female. Conclusion: Face to the trend of fast development of image specialty and shortage of image professionals, the analysis of professional identity for new undergraduates is worthy because it can improve teaching quality, enhance quality for image talent and contribute to establish thorough employment guidance plan for colleges and universities.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(5):750-751,插1
Objective To study the clinical feature and treatment of lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 2 cases of lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma. Results Two cases were asymptomatic who also had previously undergone hysterectomy, but imageology revealed multiple pulmonary nodules bilaterally of various sizes. And one of them had a pelvic mass. Conclusion Lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma is a rare disease. Hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hormonal therapy may be helpful to improve the prognosis.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(12):2024-2026,2031
Objective To study the CT characteristics of rare renal malignant tumors. Methods 7 cases with rare renal malignant tumors confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed and their CT manifestations were analyzed retrospectively. In clinical, all cases had abdomen pain,6 cases had macroscopic haematuria, and 1 case had asymptomatic by chance. Results Of 7 cases,3 ca-ses were sarcomatoid carcinoma,1 case was carcinosarcoma,1 case was malignant mesenchymal tumor,1 case was lymphoma, and 1 case was neuroendocrine carcinoma. The diameter was about 4.0-12.3 cm.1 case had uniform density,6 cases uneven, and the boundary was not clear. Conclusion The rare renal malignant tumors are misdiagnosed easily.Combined clinical data with imaging performance are helpful to make comprehensive analysis, and to improve accuracy rate for diagnosis, definite diagnosis still depends on pathological examination.

China Pharmacist 2014;(2):218-220
Objective:To improve the quality standard for Kangshiming mixtures. Methods:The identification of Angelicae Sinen-sis Radix, Astragali Radix and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex was carried out by TLC. The contents of puerarin and paeoniflorin in the preparations were determined by HPLC. Results:The spots displayed in TLC were clear without interference from the negative control. The linear range for puerarin was 1. 64-49. 20μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9) and 4. 22-63. 30μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 6) for paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 99. 63%(RSD=2. 14%,n=9) and 99. 05%(RSD=2. 70%,n=9) for puerarin and paeoniflorin, respectively. Conclusion:The method is accurate, reliable and specific, and can be used in the quality control of Kangshiming mixtures.

Chinese Journal of Medical Ultrasound (Electronic Edition) 2016;13(12):898-903
Objective To evaluate the role of lung ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia. Methods From April to October 2015, 100 neonates admitted to the Neonatal Department of Xi′an Children′s Hospital underwent lung ultrasound, using the 12 regions method. All intercostal spaces of the upper and lower parts of the anterior, lateral, and posterior regions of the left and right lung were examined. Arterial blood gas analysis parameters of each case were recorded at the same time, including arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PO2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2), pH value and oxygen saturation (SO2). A skilled sonographer analyzed the ultrasound images before being aware of the patient′s clinical condition. According to the ifndings, the patients were classiifed into 2 groups: neonatal pneumonia group and non-pneumonia group. All the patients with neonatal pneumonia underwent lung ultrasound score (LUS), and the correlation between LUS and PO2, PCO2, pH value and SO2 was analyzed. Results A ifnal diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia was conifrmed in 62/100 patients. The ultrasonographic manifestations of neonatal pneumonia were as follows: rocket sign (33/62 patients, 53%), ground-glass sign (35/62 patients, 56%) , waterfall sign (31/62 patients, 50%), white lung (8/62 patients, 13%), subpleural lung consolidation (35/62 patients, 56%), pleural line abnormalities (26/62 patients, 41%), pleural effusion (7/62 patients, 11%), atelectasis (3/62 patients, 4%) , and pneumothorax (1/62 patients, 1%). The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of lung ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia was 96.77%, 86.84%, 93.00% of 92.30%, of 94.28%, respectively. The correlation coefficients between LUS and PO2, PCO2, pH value, SO2 were-0.82, 0.64,-0.58,-0.74,P<0.05, respectively.ConclusionLung ultrasound is a reliable tool for diagnosing neonatal pneumonia with high sensitivity, with high practical value in assisting clinicians to carry out appropriate treatment in combination with LUS.
