Objective To study the CT characteristics of rare renal malignant tumors.Methods 7 cases with rare renal malignant tumors confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed and their CT manifestations were analyzed retrospectively.In clinical, all cases had abdomen pain,6 cases had macroscopic haematuria,and 1 case had asymptomatic by chance.Results Of 7 cases,3 ca-ses were sarcomatoid carcinoma,1 case was carcinosarcoma,1 case was malignant mesenchymal tumor,1 case was lymphoma,and 1 case was neuroendocrine carcinoma.The diameter was about 4.0-12.3 cm.1 case had uniform density,6 cases uneven,and the boundary was not clear.Conclusion The rare renal malignant tumors are misdiagnosed easily.Combined clinical data with imaging performance are helpful to make comprehensive analysis,and to improve accuracy rate for diagnosis,definite diagnosis still depends on pathological examination.

Objective To study the clinical feature and treatment of lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 2 cases of lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma. Results Two cases were asymptomatic who also had previously undergone hysterectomy, but imageology revealed multiple pulmonary nodules bilaterally of various sizes. And one of them had a pelvic mass. Conclusion Lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma is a rare disease. Hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hormonal therapy may be helpful to improve the prognosis.

Objective:To investigate and analyze the situation of professional identity of new undergraduates in medical image profession, and guide and arouse the learning initiative, provide education guidance with more pertinence for the professional plan of undergraduate, and enhance employment competence of graduates, and improve the social status of this profession.Methods:The questionnaire survey, comparison of results and trend analysis of relative question for new undergraduates of image specialty were collected and analyzed, and then the general situation of professional identity was obtained.Results: The professional identity of new undergraduates were below the average level, and their cognition for employment situation were not clear, and their evaluations for this profession were lower. Besides, the situations of male were lower than that of female.Conclusion: Face to the trend of fast development of image specialty and shortage of image professionals, the analysis of professional identity for new undergraduates is worthy because it can improve teaching quality, enhance quality for image talent and contribute to establish thorough employment guidance plan for colleges and universities.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of immediate intravesical instillation combined with short-term maintained intravesical instillat.ion chemotherapy of pirarubicin (THP) after operation for preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder tumor.Methods One hundred and seven patients with superficial bladder tumor were divided by random digits table method into two groups:group A (50 cases ) was treated with immediate intravesical instillation combined with short-term maintained intravesical instillation chemotherapy after operation,and group B (57 cases) was treated with conventional intravesical instillation chemotherapy.Patients in group A underwent intravesical instillation of THP within 24 hours,maintained intravesical instillation once a week for 8 weeks.Patients in group B underwent intravesical instillation of THP in one or two weeks after operation,once a week for 8 weeks.And then once a month for 10 months.All patients were followed up with regular cystoscopy examination.Results Patients were followed up for 13-84 months,the incidence of partial vesical toxic reaction in group A was 26.00 ％ (13/50),general symptom rate was 4.00％ ( 2/50 ),the rate of recurrency was 16.00％ ( 8/50 ).The incidence of partial vesical toxic reaction in group B was 22.81％( 13/57 ),general symptom rate was 1.75％( 1/57 ),the rate of recurrency was 19.30％ (11/57).There was no significant differences between two groups (P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusions Immediate intravesical instillation of THP after operation is safe and effective,but it is not suitable for patients with obvious bladder perforation and large wound surface of bladder mucosa after transurethral rescection.Immediate intravesical instillation combined with short-term maintained intravesical instillation chemotherapy of THP after operation for preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder tumor is effective and well tolerated.

ObjectiveTo investigate the role of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1 ) in process of sevoflurane preconditioning attenuating hypoxia-reoxygenation (H/R) injury in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.Methods Primary cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were randomly divided into four groups ( n ＝ 25 each):control group (group C),group H/R,sevoflurane preconditioning group(group S + H/R),and HO-1 inhibitor zinc protoporphyria (ZnPP) and sevoflurane preconditioning group(group ZnPP + S + H/R).In group H/R,the cardiomyocytes were exposed to 2 hours of hypoxia,followed by 1 hour of reoxygenation.Group S+ H/R received 2.5％ sevoflurane preconditioning for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of wash-out before H/R.ZnPP was added to the culture medium with final concentrations of 3 μMol/L 1 hour before sevoflurane preconditioning and H/R in group ZnPP +S + H/R.HO- 1 expression,apoptosis rate,concentration of free calcium ( [ Ca2 + ] i),mitochondrial membrane permeability transition pore (PTP),cytoohrome C ( Cyto C) expression and activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) in culture supernatant were detected after reoxygenation.ResultsCompared with group C,the expression of HO-1 and cytoplasmic Cyto C of cardiomyocytes were up-regulated,mitochondrial Cyto C was down-regulated,while the [Ca2+ ]i,opening degree of PIP,apoptosis rate and activities of LDH and CK in culture supernatant were increased in group H/R.Compared with group H/R,the expression of HO-1 and mitochondrial Cyto C of cardiomyocytes were up-regulated,cytoplasmic Cyto C was down-regulated,while the [Ca2+ ] i,opening degree of PTP,apoptosis rate and activities of LDH and CK in culture supernatant were decreased in group S + H/R.Compared with group S + H/R,the expression of HO-1 and mitochondrial Cyto C of cardiomyocytes were down-regulated,cytoplasmic Cyto C was up-regulated,while the [Ca2+ ]i,opening degree of PTP,apoptosis rate and activities of LDH and CK in culture supematant were increased in group ZnPP + S + H/R.ConclusionThe up-regulation of HO-1 is involved in the process of sevoflurane preconditioning attenuating hypoxia-reoxygenation injury in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.

Objective:To improve the quality standard for Kangshiming mixtures. Methods:The identification of Angelicae Sinen-sis Radix, Astragali Radix and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex was carried out by TLC. The contents of puerarin and paeoniflorin in the preparations were determined by HPLC. Results:The spots displayed in TLC were clear without interference from the negative control. The linear range for puerarin was 1. 64-49. 20μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9) and 4. 22-63. 30μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 6) for paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 99. 63%(RSD=2. 14%,n=9) and 99. 05%(RSD=2. 70%,n=9) for puerarin and paeoniflorin, respectively. Conclusion:The method is accurate, reliable and specific, and can be used in the quality control of Kangshiming mixtures.

Objective To investigate static closure functional characteristics of lower urinary tract in continence in late pregnancy of primigravida through perineal ultrasound and urodynamieal measurement. Methods From January of 2003 to December of 2005,83 primigravida undergoing antenatal health care in Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were randomly enrolled in the study, while 28 nulliparous women were recruited as control.The perineal ultrasound and urodynamical measurement were performed at the gestation age of 36-40 weeks,in both groups.We analysed the parameters of lower urinary tract function in late pregnancy compared with nullipara,such as maximal urethral closure pressure(MUCP),functional urethral length(FUL),maximal urethral pressure(MUP), valsalva leak point pressure(VLPP),postvoid residual bladder volume(PVRBV)and volume of first desire to voiding(VFDV).Results The average weight of 83 neonates was(3504?404)g.In all of 83 primigravida PVRBV was less than l0 ml.MUP(110 + 22)cm H_2O(1 cm H_2O=0.098 kPa),MUCP (96?22)cm H_2O and FUL(44?9)mm were significantly increased in the third trimester compared with nullipara(P0.05). There were 33 pregnant women suffering from urinary leakage throughout the terms.The data showed that MUCP was significantly lower in the pregnant women with symptoms of leaking than without leaking. Conclusion The static closure function increased significantly compared with nulliparous women.The VLPP was decreased and had relationship with symptoms of leakage.The results suggest that the function of lower urinary tract in continence in late pregnancy of primigravida is complex.
