2.Evaluation of Efficacy of Biofeedback Therapy on Chronic Constipation
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(2):104-106
Chronic constipation(CC)is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders. Treatment of CC includes drug and non-drug treatment. Biofeedback(BF)is a psychological behavior therapy and has become the first-line therapy of CC. However, the efficacy of BF reported varied substantially. This article reviewed the evaluation of efficacy of BF on CC.
3.Evaluation of T-SPOT.TB Test and Tuberculosis Antibody Detection in the Diagnosis of Tuberculosis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(16):2234-2236
Objective To evaluate the performance of T-SPOT.TB Test and serological tuberculosis antibody(TB-Ab) in tuberculosis-assisted diagnosis. Methods Patients were diagnosed as tuberculosis from 2015 January to 2016 March in the hospital.T-SPOT.TB and tuberculosis antibody detection were performed for those patients. Results In 112 cases of tuberculosis patients,101 cases of T-SPOT.TB test were positive and the sensitivity was 90.18%,32 cases of tuberculosis antibody detection were positive and the sensitivity was 28.57%.In 41 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,T-SPOT.TB assay showed positive results in 40 patients and the sensitivity was 97.56%,tuberculosis antibody detection showed positive results in 18 patients and the sensitivity was 43.9%;in 71 cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis,T-SPOT.TB assay showed positive results in 61 patients and the sensitivity was 85.91%,tuberculosis antibody detection showed positive results in 14 patients and the sensitivity was 19.7%.Conclusion T-SPOT.TB was superior to serological tuberculosis antibody(TB-Ab),and the diagnosis of active tuberculosis was higher, and the sensitivity of T-SPOT.TB was higher than that of T-SPOT.TB value.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(2):18-22
Objective:To establish the industry standard for growth hormone quantitative labelling immunoassay kit, and to validate it by chemiluminescence labeling and time-resolved fluorescence labeling method which are suitable for the standard. Methods: Different assay method kits, including magnetic particle chemiluminescent assay, electrochemiluminescence assay, chemiluminescence assay and time-resolved fluorescent assay, were used to verified the blank limitation, linearity, accuracy, precision, specificity and stability in accordance with protocol industry standard. Results: Other verification results could meet requirements of the protocol industry standard besides accuracy in part of kits couldn't achieve to anticipative remand (relative deviation couldn't be more than ±10%).Conclusion: According to the verification results, the accuracy requirements was adjusted to ±15%. The other items of industry standard were maintained. The industry standard for growth hormone quantitative labeling immunoassay kit is ultimately established. The standard would contribute to unity quality standard of growth hormone quantitative labeling immunoassay kit, and provide the basis for the supervision and administration of its production, examination, circulation, clinical application and other areas.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the pollution of phthalate ester in indoor environment. Methods Settled dust samples from 10 households, 10 offices and 10 student dormitories in Beijing were collected. Seven kinds of phthalate esters in these samples were determined with solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC) .Dates were analyzed statistically by nonparametric tests. Results The main phthalate esters in dust were di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP). Of phthalate esters, DEHP with the range of 28-6 073 mg/kg had the highest concentration in indoor dust. The total level of phthalate esters in households was the highest, offices followed, student dormitories was the last. The Kurskal-Wallis H test showed that the concentrations of BBP, DEHP and DCHP in dust were significantly different in 3 types of rooms (P
10. Knockout of NLRP3 enhances hypolipidemic effect and anti-inflammative effect of apigenin in Triton-WR 1339-induced hyperlipidemia mice
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2020;36(4):543-549
Aim To investigate the role and mechanism of NLRP3 on hypolipidemic effect and anti-inflammative effect of apigenin. Methods Triton-WR 1339-induced hyperlipidemia was applied to wide type C57BL/6 and NLRP3"'" mice, which was treated with apigenin of 6.25 mg • kg"1 • day"1 for five days. Blood and liver tissueswere collected for detecting TC, TG, HDL, LDL, IL-1B, IL-6, MCP-1 and the liver underwent HE staining. The expressions of NLRP3, I L 4, ASC, CD36, CYP7A1 and FGF21 were tested using RT-qPCR. Results Compared with NLRP3 "'" model group, serum contents of TC, TG, HDL, LDL, IL-1B, IL-6, MCP-1 were reduced in NLPR3"'" treated with apigenin of 6. 25 mg • kg"1 (P < 0. 05). The percentage of hepatic steatosis wasdown-regulated by apigenin in pathogenesis observation. However, all these phenotype changes were not observed in WT mice treated with apigenin. Moreover, up-regulation of CD36 and vLDLR and down-regualtion of ASC and IL-4 were founded in both WT and NLRP3"'" model group (P < 0. 05), while down-regulation of FGF21 and up-regulation of CYP7A1 were only seen in NLRP3"/ _ model group but not in WT group. Conclusions Knockout of NLRP3 enhances hypolipidemic effect and anti-inflammative effect of apigenin in triton-1339 IP-induced hyperlipidemia mice, which may be associated with apigenin-regulated FGF21/CYP7A1 pathway without NLRP3 inflammasome interruption.
