Objective:To make clear which drugs can cause drug eruption.Methods:Clinical analysis was made based on the patients data regarding the types of the drup eruption and the severity of liver impairment.Results:There are four types of drugs which can cause drug eruption:antibiotics (55.3%),antipyretic analgesic(26.6%)，Chinese medicine (9.6%) and biological preparations (8.5%).The drug eruptions usually manifested as unticaria,measles-like eruption,multiform erythma and stable eruption.Conclusion:The main allergic drugs are antibiotics and antipyretic analgesic.However,attention should also be payed to the Chinese medicine and biological preparations.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of allicin in inhibiting insulin-induced vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation and migration.

METHODThe tissue explant method was adopted to culture rat's aVSMCs, and the immunofluorescence method was used to identify α-SMA. Cells from the third to fifth generations were selected in the experiment The insulin-induced VSMC model was established. The experiment was carried out in five groups: the control group, the insulin group, the allicin group, the ERK inhibitors PD98059 group (20 μmol · L(-1)) and the PD98059 + allicin group. VSMCs' proliferation was determined by CCK8 colorimetric method, while its migration was detected by cell counting; The western blotting was used to detect total ERK, Phospho-ERK, PCNA protein's expression.

RESULTPrimary cultured VSMCs grew well in the spindle shape under the lightmicroscope, with peak and valley. α-SMA immunofluorescence results showed that the cultured cells had typical VSMCs' features. Insulin could stimulate VSMCs' proliferation and migration, with the best effect at the concentration of 100 nmol · L(-1). The pretreatment with allicin could significantly inhibit VSMCs' proliferation and migration induced by insulin in a dose-dependent manner. The pretreatment with PD98059 and allicin + PD98059 could inhibit VSMCs' proliferation and migration induced by insulin remarkably as well. Insulin could significantly accelerate VSMCs' expression of such proteins as p-ERK, PCNA. Contrarily, allicin could notably inhibit VSMCs' expression of such proteins as p-ERK, PCNA in a dose-dependent manner.

CONCLUSIONAllicin could significantly inhibit VSMCs' proliferation and migration induced by insulin, which may be related to the inhibition of the activation of ERK signal path.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Gegen Decoction on cervical spondylosis of sympathetic.Methods 54 patients with cervical spondylosis from June 2013 to June 2016 were divided into the control group and the study group by odd and even numbers,each 27 cases,the contrel group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride, the study group was treated with Jiawei Gegen decoction,The treatment effect, symptom improvement and adverse reaction rate were evaluated between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the patients in the study group and the improvement of symptoms after treatment were better than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group (P <0.05).Conclusion With Jiawei Gegen Decoction for the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis patients, the treatment effect is prominent, at the same time, the symptoms of patients improved better, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical trust.

Objective To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the bone induction of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) through local application of NGF in the osteoinductive process of BMP. Methods Thirty-six ICR mice were divided into the experimental group and control group at random, and rhBMP-2/collagen composite was implanted into the right thigh muscle pouch of each group. NGF or vehicle was daily injected into the implanted sites of BMP, respectively, for 7 days starting from the third day after surgery. At d10, d20 and d30 after implantation, new bone formation was measured radiographically, biochemically and histologically to compare the osteogenetic capacity of the two groups. Results In both groups, new bone formation was found at d10. However, there was significantly more new bone in the experimental group according to histological and radiographic examinations. At d10 and d20, alkaline phosphatase activity of the local tissue in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group, and calcium and phosphonium contents of samples were also greater in the experimental group. Arrangement of collagen fibers became more regular in the experimental group than that in the control group. Conclusion NGF possesses synergistic effect on ectopic bone formation induced by rhBMP-2.

OBJECTIVE: To study the application of isokinetic muscle testing in identification of the faked paralysis to provide scientific data for establishing a standard system of muscle strength in forensic medicine identification. METHODS: Fifty-seven patients with bone fracture or nerve damage as damaged group and 128 normal subjects pretended paralysis as faked paralyzed group were included in this study. Isokinetic muscle testing was performed on bilateral knees of all subjects in the two groups. The peak torque (PT) and peak torque angle (PTA) were compared between both sides in each group. The features of torque-time graph of two groups were classified. RESULTS: In the damaged group, the differences of PT between two sides of flexors and extensors were statistically significant (P<0.05), while the dif- ferences of PTA were not statistically significant (P>0.05). In faked paralyzed group, the differences of PT and PTA between two sides of flexors and extensors were both statistically significant (P<0.05). The torque-time graph of damaged knee presented mostly as single lead peak, while torque-time graph of the faked paralyzed knee presented mostly as multiple peaks. CONCLUSION The feature of torque-time graph could be useful to identify the faked paralyzed extremities in forensic authentication.

Objective To study the clinical feature and treatment of lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 2 cases of lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma. Results Two cases were asymptomatic who also had previously undergone hysterectomy, but imageology revealed multiple pulmonary nodules bilaterally of various sizes. And one of them had a pelvic mass. Conclusion Lung benign metastasizing leiomyoma is a rare disease. Hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hormonal therapy may be helpful to improve the prognosis.

Objective To prepare and characterize nanoparticles in-loaded one-way release-controlled chitosan membrane,and to explore the release-controlled rule of the film in vitro.Methods The chitosan nanoparticles were prepared by inverse crosslinking-emulsion method.The one-way release-controlled membrane was prepared by a casting method.Transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to evaluate the morphological properties and particle size analyzer was used to analyze particle size distribution.The morphology of the membrane was inspected through scanning electron microscope (SEM).MTT assay was applied to determine the biological safety of chitosan nanoparticles.The distribution of the nanoparticles was observed by fluorescence microscope.The in vitro release studies were adopted to evaluate the release-controlled rule.Results The four kinds of nanoparticles had spherical shapes and uniform particle size.The size of the hyaluronic acid-coated chitosan nanoparticle was (255.40±39.10) nm.Hyaluronic acid-coated chitosan nanoparticles showed the best property of sustained release and biocompatibility.The membrane had a loose inner layer and a dense outer layer,and the distribution of the nanoparticles was uniform in the inner layer of the membrane.The release of protein from membrane was unidirectional and the membrane displayed good controlled release property.Conclusions The nanoparticles in-loaded one-way release-controlled chitosan membrane presents good one-way sustained release performance.It is potentially useful in delivery system of growth factors.

The practices of military hospital medical equipment operation training were introduced, and the problems were pointed out in training content, organization and support. OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of pituitrin combined with phentolamine versus pitui-trin alone in the treatment of bronchiectasis hemoptysis(BH),and provide evidence-based reference for the clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase,CJFD,Wanfang and VIP database,the randomized controlled trails(RCT)about pituitrin combined with phentolamine(test group)versus pituitrin alone(control group)in the treatment of BH were collected,and afterdata extract and quality evaluation ,Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2.3 statistics soft-ware. RESULTS:A total of 43 RCTs were included,involving 3 094 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed the significant effi-cacy [RR=1.50,95%CI(1.38,1.62),P<0.001] and effective rate [RR=1.25,95%CI(1.20,1.30),P<0.001] in test group were sig-nificantly higher than control group,inefficacy [RR=0.29,95%CI(0.23,0.36),P<0.001], hemoptysis stopped or remission time [MD=-2.00,95%CI(-2.43,-1.57),P<0.001],incidence of headache [RR=0.36,95%CI(0.22,0.59),P<0.001],incidence of chest tightness [RR=0.41,95%CI(0.26,0.63),P<0.001],incidence of abdominal pain [RR=0.26,95%CI(0.16,0.43),P<0.001] and incidence of elevated blood pressure [RR=0.28,95%CI(0.14,0.56),P<0.001] in test group were significantly lower than control group,there were significant differences in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Pituitrin combined with phentolamine has better efficacy and safety than pituitrin alone in the treatment of BH. Due to the limit of methodological quality and sample size,it re-mains to be further verified with more rigorously designed and long-term follow-up of large-scale RCT.
