Objective]To investigate the effect of improving the treatment of hyperlipidemia simvastatin treatment. [Methods] From October 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital 80 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into four groups, each of 20 cases, namely group A (simvastatin), group B(Xinmaitong capsule and simvastatin), group C(acupuncture and simvastatin group) and group D(acupuncture, Xinmaitong capsule and simvastatin group), for 1 consecutive month of treatment, patients were observed before and after total cholesterol, triglycerides esters, LDL and HDL changes. [Results] Group A was 70%;the effective rate was 85% in group B; group C, the effective rate was 80%; D group was 95%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the combined group of high-density lipoprotein increased significantly. [Conclusion] Combination therapy medicine was more efficient than single, the enhanced effect of high-density lipoprotein was obvious, what ’s more,the effect of acupuncture, Xinmaitong capsule and simvastatin group was better than others.

Objective:To explore whether the introduction of web problem based learning (WPBL) teaching method in medical humanities English class under the background of new medical science is helpful to the course learning and the improvement of students' humanistic quality.Methods:Taking 602 students from Batch 2017 clinical medicine in Xi'an Medical University as the experimental group and 610 students from Batch 2018 as the control group, the research lasting a semester was carried out around eight modules. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while the experimental group used the WPBL mode for teaching relying on the Blue Pigeon Cloud Network Language Learning Platform. After teaching, through comparing the final exam results and issuing self-made questionnaires, the teaching effects of the two methods on students' self-study ability, thinking ability, teamwork ability and knowledge application ability were compared. The data were statistically processed by SPSS 20.0.Results:The final average score of the experimental group (62.13±2.11) was higher than that of the control group (60.42±2.03), with significant differences ( P < 0.05). According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, there were differences between the two groups in evaluating the teaching effect, and the proportion of the experimental group was over 60%, significantly higher than that of the control group. 93.3% of the students in the experimental group were satisfied with the WPBL teaching method, while only 43.0% of the students in the control group were satisfied with the traditional teaching method, showing a significant difference between them. The evaluation of students in the experimental group were higher than the control group in terms of self-study ability, data access ability, knowledge exploration ability, language expression ability and problem finding and solving ability. 91.1% of students in the experimental group believed that the introduction of WPBL teaching mode in the course would help to improve their medical humanistic quality, which was significantly higher than the proportion of students in the control group. Conclusion:The empirical study shows that the introduction of WPBL teaching method in medical humanities English course can not only enable students to master learning skills, but also strengthen students' humanistic quality, thus promoting the development of medical education.

[Objective] To discuss effective way for Prominent Lumbar Intervertebral Disc.[Method] Apply shinbone tube seal and dimensional traction on 118 cases of the said patients.[Result] After following up for 3~18 months,62 cases were very good,occupying 52%;43 good,36%;10 bad,8%;no effect 3,2%,the effective rate 88%.[Conclusion] It is safe and one of good therapies presently to treat Prominent Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with shinbone tube seal and dimensional traction.

[ ABSTRACT] Prenyl diphosphate synthase subunit 2 ( PDSS2), which encodes the second subunit of prenyl diphosphate synthase, an essential enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), is almost expressed in all tissues and organs at different developmental stages of human beings.The abnormal expression of PDSS2 may result in many diseases through impacting the biosynthesis of CoQ10.Recent studies show that PDSS2 gene has decreased in mela-noma, gastric cancer, lung cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma, and the degree of reduced level is closely related to the clinical features, which enlighten us that PDSS2 maybe a tumor suppressor gene involves in the development and progres-sion of carcinoma.This review aims to introduce the recent research progress about PDSS2 gene on carcinoma, discuss its roles and value on cancer research.

Objective: To investigate the prototype components and metabolites of Zhidong Granule in rats plasma and urine by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS. Methods: The analysis was carried out on a Waters UPLC HSS T3 (2.1 mm × 150 mm, 1.8 μm) column, with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid solution (A)-acetonitrile (B) at a flowing rate of 0.3 mL/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃. Electrospray ionization (ESI) source was applied and operated in both positive and negative ion mode. Results: A total of 45 components, including 28 prototype components and 17 metabolites, were identified by comparing their retention time, ion fragmentation information with that of the blank biological samples, herb extract, and reference compounds. Conclusion: This experimental method is simple and reliable, which can provide theoretical basis for elucidating the bioactive components of Zhidong Granule.

Ocular surface disorders can be caused by the drug-derived toxicity,adverse effect and abuse of eye drops,and usually these disorders present with unspecific and untypical clinical findings.So the eye abnormality induced by topical administration of eye drops often is confused with some corneal inflammatory diseases.In addition,pathogenic mechanisms vary widely due to the different types of eye drops.Therefore,difficulty of diagnosis and poor curative effect often is a challenge for us.Ophthalmologist should be aware of the toxicity derived eye drops on ocular surface.Several noticeable problems of diagnosis and treatment of drug-derived keratopathy were elaborated in this paper.

Objective In order to evaluate the quality and performance of chlorine dioxide disinfectant,it is necessary to develop a set of methods to determine the components in chlorine dioxide disinfectant.Methods Iodometry,malonic acid iodometry,improved malonic acid iodometry and five-step iodometry were employed to determine the components including ClO_2, Cl_2,ClO_2~-,and ClO_3~-in chlorine dioxide disinfectant,the advantages and disadvantages of the test methods were compared.Results Using iodometry,the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products activated by hydrochloric acid,the content of ClO_2 was 20.23 mg/ml that was accord with the content which was marked in the product label.Using malonic acid iodometriy,the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide contents of ClO_2 was 19.99 mg/ml,Cl_2 was 0.35 mg/ml,in which a little chlorine was detected.Using improved malonate iodometry and five-step iodometry,the activation rates of the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products were 88.0% and 75.6% respectively,ClO_2 and ClO_2~-in the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products could be distinguished.Conclusion Active chlorine dioxide and residual ClO_2~-can be detected by using iodometriy and improved malonic acid iodometry,but iodometriy and malonic acid iodometry can not.

Objective To explore the relationship between types of social support and roles of supporters,on people living with HIV/AIDS,in rural areas of Henan province.Methods A rural area from Henan province where the main route of HIV transmission was through blood collection was selected as the research site.Survivors registered in that area were randomly selected as subjects.Questionnaire on social support related to social network analysis paradigm was designed and face-to-face interview was used to collect information.Correspondence analysis method was adopted to analyze the relationship between types of social support and roles of social supporters.Results 204 questionnaires were sorted out with 2227 pairs of bind between types of social support and roles of social supporters analyzed.According to scatter plot of row and column points,our data showed that support from the spouses was mainly associated with caring for daily life and companionship for medical treatment on the patients.The research subjects stated that they would primarily discuss over the major issues or chat with their parents and children as they were the ones that they could trust the most.However,they would turn to their brothers,sisters or other relatives to borrow money or asking for other kinds of help.Non-relatives were the resources on social interaction,like going-out together or borrowing life necessities.Conclusion Supporters with different social roles on HIV/AIDS issues,appeared to be corresponded to specific types of social support in rural areas of Henan province.
