Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nurses in emergency department. Methods A total of 101 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using the Humanistic Care Ability Inventory (CAI). The influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nurses in emergency department by multiple regressions were analyzed. Results The total score of humanistic care ability of emergency department nurses was 220.50 ± 3.41, and there were significant differences between the total scores of all dimensions and foreign conventional model (t=3.07-5.98, P<0.05), indicating that nurses′humanistic care ability were at a high level. In the three dimensions, the orders of the total scores from high to low were:cognitive dimension, courage dimension, and patience dimension. There was statistically significance among the different grades, different titles, family members and colleagues with different caring ability degree (F=3.92-48.98, P<0.05). The higher of the grades, the titles, and the caring degree of the family and the colleagues, the stronger the humanistic care ability was obtained. There was no significant difference between all dimension scores and the total scores of male and female nurses (t=0.93-1.70, P > 0.05). There was no difference in the humanistic care ability of nurses with different sexes. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the grades and the care degree of colleagues was the most influential factor for influencing the humanistic care ability of nurses in emergency department. Conclusions Humanistic nursing ability of emergency department nurses was at a high level. Through strengthening of the nursing ability of the low-grade nurses, it can effectively improve the nurses' humanistic nursing care ability, and promote the successful development of the quality nursing work.

Objective: To investigate the relationship of involvement area with the clinical, endoscopic and pathological characteristics of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: We retrospectively studied the clinical, endoscopic and pathological data of 75 patients with UC, including 17(22.67%) with distal colitis,27(36%) with left-sided colitis and 31(41.33%) with extensive colitis/pancolitis. Results: No differences were found in the gender and age of onset between different groups. The incidences of main clinical manifestations and complications increased with the increase of the UC involvement, with significant difference found in the incidences of anemia, hypoproteinemia and extraintestinal manifestations between different groups (P<0.05). Positive correlation was found between the UC involvement with the UC severity (r=0.418, P<0.001) and disease activity under endoscopy (r=0.239, P=0.039). The incidence of atypical hyperplasia of enteric epithelium in extensive colitis/pancolitis group was significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups (both P<0.05). Conclusion: The UC involvement is related to the clinical, endoscopic and pathological characteristics of UC; the involvement is positively correlated with the clinical severity and disease activity of UC under coloscopy.

Background The pathogenesis of pterygium has been in the study.Relative molecular biology study showed that pterygium is a tumor-like lesion,and based on overseas literatures,human papillomavirus (HPV) is positively expressed in 100％ patients with pterygium in some region.However,if this result is suitable for Chinese patients is unclear.Objective This study was to identify the role of human HPV in the pathogenesis of pterygia in Wuxi area.Methods Forty-eight pterygium specimens including 7 recurrent pterygia and 41 primary pterygia were collected during the operation,and these patients were from Wuxi area.Two cervical carcinoma specimens and 2 conjunctiva specimens from normal donors were obtained as positive control and negative control respectively.The fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) was used to detect HPV DNA of specimens.Results The amplified curves of HPV 6,11 of pterygium specimens,cervical carcinoma specimens and normal specimens were all below the positive quality control curve,but the amplified curves of HPV16,18 were above the quality control curve in cervical carcinoma specimens; while those of pterygium specimens and normal conjunctival specimens were all below the quality control curve.HPV16/18 was identified in 2 cervical carcinoma specimens,but no HPV6/11 was detected in 2 cervical carcinoma specimens.However,HPV DNA expression in primary and recurrent pterygias were absent.Conclusions According to these results,HPV is not the primary cause for the pathogenesis of pterygium in Wuxi region.

Premature ejaculation (PE) is a most common sexual dysfunction, for which dapoxetine, a novel selective serotonin (5-HT) re-uptake inhibitor (SSRI), is the only licensed oral medicine at present. With the advantages of fast absorption, rapid action, on-demand medication, and short half-life time, dapoxetine has been proved by clinical trials to be effective in prolonging the intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) and improving the overall condition of PE patients in various areas and populations. Compared with the traditional SSRIs, dapoxetine has a better safety and tolerability. The most frequently reported dapoxetine-related adverse events include nausea, diarrhea, headache and dizziness, but with very few severe or serious cases.

Medicinal materials research is one of the main content of the pharmaceutical research of new drug of TCM, and it is also the focus of the new medicine pharmaceutical evaluation content. This article through the analysis of the present problems existing in the development of TCM research of new drug of TCM, from medicine research concept, quality stability, quality standard, etc are expounded, including medicine research idea value medicine study should focus on the important role and from the purpose for the top-level design of new drug research problem. Medicinal materials quality stability should pay attention to the original, medicinal part, origin, processing, storage, planting (breeding), and other aspects. Aspect of quality standard of medicinal materials should pay attention to establish the quality standards of conform to the characteristics of new drug of TCM. As the instruction of TCM new drug research and development and the scientific nature of the review, and provide the basis for medicinal material standards.

Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic touch on continuous positive airway pressure titration with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients.Methods Fortyeight patients diagnosed with OSAHS were randomly allocated to the therapeutic group and the control group with 24 patients in each group.Therapeutic touch was used in the therapeutic group before CPAP titration and the control group received usual care.Anxiety was measured post intervention with State-trait Anxiety Inventory(SAI) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).CPAP therapy satisfaction was also evaluated by VAS.Results Compared with the control group,those patients with therapeutic touch showed significant reductions in SAI scores,better sleep quality,and higher satisfaction with CPAP treatment.Conclusions Results suggest that 15-min of therapeutic touch pre CPAP titration night significantly reduced anxiety and improved sleep quality in patients with OSAHS.

Objective To study the feasibility of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in detecting sentinel lymph node(SLN) in patients with colorectal cancer during operation and their clinical significance.Methods Twenty-one patients who underwent radical resection of a primary colorectal cancer were enrolled.During operation,1 ％ methylene blue was injected around the tumor,SLN mapping was performed.Then the SonoVue was injected at the same sites,CEUS was performed to observe changes of SLN in real time,and marked them.The SLN detection rate and accuracy of CEUS were compared to those of conventional dye guided method.Results The rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex,the detection rate of CEUS for SLN was 92.31 ％,and the accuracy was 88.89％.The detection rate of dye guided method for SLN was 84.62％,and the accuracy was 93.10％,there was no statistically significant difference between CEUS and dye guided method (P ＞0.05).Conclusions When injected SonoVue in submucosal layer,the good mapping of SLN of patients with rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex can be obtained,it will play an important role in clinical application to map SLN of patients with rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex.
