The study aims to identify related substances in orlistat pharmaceutical substance from different production technologies. Advanced technologies including UPLC-QTOF-MS and UPLC-QTrap-MS were used and the structures or molecules of 10 kinds of related substances in orlistat were identified. The experimental data were valuable to the quality control and development of orlistat.

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of rehabilitation intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus (DM)complicated tuberculosis (TB).Methods:A total of 108 DM + TB patients treated in our hospital from Jan 2008 to Aug 2013 were enrolled.According to random number method,they were randomly and equally divided into rehabilitation intervention group and routine treatment group.The intervention course was eight weeks,and then rehabilitation effect was compared between two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment, there were significant reductions in fasting blood glucose (FBG)and 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG)in both groups,P <0.01 all;compared with routine treatment group,after treatment,there were significant reductions in levels of FBG [(6.77±1.82)mmol/L vs.(5.54±1.46)mmol/L]and 2hPBG [(7.94±1.83)mmol/L vs.(6.87 ±1.42)mmol/L],P <0.01 both,and significant rise in percentages of significant reduced or disappeared pleural effusion (51.85% vs.83.33%)and significant reduced or closed TB focus (44.44% vs.72.22%)in rehabilitation intervention group,P <0.01 both.Conclusion:Rehabilitation intervention can make patients get better control of blood glucose,promote absorption of pleural effusion and pulmonary tuberculosis focus.

[Objective] To discuss effective way for Prominent Lumbar Intervertebral Disc.[Method] Apply shinbone tube seal and dimensional traction on 118 cases of the said patients.[Result] After following up for 3~18 months,62 cases were very good,occupying 52%;43 good,36%;10 bad,8%;no effect 3,2%,the effective rate 88%.[Conclusion] It is safe and one of good therapies presently to treat Prominent Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with shinbone tube seal and dimensional traction.

Objective To analyse CT findings and CT diagnostic value of the giant cystic lesions in abdomen.Methods CT findings of the giant cystic lesions in abdomen were retrospectively analyzed in 28 pathologically proven cases.Results In 28 cases,there were 4 cases of ovarian cystic, 1 ovarian serous cystadenoma, 1 ovarian mucinous cystadenoma, 3 giant hydronephrosis, 2 cyst of kidney, 2 cyst of ureter,3 pancreatic pseudocyst, 3 splenic cyst, 2 congenital common bile duct cyst, 1 hepatic cyst, 2 cystic lymphangioma, 1 urachal cyst, 1retroperitoneal cystic liposarcoma, 1 unmature cystic teratoma and 1 cystic metastatic carcinoma. Up to 92.9% of the giant cystic lesions inabdomen was benign. Each disease was of its own features on CT scans and certainly location.Conclusion CT is very effective imagingmodality in localization and qualitative diagnosis of the giant cystic lesions in abdomen.

Recent studies had demonstrated that Renin -angiotensin system ( RAS) plays an important role not only in the cardiovascular system ,but also in the occurrence and development of breast cancer .Associated with RAS receptor ,Angiotensin Ⅱ( Ang Ⅱ) and Angiotensin 1-7 ( Ang1-7 ) which are the major molecules of the RAS,respectively,promote or inhibit the occurrence and development of tumor .In this review,we summarize the current knowledge of the RAS in breast cancer ,and discuss the potential application of RAS related receptors targeted drugs in the clinical treatment of breast cancer .

Objective:To explore effective ways to improve the medical quality and safety management level of medical equipment.Methods: Using the PDCA management tool in the daily maintenance of medical equipment, the management of medical equipment is more reasonable. Results:During 2 years’ PDCA plan implementation, fault total cases in 32 sets of hemodialysis equipment were 461, and annual average cases were 230.5. In comparison with the total number of 441 fault cases of 28 units in the previous 1 years, the failure rate is greatly decreased. The mis-operation caused by fault is also greatly reduced. The circuit and water failures were annually 16.5 times and 197 times, and they were greatly reduced compared to 25 times and 324 times in the previous year.Conclusion: It can effectively improve the medical quality and safety management level of medical equipment by using the PDCA management tool in the daily maintenance of medical equipment, and also in the tertiary general hospital accreditation standards provisions to clear quality and safety indicators and records of continuous improvement effect of the department of medical equipment. Therefore, In the medical equipment maintenance work, it can carry out the new trend of PDCA and medical equipment management.

Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of the uric acid in preeclampsia.Methods The samples were chosen between January 2008 and August 2015 in our hospital maternity clinic,at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation,singletons,1 357 cases of pregnant women,136 cases for the development of preeclampsia,and 1 221 cases of normal pregnancy.the clinical data of 1 357 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results (1) The maternal age,birth gestational age,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,urine protein,cholesterol,creatinine,uric acid,and uric acid increased value of the control group of preeclampsia were significandy higher than the normal group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of preeclampsia,cesarean delivery rate,fetal growth restriction,small gestational age,and newborn asphyxia rate of high uric acid hematic disease group were significandy higher than the normal group (P ＜ 0.05).(2) Logistic regression analysis showed that systolic blood pressure,urinary protein and uric acid were the predictors,and uric acid was the best predictor.(3) By using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve,the growth of uric acid was 112 μmol/L,and the sensitivity was 85.2％,the specificity was 90.1％.Conclusions Uric acid level can be used as an important indicator to monitor the pathophysiology of preeclampsia,and uric acid value can be accurately predicted.
