OBJECTIVE: To analyze the situation and the related problems of Chinese patent drugs including toxicity components used in pediatrics, and to provide the suggestion for the development of Chinese patent drugs for pediatrics. METHODS: 264 Chinese patent drugs which were used in pediatrics were collected from national drug standards, and compared with toxicity drug list. The utilization of toxicity drugs were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: About half of Chinese patent drugs for pediatric included toxicity components. Major problems are complex resource of toxicity components, overdose of toxicity components, single disease and pattern, unscientific determination of amount, etc. CONCLUSION: The in-depth study of Chinese patent drugs requires perfecting national drug standards, to developing more rigorous special approval requirements, to establishing the re-evaluation system and to eliminating unsuitable category of Chinese patent drugs.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and security of anti-tuberculosis combined with highdose methylprednisolone in treatment of advanced tuberculous meningitis.Methods 77 patients with advanced tuberculous meningitis in our department were randomly divided into the observation group(39 cases)and the control group (38 cases).All of the patients were given initiate antiphthisie treatment,the control group were added dexamethasone,20mg/d,iv drip,then was maintained after improved;the observation group were added high-dose methyprednisolone(500mg/d)by intravenous injection for five days,then was given methyprednisolone 80mg/d to maintain.Two groups were treated with hormone no more than three months.Then the clinical efficacy and adveme reaction were compared.Results The observation group:32 cases of healing,6 cases of effective,1 case of inefficient,the total effective rate was 97.4%and the control group were 22,8,8,78.9%;the difference of total effective rates in the two groups was statistically significant(x2=7.57,P＜0.05).The time of consciousness restoration and defevesence,the white blood cell count,protein chloride and glucose content of cerebrospinal fluid of the observation group were(2.7±1.3)d,(13±5)d,(112.37±27.57)×106/L,(3.04±0.82)g/L,(32.7±6.4)mmol/L and(1.67±0.65)mmol/L;and the control group were(5.2±2.4)d,(19±6)d,(93.74±20.18)×106/L,(1.92±0.64)g/L,(25.4 ±5.2)mmol/L and(1.04±0.34)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.70,4.77,3.88,6.67,5.48,5.31,P＜0.01);The difference of adverse reaction rate between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of anti-tuberculosis combined with high-dose methylprednisolone in treatment of advanced tuberculous meningitis was better and had advantages in improving symptoms and signs without enhancing the rate of adverse reaction and it was worth to promote in clinical.

Objective To describe the status of resilience and self-care behaviors in chronic heart failure patients and to explore the relationship between resilience and self-care behaviors. Methods It was a cross-sectional survey. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the self-care behaviors with heart failure questionnaire and the demographic scale were delivered to 150 chronic heart failure patients in Shanghai Changhai Hospital. Results The score of self-care behaviors was (2.63 ± 2.01) points for chronic heart failure patients. The resilience score was (57.56 ± 8.51) points. The resilience was significantly related to the self-care behaviors(r=0.427, P<0.01), and which explained 32.4%of the total variation. Conclusions The chronic heart failure patients have poor self-care behaviors and resilience. More attention should be paid and more action be taken to improve the resilience, then improve the self-care behaviors of patients.

AIM: To estimate the efficacy of milrnone in treatment of congestive heart failure. METHODS: 122 cases of chronic congestive heart failure with different etiology were divided into milrinone group and dabutamine group randomly. Milrinone group accepted milrinone (10 mg?d -1 ) for 5 days, and dabutamine group accepted dabutamine (160 mg?d -1 ) for 5 days. The efficacy of treatments was evaluated. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer known for the poor prognosis due to its strong invasiveness, high recurrence rate, and lack of effective treatment. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find targeted therapy for TNBC. Cathepsin A (CTSA) is an acidic serine carboxypeptidase that is highly expressed in various tumor tissues. However, the role and molecular mechanism of CTSA in TNBC are still unclear. This study found that the expression of CTSA was upregulated, and the high expression of CTSA was positively correlated with the poor prognosis of TNBC. The results further showed that knocking down CTSA inhibited the proliferation, invasion, and colony formation of TNBC cells, improved drug sensitivity of cells, and inhibited the progression of TNBC. Mechanistically, CTSA inhibited the ubiquitination and degradation of the promyelocytic leukemia protein (PML) protein by blocking the interaction between PML and its E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF4, thus maintaining the stability of PML nuclear bodies (PML-NBs). The inhibitor of CTSA had a positive therapeutic effect on inhibiting the characteristics of TNBC stem cells. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that inhibiting CTSA to decrease the stability of PML protein may be a promising therapeutic strategy for TNBC. Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nurses in emergency department. Methods A total of 101 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using the Humanistic Care Ability Inventory (CAI). The influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nurses in emergency department by multiple regressions were analyzed. Results The total score of humanistic care ability of emergency department nurses was 220.50 ± 3.41, and there were significant differences between the total scores of all dimensions and foreign conventional model (t=3.07-5.98, P<0.05), indicating that nurses′humanistic care ability were at a high level. In the three dimensions, the orders of the total scores from high to low were:cognitive dimension, courage dimension, and patience dimension. There was statistically significance among the different grades, different titles, family members and colleagues with different caring ability degree (F=3.92-48.98, P<0.05). The higher of the grades, the titles, and the caring degree of the family and the colleagues, the stronger the humanistic care ability was obtained. There was no significant difference between all dimension scores and the total scores of male and female nurses (t=0.93-1.70, P > 0.05). There was no difference in the humanistic care ability of nurses with different sexes. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the grades and the care degree of colleagues was the most influential factor for influencing the humanistic care ability of nurses in emergency department. Conclusions Humanistic nursing ability of emergency department nurses was at a high level. Through strengthening of the nursing ability of the low-grade nurses, it can effectively improve the nurses' humanistic nursing care ability, and promote the successful development of the quality nursing work.

Objective To investigate the mental health and personality of soldiers operated inside and outside tunnels,and explore the necessity and particularity of mental training.Method One hundred and four soldiers worked inside tunnel and 88 outside tunnel were tested by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),and the results were analyzed statistically.Result With an exception of phobia,the SCL-90 scores of most factors were significantly higher in the soldiers worked inside tunnel than outside tunnel(P0.05) on EPQ-E and EPQ-P scores.Some of SCL-90 index scores showed positive correlation with EPQ-P and N dimension scores,and negative correlation with EPQ-E dimension score(P0.05).Conclusion Personality feature is an important factor that influences the mental health of soldiers worked inside tunnel.It is important to adopt appropriate mental training and improve the adaptability of soldiers to the military environment.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum protein profile of rats in psychological stress and in analogous psychological training,identify the differential expression proteins,and assess the effectiveness of psychological training.Methods Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into psychological training group,psychological stress group,control group and stressor group (8 each).Rats in stressor group received intermittent foot-shock.Instead of foot-shock,the rats in psychological stress group animals received the stimulation information from stressor group by watching,listening and smelling.Rats in psychological training group were put in special equipment and received stimulation information from stressor group synchronously,and in control group were kept in individual cages and received no stress.Experiments were performed once a morning for two weeks.The changes of serum protein profile of rats in psychological training group,psychological stress group and control group were determined and statistically analyzed by Surface Enhanced Laser Desorption Ionization-Time of Flight-Mass Spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) after the experiments.Results Variance analysis showed that the relative contents of proteins with M/Z value of 7820.51,8870.18,6860.85,8625.13 and 11413.91Da were significantly different (P

Objective:Primary nodal and extranodal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)were investigated for the heterogeneity of histopathology and immunophenotype,and their relation to clinical stage,comparatively.Whether E2F1 can be used as a germinal center B cell(GCB)DLBCL marker was also discussed.Methods:Classification of histopathology and immunophenotype of 98 cases were studied by immunohistochemistry in tissue microarray.Results:Histopathologic morphology presented as:centroblastic(CB,88.8%,87/98),immunoblastic(IB,5.1%,5/98),anaplastic(ALCL,3.1%,3/98),and T cell rich B cell lymphoma(TCRBCL,3.1%,3/98).Of which,31 cases were GCB DLBCL,10(20.8%,10/48)nodal,and 21 extranodal(42%,21/50,P=0.024).The rates of Stages Ⅰ/Ⅱ in nodal and extranodal area were 48.5% and 70%,respectively(P=0.015).The rate of Stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ in GCB DLBCL(74.2%)were higher than in non-GCB DLBCL(50.7%,P=0.029).The CD10 positive rates were 36.8% and 17.1% in Stages Ⅰ/Ⅱ and Ⅲ/Ⅳ,respectively,and had significant differences(P=0.033).The CD10 positive rates were 18.8% and 38% in nodal and extranodal area,respectively(P=0.035).The positive rates of E2F1 were 38.8% and 16.5% in GCB and non-GCB DLBCL,respectively,and had significant differences(P=0.016).The positive rate of E2F1 had positive relation with the expression of CD10 and Bcl-6(P
