Journal of Interventional Radiology 2017;26(6):568-571
Supervised exercise training (SET) has been the first-line treatment for peripheral arterial disease (PAD),and its curative effect has been widely recognized by scholars both at home and abroad.Beingthe carrier of SET therapy, exercise prescription has an inestimable effect. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the clinical application of exercise prescription in treating PAD patients and to introduce its latest progress in research.
3. The role of radiotherapy in type B3 thymoma
Tumor 2013;33(11):1013-1018
Objective: To investigate the biological behavior and prognosis factors of type B3 thymoma, and evaluate the efficacy of radiotherapy in patients with type B3 thymoma. Methods: A total of 188 consecutive patients with pathologically confirmed type B3 thymoma were treated in Shanghai Chest Hospital from January 2001 to December 2010. According to Masaoka stageing criteria, 35 (20%) were stage, 20 (11%) were stage, 78 (44%) were stage, and 44 (25%) were stage. Myasthenia gravis coexisted in 54 patients. Results: After a median follow-up of 49 months (7-135 months), the 5-year overall survival rate was 84% (100.0%, 89.0%, 86.1% and 59.8% of stages and respectively), and the 5-year progression-free survival rate was 65% (100.0%, 94.0%, 67.3%, and 33.0% of stages, and respectively). The reccurence rate was 22% and the metastatic rate was 7%. In the univariate analysis, tumor size, Masaoka stage, resection margin, radiotherapy and chemotherapy were significantly associated with 5-year overall survival and progression-free survival (P < 0.05). In the multivariate analysis, Masaoka stage, resection margin and radiotherapy were independent prognostic factors of 5-year progression-free survival (P < 0.05). Radiotherapy could improve the regional control rate and the overall survival of Masaoka stages ?-? patients. The intensity-modulated radiation therapy of pleure could probably improve the overall survival of recurrent patients. Conclusion: The major failure mode for type B3 thymoma is the recurrence of pleure. Radiotherapy can improve the regional control rate and the overall survival of the advanced patients. The intensity-modulated radiation therapy may be the best therapy for the postoperative recurrence of pleure. Copyright © 2013 by TUMOR.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(6):755-759
With development of bio-technique, more and more proteins were applied as clinical approaches. However, the protein homogeneity, especially the N-glycosylation limited the further research and application of these protein drugs. The analysis method for N-glycans is believed to be critical in protein drugs development. To enhance the N-glycans isolation efficiency and accelerate the pretreatment, a new strategy was built on ultrafiltration-devices. New methods increased the isolation efficiency of N-glycans containing N-acetylglucosa mine with 10%-20%. The degrading of N-glycans containing sialic acids was also minimized with this method. 20%-100% more N-glycans with sialic acids were isolated. The pretreatment was finished within 30 min. Coupled with HPLC-HRMS, an effective and reliable strategy designed for protein drugs N-glycans analysis were developed.

[Objective]To evaluate the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities and associated abnormalities in prenatally diag?nosed clubfoot, and to determine the prognostic factors as well.[Methods]A total of 89 fetuses with clubfoot diagnosed during Janu?ary 2010 to October 2015 in prenatal ultrasound scan and confirmed postnatally or by autopsy, were selected, within which 16 (18.0%)cases were without other abnormalities and 73(82.0%)cases were with other abnormalities. The associated abnormalities were identified ,the correlation with chromosomal abnormalities were analyzed with Fisher analysis and the factors affecting the outcomes were determined with Logistic regression analysis.[Results]Among associated abnormalities ,the skeletal abnormalities besides the clubfoot were the most frequently associated anomalies (35 ,47.9%),and the central nervous abnormalities followed secondly(30,41.1%). A chromosomal abnormality, with trisomy 18 being the most frequently detected, was identified in 34%(17/49)of the clubfoot fetuses with other anomalies ,whereas none of chromosomal abnormality was identified in 11 fetuses without other anomalies,a significant different rate of aberrant chromosome noted(P < 0.001). The survival rate of clubfoot fetuses without other anomalies was higher than that of clubfoot fetuses with other anomalies(50.0%vs 1.3%,P=0.03). The conditions of with or without associated anomalies were the independent prognostic factors (P = 0.01),the clubfoot fetuses associated with other anomalies had poor outcomes[OR=11.9(95%CI:1.8,80.1)].[Conclusion]Skeletal abnormalities besides the clubfoot were the most frequently associated anomalies. The condition of with or without associated anomalies is the independent prognostic index for fetuses with clubfoot. Aneuploidy were more commonly in clubfoot fetuses with associated abnormalities than in those without other abnormalities. No indication for karyotyping suggests for the clubfoot fetuses without other abnormalities due to the low incidence of associate chromo?somal anomalies.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(8):1111-6
The intracellular trafficking and subcellular distribution of exogenous gene is very important for gene delivery. A successful gene vehicle should overcome various barriers including endosomal membrane barriers to delivery gene to the target organelle. Traditional nonviral vehicle is unable to avoid endosomal pathway efficiently, so the efficiency of gene delivery is low and the application of gene drugs is limited. In order to achieve efficient nonviral gene delivery, a lot of researches based on endosomal escape have been carried out and some agents with the function of endsomal escape have been found. These agents facilitate the endsomal escape via various mechanisms, such as fusion into the lipid bilayer of endosomes, pore formation in the endosomal membrane, proton sponge effect and photochemical methods to rupture the endosomal membrane. In this review, various reported strategies for endsomal escape are described according to the escape mechanisms, and their applications in intracellular gene delivery are also discussed.
