OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of ARDs induced by ciprofloxacin lactate.METHODS:Using philometric method,65 cases developing drug adverse reactions to ciprofloxacin lactate,reported in domestic journals during the past 2 years,were analysed.RESULTS:Of the ARDs in 65 cases,40 were allergic reactions(61.5%),13 reactions of nervous system(12.3%),3 kidney function damage(4.6%),1 liver function damage,1 cardiovascular reaction(1.5%) and 6 reactions of urinary system.CONCLUSION:The ARDs should be under consideration in choice of ciprofloxalin lactate.

Objective To assess whether dynamic arterial elastance (Eadyn)can be used to predict the reduction of arterial pressure after decreasing norepinephrine (NE) dosage in patients with septic shock.Methods A prospective observational cohort study was conducted.Thirty-two patients with septic shock and mechanical ventilationwere enrolledfrom January 2014 to December 2015 in ICU of Wuxi People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.Hemodynamic parameters were recorded by pulse contour cardiac output(PiCCO) monitoring technology before and after decreasing norepinephrine dosage.Eadyn was defined as the ratio of pulse pressure variation (PPV) to stroke volume variation (SVV).Mean arterial pressure (MAP) variation was calculated after decreasing the dose of NE.Response was defined as a ≥ 15％decrease of MAP.AUC was plotted to assess the value of Eadyn in predicting MAP response.Results A total of 32 patients were enrolled in our study,with 13 responding to NE dose decrease where as the other 19 did not.Eadyn was lower in responders than in nonresponders (0.77 ± 0.13 vs 1.09 ± 0.31,P ＜ 0.05).Baseline Eadyn was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure variation,diastolic blood pressure variation,systemic vascular resistance variation and MAP variation (r =0.621,P =0.000;r =0.735,P =0.000;r =0.756,P =0.000;r =0.568,P =0.000 respectively).However,stoke volume variation,baseline level of systemic vascular resistance and NE baseline dose were not correlated with Eadyn baseline value (r =0.264,P =0.076;r =0.078,P =0.545;r =0.002,P =0.987 respectively).Eadyn ≤ 0.97 predicted a decrease of MAP when decreasing NE dose,with an area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve of 0.85.The sensitivity was 100.0％ and specificity was 73.7％.Conclusions In septic shock patients treated with NE,Eadyn is an index to predict the decrease of arterial pressure in response to NE dose reduction.

Objective To constitute a database of chronic wounds for characterizing the patients with chronic wounds.Methods Based on the guideline of chronic wounds defined by international wound healing society,86 outpatients with chronic wounds were selected between January and October in 2013 to set up a wound database using the wound information management system.The parameters including etiology,age distribution,mean time of fracture healing and wound healing time posterior to different treatments were analyzed.Results (1) Statistical difference existed for cause distribution (P ＜0.05).Top three causes were trauma (29％),varicosity (26％) and pressure sore (19％).(2) Age distribution varied significantly among the patients with various causes of chronic wounds (P ＜ 0.05).(3) Statistical difference was observed in healing time of various types of chronic wounds (P ＜ 0.05).Diabetic wound and varicose ulcer took the longest healing time,with average 116.36 days and 88.48 days respectively.(4) Patients treated with novel dressings had shorter healing time than those managed with traditional dressings (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Trauma,varicosity and pressure ulcer are relatively common among the outpatients.Etiology of chronic wounds is strongly related to age and novel dressings contributed to a shortened cause of the disorder.

Objective To study effect of the health resources on overall quality of medical students.Methods In three vacations,697 medical students investigated the basic conditions of medical institutions in accordance with the level from low to high and three self-designed questionnaire.Researchers educated the students in accordance with the findings.Results Medical students got to know the basic health resources of China better.They deeply realized the character of medical work,social position,occupational importance,value of professional course,and so on.Conclusion Comprehensive quality of medical students was improved by early clinical practice.

Objective To provide the experimental data for standard establishment and ergonomics research on manned spaceflight displays basing on relation of six effect factors to function of human-machine system as displaying with LCD,and the best factor-level-composition is chosen.Methods An experimental system was developed.The orhoganal experiment means was adopted.Twenty subjects were asked to finish three tasks: to view parameters of the whole screen interface,to seek local parameters,to identify the fault events quickly.Three indices: reaction time,error times and times of unable to recognize were analyzed.Results The indices were much different for different factors at different levels.According to the indices of mean reaction time,extreme difference of view-angle was the lowest and view-distance the highest.Conclusion The order of the display effects of different factors on human-machine system is successively: viewdistance,illuminant level,character height,color of character/background and viewangle.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effectiveness of anterior debridement,bone graft, and posterior pedicle screw-rod internal fixation in the treatment of lumbosacral tuberculosis.

METHODSFrom January 2005 to June 2012,18 patients with lumbosacral tuberculosis undergoing the surgical treatment by anterior debridement, bone graft, and posterior pedicle screw-rod internal fixation were reviewed retrospectively. There were 12 males and 6 females with an average age of 44 years old ranging from 35 to 67. Among them, 2 cases were simple low back pain,3 cases were low back pain combined with radiating pain of lower extremity and 13 cases were muscle strength hypesthesia. According to Fankle grading,the nerve function was grade C in 3 cases,grade D in 10 cases,grade E in 5 cases. Of these cases,L4.5 was involved in 8 cases,L5 in 4 cases and L5S1 in 6 cases. The lumbosacral angle was 150 to 270 and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was 45 to 93 mm/h before treatment. The clinical indexes including the lumbosacral incidence, Frankel grade and ESR were reviewed at follow-up.

RESULTSAll 18 cases were followed up for 14 to 22 months. The mean operation time was 180 min. The amount of bleeding was 400 to 800 ml. Except 1 case with iliac vein injuried and 4 cases with abdominal distension,no spinal injuries and severe relative complication occurred, and neurologic function improved in various degrees. Pain in lumbosacral area and radicular pain in lower extremities disappeared. The X-ray and CT films demonstrated that bony fusion was obtained in all patients during 9 to 13 months postoperatively. The lumbosacral angle and ESR were improved significantly.

CONCLUSIONAnterior debridement, bone graft, and posterior pedicle screw-rod internal fixation is an effective method in dealing with lumbosacral spine tuberculosis.

Objective Construct the eukaryotic expression vector of inhibitory member of the ASPP family (iASPP) and trans-fect it into colon carcinoma cell lines SW480 and Lovo by liposome .Then observe the expression of iASPP and detect the cell apop-tosis by flow cytometry .Methods The amplified PCR product was digested and inserted into pMD19-T simple vector and sub-cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3 .1(+ ) .The recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3 .1(+ )-iASPP was transfected into colon carcinoma cell lines SW480 and Lovo by liposome ,the iASPP expression was analyzed by RT-PCR .The cell apoptosis was detected by FCM .Results The eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3 .1(+ )-iASPP was constructed success-fully ,the gene squence of iASPP was consistent with that reported (gi 60457962) in GenBank .The mRNA expression levels of iASPP gene of SW480 and Lovo cell lines which transfect the positive plasmid were increased ,and the cell apoptosis rates were de-creased .Conclusion We successfully constructed the recombinant expression plasmid pcDNA 3 .1(+ )-iASPP ,and the plasmid were successfully expressed in colon carcinoma cell lines SW 480 and Lovo ,the cell apoptosis rates of those cell lines were decreased .These facts indicated that reducing the high expression of iASPP may be a new strategy to renew the abilities of P 53 tumor suppressor .

italic>Alangium chinense is a commonly used medicinal plant of Alangiaceae Alangium, one of the characteristic Miao medicines in Guizhou. The genus is strongly differentiated and has complex morphological variation, with significant differences in active ingredients and potency among herbs. In this paper, we sequenced the chloroplast genomes of Alangium chinense subsp. Pauciflorum, Alangium chinense subsp. Strigosum and Alangium kurzii Craib using Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology. The genomes of Alangium chinense subsp. Pauciflorum, Alangium chinense subsp. Strigosum and Alangium kurzii Craib chloroplasts were sequenced, their assembly annotation and structural characterization were completed, and the genomes of the congeners Alangium chinense and Alangium alpinum were downloaded from NCBI for comparative analysis. Finally, the phylogenetic tree was constructed by selecting published species with close affinity to Alangium chinense family from NCBI. The results were as follows: Alangium chinense subsp. Pauciflorum, Alangium chinense subsp. Strigosum and Alangium kurzii Craib chloroplast genomes were 156 670, 156 672 and 156 871 bp in length, with a typical four-segment structure, all containing one long single copy region (LSC), one short single copy region (SSC) and two inverted repeat regions (IRa and IRb). All of them were annotated to 133 genes, including 88 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes. Three types of long repeat sequences and SSR loci, forward repeats, palindrome repeats and reverse repeats, were found in all chloroplast genomes. Comparative genomic analysis showed that there was diversity in the boundary transition regions of the five species, no rearrangements or inversions were found in the chloroplast genome, and there were significant differences in the coding regions of ndhA, ycf1, rpl16, ycf2, and petD genes, which provided new loci for molecular identification of Patagonia. In the phylogenetic analysis, Alangium kurzii var. kurzii clustered as a single species, and Alangium chinense subsp. Pauciflorum and Alangium chinense subsp. Strigosum clustered as a single species, with a support rate of 93 and close affinity, indicating that the phylogenetic tree can be used for the species identification. This paper can provide a basis for the taxonomic identification of Alangium, ensure the safety of clinical use of anise herbs and regulate the market of Alangium chinense herbs.

To study the link between BRAFV600E status and the expression of BIM gene in papillary thyroid carcinoma( PTC) tissues and to analyze the association of these factors with clinicopathological characteristics. BRAFV600E status was determined by MASA-PCR, and qPCR was applied to detect the expression of BIM gene. Finally, the associations of these factors with clinicopathological characteristics were analysed. The rate of mutant BRAFV600E in PTC was 54. 1% , and the expression of BIM gene was lowered in BRAFV600E positive PTC tissues. Additionally, there was significant association( P < 0. 05) between BRAFV600E positiveness and raised TNM Staging (Ⅲ/ Ⅳ), and lowered BIM expression was significantly associated (P<0. 05) with the tumor size and raised TNM Staging(Ⅲ/ Ⅳ). These findings may help us to know more about the mechanism of PTC and to develop new diagnostic biomarkers or prognostic indicators of PTC.

Objective To test whether the changes of partial end-tidal carbon dioxide pressure (PETCO2) during passive leg raising (PLR) predict fluid responsiveness in mechanically ventilated patients with septic shock.Methods Forty-two mechanically ventilated patients with septic shock admitted from January 2012 to November 2012 were prospectively recruited.Hemodynamic parameters monitored by a pulse indicator continuous cardiac output(PiCCO) device and PETCO2 monitored by an expiratory-CO2 device were studied at baseline,after PLR,and after volume expansion.Fluid responsiveness was defined as an increase in cardiac index (CI) of 15％ or greater after volume expansion.The correlation between PLR-induced CI change (△CIPLR) and PETCO2 (△PETCO2-PLR) was analyzed.The value of △PETCO2-PLR to predict fluid responsiveness was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.Results A total of 42 patients were enrolled in this study,of whom,24 had a CI increase of ≥ 15％ after volume expansion (responders).After PLR,CI and PETCO2 were both significantly increased in the response group compared with baseline [(21.4 ± 12.9) ％ of CI and (9.6 ± 4.7) ％ of PETCO2,P ＜ 0.05],while no significant changes were observed (P ＞ 0.05) in the non-response group.Both △CIPLR and △PETCO2-PLR were significantly higher in responder group than in the non-responder group (both P ＜ 0.05).△CI and △PETCO2 after PLR were strongly correlated (r =0.64,P ＜ 0.05).In responders after PLR,the area under ROC curve of △PETCO2-PLR was 0.900 ± 0.056 (95％ CI 0.775-1.000,P ＜ 0.05).An increase of ≥ 5％ in △PETCO2-PLR predicted fluid responsiveness with a sensitivity of 88.0％ and specificity of 88.2％.Conclusions The change of PETCO2 induced by passive leg raising is a non-invasive and easy way to predict fluid responsiveness in mechanically ventilated patients with septic shock.
