2.Advance in immunopathogenesis for systemic lupus erythematosus
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(3):267-269
Systemic lupus erythematosus is a typical autoimmune disease commonly seen in childhood, the immunnopathogenesis of which is complicated. Along with the rapid advances of immunology and molecular biology, all the associated research has found that the onset of systemic lupus erythematosus is associated with dysfunction of T cells and B cells. They focus on the break of the normal autoimmune immunity and the form of malgenic autoantibody. It is also connected with primary immunodeficiency. The dysfunction of inherent immunity contributes to the break of autoimmune and the progression of the disease.
3.Facing Problems of Hospital Economy and Ethical Relation Under Medical Insurance System
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
This paper probes into problems about the change of hospital economic interest and moral relation etc. brought by trying out medical insurance system in Zhengjiang, Jiujiang City. Also in points out that economic states have influence on ethical concept. Ethical concepts have a role on economic behaviour, which are two sides of cause and effect chain. For these reasons, medical insurance system is mutual movement results of economic & ethical factors, It can coordinate the relationships between hospital economic interest and morality embody medical service fairness and economic moral principles.
4.Expression of CD4,CD8 and receptor ? of T cell in pigmented purpuric dermatoses
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To analyze the relationship between PPD and MF on the basis of the surface antigen CD4,CD8 and receptor ? of T cell,so as to provide if PPD can represent a cutaneous lymphoid dyscrasia. Methods:The expression of CD4 and CD8 was measured by immunohistochemical technique in specimens obrained from lesional skin of 23 cases of PPD,20 cases of MF and skin of 20 cases of normal persons. The TCR-gamma gene rearrangement was detected with PCR.Results:15 cases of PPD have obvious migrations of lymphocytes to the epidermis.Their 5 cases and 20 cases of MF show T cell epidermotopism;18 cases of PPD,20 cases of MF and 6 cases of normal persons show a dominance of CD4+.In the dermis, the numbers of CD4+ between PPD and MF are 38.2?30.6 and 68.8?47.6(P
5.Multiple Intelligences and Multimedia EFL Teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
The theory of multiple intelligences put forward by Gardner has brought us enlightenment in different aspects. The theory maintains that every individual has eight intelligences, among which the advantageous one may be transferred to the others in a certain situation, and this greatly inspires multimedia EFL teaching at college.
6.DNA methylation and congenital heart disease pathogenesis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(4):370-374
The roles that DNA methylation play in the congenital heart disease have recently begun to come to light. The abonormal DNA meghylation pattern on key regulation gne during heart development, such as T-box,CHD7,LINE1,methylenetrahydrofolate reductase, changed the expression of those gene, and increased the incidence of the congenital heart disease. The DNA methylation could be determined by sequencing, methylationsensitive PCR and combined bisulfate restriction anylysis. To study the DNA methylation will not only reveal the mechanism of congenital heart disease, but also provide a new strategy for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
7.A Study of the allocation of health resources under the health insurance program
Ting LIU ;
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
To set up a health insurance program to facilitate a rational allocation of health re- sources,a scientific theory of health economics must be founded as a guidance and the percentage of the supply of health resources must be fixed in the GNP Consideration should be given to the ways in which the limited health resources are to be well allocated with the financial performance of the service units guaranteed at the same time. The current allocation of China's health resources indicates that the insuf- ficiency of national input go hand in hand with the false appearance of the ouersupply of such resources, which is called the"False Appearance Demand relationship"or"Nonensuring Line Demand Relationship".The divergence between the ensuring line and the nonensuring line shows the irrational waste-causing allocation of health resources. To help the establishment and improvement of China's health security system and make full and rational use of the health resouces,a social insuring line show- ing the regular total input of health resources muse be plotted;the macro—control function of the gov- ernment given full play;the reimbursement mechanism of medical cost improved;and the application of the law of value to the allocation of health resources instituted under the principle of fairness.
8.Study on the correlation between phlegm-dampness type and blood lipid and blood glucose level and the countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):389-390
Objective To investigate the correlation between phlegm and humid type and blood lipid and blood glucose, and the countermeasures. Methods From August 2014 to September 2016, 162 patients with physical identification were selected as the subjects.According to the screening criteria, the patients were divided into phlegm constitution group and flat body constitution group.Fasting blood glucose(FPG), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(HDL-C) were measured for all patients after fasting for 10-12 hours Cholesterol(LDL-C), and for analysis and comparison. Results The score of spleen deficiency was lower than that of phlegm constitution group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose and blood lipid in the group was significantly better than that in phlegm constitution group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood lipid, blood glucose level and spleen and stomach function of phlegm constitution are relatively poor, and the phlegm constitution can be improved by developing good living habits and combining spleen and dampness medicine.
9.Effect of Ultraviolet A on Energy Metabolism in Cells in Culture
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To know the effect of ultraviolet A on energy metabolism in the cells in culture by using the primary cultured postnatal rat cortex neurons for in which there are many mitochondria. Methods The primary cultured postnatal SD rat cortex neurons in 60 mm dishes were exposed to UVA in a chamber in doses of 0, 3, 6 and 9 J/cm2 respectively. The exposure was followed by 4 hours culture and then the activity of cytochrome oxidase (COX) in the single neuron was determined by cytochemisty, the quantitative analysis was done with Image-Pro plus 4.0. Results In every exposure groups, after UVA exposure followed by 4 hours culture, no significant changed vital signs were found under the microscope, the activity of COX in the neurons significantly decreased compared with the control and a dose-response relationship was presented. Conclusion Low level UVA exposure may cause obvious energy metabolism decrease in the cells in culture before the significant changed vital signs are seen.
10.Effects of Formaldehyde on Protein Expressions of GluR2 and GABAR in Postnatal Rat Cortex Neurons in Culture
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To know the mechanism of the adverse effect of formaldehyde on cortex neurons. Methods In the present study, incubation of postnatal Wistar rat cortex neurons in culture with formaldehyde at 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0 mg/L (medium) was carried out to have knowledge of the effect of formaldehyde on the expressions of GluR2 and GABAR. For keeping the given concentration of formaldehyde, formaldehyde was added to the medium every hour for 4 consecutive hours. Results Immunocytochemistry showed a significant down-regulation of GluR2 and up-regulation of GABAR after 4 consecutive hours of formaldehyde treatment compared with the control (P
