Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
AIM To study toxicity of Safflor Yellew (SY) for vascular endothelic cell (VEC) and whether SY has antagonistic effect on platelet activating factor (PAF). METHODS Use light microscopical observation and crystal violet colorimetric method to study morphological and bioactivity change of HVEC and EVC 304 after incubated with PAF, SY, SY+PAF, Ginkolide, and Ginkolide+PAF. RESULTS Cultured with PAF 30 minutes, HVEC had histopathological changes: from fusiform, polygond squamous cell to ellipsoid, circular cell , not binding tightly, but separated by wide gap. As cultured with SY+PAF, cell's morphological changes just as same as PAF's group. And its bioactivity had tendency of decline. Either HVEC was incubated with SY (0.571 g?L -1 ) for 30 minutes or EVC 304 cultured with SY(1 143 g?L -1 ) for 4 hours, their morphology and bioactivity had changes. CONCLUSION SY do not inhibit PAF's injury effect. And high concentration SY has toxicity to cultured endothelic cell.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(1):63-67
Objective To explore the characteristics of gait and surface electromyography (sEMG) of underwater treadmill training (UWTT). Methods From January to September, 2015, gait and sEMG parameters of ten healthy adults were synchronously collected using three-dimensional gait analysis system and sEMG systems on land and UWTT. Results When walking in self comfortable speed, compared with walk on land, there was significant increase in gait cycle (t=-11.411, P<0.001) and percentage of the swing phase (t=-5.252, P<0.05), significant reduction in walking speed (Z=-2.803, P<0.01) and step frequency (t=7.421, P<0.001). There was no significant difference in step strength (Z=-0.357, P>0.05). The integral electromyography of biceps femoris, gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior muscle were significant less than iEMG on land (t>3.984, P<0.01), but no significant difference of rectus femoris (t=0.054, P>0.05). Conclusion There are signifi-cant differences in gait and muscle contraction intensity between land walking and UWTT. The dynamic physiology and neural control of UWTT need further study.
4.Research progress on resistance mechanisms of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae
Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice and Service 2024;42(10):419-425
Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) is an increasingly serious threat to human health worldwide. CRE usually carries multiple drug resistance genes, which limit the selection of therapeutic drugs, prolong treatment time, require higher treatment costs and greater treatment risks. The epidemiology, resistance mechanisms, current resistance status of CRE and the latest therapeutic drugs for CRE were summarized in this papoer, which provide a basis for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical prevention and treatment of drug-resistant bacterial infections.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of different doses of tanshinone ⅡAon hemodynamics in patients underwent non-extracorporeal circulation coronary artery bypass grafting(NECCABG). METHODS:A total of 66 patients underwent selective NECCABG during Nov. 2016-Apr. 2017 were selected and divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(33 cases) according to random number tablet. Both groups were given Tanshinone ⅡAsodium sulfonate injection with loading dose of 0.4 μg/kg for 10 min at the beginning of surgery. Control group was given Tanshinone ⅡAsodium sulfonate injection 0.2 μg/(kg·h) continuously till the end of surgery;observation group was given 0.4 μg/(kg·h)continuously till the end of surgery. HR,MAP, central venous pressure(CVP),mean pulmonary arterial pressure(MPAP),pulmonary capillary wedge pressure(PCWP),cardiac index(CI),systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI),pulmonary circulation resistance index(PVRI)and the occurrence of ADR were observed in 2 groups before anesthesia induction(T0),5 min after tracheal intubation(T1),at the moment of sternum cut(T2),at the end of anastomosis of anterior descending branch(T3),at the end of anastomosis of right coronary artery(T4),at the end of operation(T5). RESULTS:At T0,there was no statistical significance in HR,MAP,CVP,MPAP,PCWP, CI,SVRI or PVRI between 2 groups(P>0.05). At T1-T5, HR,MAP,CVP,MPAP,PCWP,SVRI and PVRI of control group were significantly higher than at T0,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in CI of control group among at T1-T5and with at T0;there was no statistical significance in HR,MAP,CVP,MPAP,PCWP,SVRI or PVRI of observation group between at T1-T5with at T0 (P>0.05). At T1-T5,CI of observation group was significantly higher than at T0and than control group;HR,MAP,CVP, MPAP,PCWP,SVRI and PVRI were significantly lower than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups during medication. CONCLUSIONS:Tanshinone ⅡA0.4 μg/(kg·h)is helpful to keep hemodynamics stable and improve heart function in patients with NECCABG with good safety.

Meta-analysis used for genetic association studies became popular among researchers, with the amount of published papers increased rapidly. In this paper,we will focus on the introduction on the selection of genetic models.Traditionally, methods used for Meta-analysis on genetic association studies was to calculate the statistics based on available genetic models which not only increasing the probability of false-positives but also making the interpretation of results more difficult.Hence,a critical step in the Meta-analysis of genetic association studies was to choose the appropriate inheritance model. The aim of this paper was to introduce the theory of Bayesian analysis regarding the genetic model-free approach,in performing the Meta-analysis for studies related to genetic associations.

Objective To analyze the current status of anti-bacterial activity of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli clinically isolated from hospitalized patients, detect their related resistance genes, and provide reference for the clinical treatment of carbapenem resistant Enterobacteria (CRE) infections and the rational use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 400 non-repetitive isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli isolated from clinical specimens of Punan Branch of Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2022 to December were collected. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of these strains against commonly used antibiotics were determined by the broth microdilution method. The carbapenemase and related resistance genes of CRE were detected by drug resistance phenotype testing and PCR. Results Among the 400 strains, 51 strains were identified as CRE, accounting for 12.75%. Among these, 49 strains produced carbapenemases, with 41 strains (80.39%) being CR Klebsiella pneumoniae and 10 strains (19.61%) being CR Escherichia coli. Among the CRE strains, 34 strains (66.67%) carried blaKPC, 13 strains (25.49%) carried blaNDM, and 2 strains (3.92%) carried blaOXA-48. Conclusion Compared with other commonly used antibiotics, colistin and tigecycline exhibited good in vitro antibacterial activity against carbapenemase-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli. In addition, there was good concordance between drug resistance phenotype testing and genotyping. Clinical microbiology laboratories could continuously monitor the drug resistance phenotype and genotype of CRE and develop appropriate treatment plans based on actual conditions.
