Palladium nanoparticle/carbon nanofibers(Pd/CNFs) were prepared by electrospinning technique with subsequent thermal treatments and were employed to modify glassy carbon electrode (Pd/CNF-GCE/ CME). Pd/CNF-GCE/CME exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activities towards catechol and hydroquinone, and the reversibility of catechol and hydroquinone were significantly improved. The effects of pH value on the oxidation peak current and potential of catechol and hydroquinone were studied by differential pulse voltamme-try(DPV),and 0. 1 mol/L PBS(pH 8.0) was selected as the supporting electrolyte. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current of catechol was linearly with the concentration of catechol in the range of 1-90μmol/L in the presence of 50 μmol/L hydroquinone with the detection limit of 0.3μmol/L(S/V =3) and the oxidation peak current of hydroquinone was linearly with the concentration of hydroquinone in the range of 2 - 100μmol/L in the presence of 50 μmol/L catechol with the detection limit of 1. 0μmol/L. Furthermore, the modified electrode exhibited good reproducibility and selectivity. The modified electrode has been used for the determination of catechol and hydroquinone in imitative water samples with satisfactory results.

Objective To analyse the clinical and pathological characteristics of congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) with adrenal myelolipoma (AML),and to improve the awareness of CAH.Methods The P450c17a gene in a pedigree with CAH and the clinical and pathological characteristics of three sisters of the pedigree with CAH and adrenal myelolipoma were studied;and the pertinent literatures reported abroad were analyzed and summarized. Results (1) A heterozygous point mutation 1178 base A to T in exon 6,and a heterozygous deletion mutation 1 457-1 465 bases TCGACTCTT of exon 8 were detected in P450c17 (CYP17) gene of three sisters of the pedigree with CAH.(2) The clinical characteristics of three sisters were hypertension, hypokalemia, primary amenorrhea, and gonadal dysgenesis.Without regular treatment after the diagnosis of CAH,the three sisters experienced many years of elevated serum ACTH levels, and developed AML.Conclusion The long-term high ACTH level plays an important role in the development of AML,although the exact mechanism of CAH with adrenal myelolipoma remains still unclear.CAH patients require long-term regular treatment.
3.A consensus on the management of allergy in kindergartens and primary schools
Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(2):167-172
Abstract
Allergic diseases can occur in all systems of the body, covering the whole life cycle, from children to adults and to old age, can be lifelong onset and even fatal in severe cases. Children account for the largest proportion of the victims of allergic disease, Children s allergies start from scratch, ranging from mild to severe, from less to more, from single to multiple systems and systemic performance, so the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases in children is of great importance, which can not only prevent high risk allergic conditions from developing into allergic diseases, but also further block the process of allergy. At present, there is no consensus on the management system of allergic children in kindergartens and primary schools. The "Consensus on Allergy Management and Prevention in Kindergartens and Primary Schools", which includes the organizational structure, system construction and management of allergic children, provides evidence informed recommendations for the long term comprehensive management of allergic children in kindergartens and primary schools, and provides a basis for the establishment of the prevention system for allergic children.

Zedoary tumeric (Curcumae Rhizoma, Ezhu in Chinese) has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer. The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances. In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer, this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer, and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its “pharmacodynamic group”. By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years, we found that pharmacodynamic substances, including curcumol, zedoarondiol, curcumenol, curzerenone, curdione, curcumin, germacrone, β-elemene, can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role. For example, curcumin can regulate miR, GLO1, CD133, VEGF, YAP, LIN28B, GPR81, HCAR-1, P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR, HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB. Wnt/TGF/EMT, Nrf2/Keap1, JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role. Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the “pharmacodynamic group” for anti-life cancer are AKT1, EGFR, MAPK8, etc, and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction, nitrogen metabolism, HIF-1 signaling pathway, etc. At the same time, by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and “pharmacodynamic group”, it is found that they have great reference significance in target, pathway, biological function, determination of core pharmacodynamic components, formation of core target protein interaction, in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance, increasing curative effect and so on. By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and “pharmacodynamic group” in the treatment of liver cancer, this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and “pharmacodynamic group”.

Objective:
To analyze the changes of the characteristics of Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Jingzhou City in different periods.
Methods:
According to the HFRS epidemic data of Jingzhou City in 2009-2018, based on the incidence rate, the HFRS epidemic situation in Jingzhou City was divided into three periods: 2009-2012 (low), 2013-2016 (middle), and 2017-2018 (high). Descriptive epidemiological methods, standard deviation ellipse and spatio-temporal scanning analysis were used to analyze the time, region, population distribution and temporal and spatial trends of HFRS epidemic in the three periods.
Results:
The incidence of HFRS in Jingzhou City in the three periods was seasonal and bimodal. The peak incidence included spring and summer peaks (May-July) and autumn-winter peaks (January, November-December). The HFRS cases in Jingzhou City were concentrated in Jianli County, Jiangling County and Honghu City in the three periods. The incidence rates were 0.48/100 000, 1.98/100 000, 0.84/100 000, 0.89/100 000, 1.88/100 000, 1.20/100 000; 4.82/100 000, 13.37/100 000, and 4.58/100 000. The incidence of HFRS in males was higher than that in females in the three periods (χ2=43.38,

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of chitosan graphene oxide car rier(CS-GO)loaded with oridonin (CS-GO- oridonin)on the proliferation and apoptosis of human lung cancer A 549 cells. METHODS :Taking A 549 cells as objects ,the survival rate of cells were detected by CCK- 8 method after treated with different concentrations of CS-GO (3,6,12,24,48 μg/mL)and CS-GO-oridonin loaded with same mass of oridonin (3,6,12,24,48 μg/mL,by the weight of oridonin ,the same below). IC 50 of CS-GO-oridonin was calculated. The cell morphology were observed by microscope after treated with CS-GO and CS-GO-oridonin(both 32 μg/mL)for 2,4,10,24 h. The uptake of CS-GO ,oridonin,CS-GO-orionin(all 32 μg/mL)by cells was observed with fluorescence labeling method. The apoptosis of cells and the content of ROS were observed by flow cytometry after treated with different concentrations of CS-GO (16,32,64 μg/mL)and CS-GO-oridonin (16,32,64 μg/mL). The expression of anti-apoptosis related proteins (Mcl-1,Bax and Bak )were detected by Western blot. RESULTS :After treated with different concentrations of CS-GO ,the survival rate of cells was still above 90% ;after treated with different concentrations of CS-GO-oridonin,the survival rate of cells showed a downward trend ,and was significantly lower than that of CS-GO group (P< 0.01);IC50 of CS-GO-oridonin was 32.61 μg/mL. After CS-GO treatment, the cell morphology did not change significantly ;after CS-GO-oridonin treatment ,the cells shrunk and fell off in clusters ,and the suspended matter increased ;the fluorescence of oridonin and CS-GO-orionin taken up by cells was enhanced than CS-GO. Compared with blank group ,there was no significant change in the apoptosis rate ,the content of ROS and the expression of apoptosis-related protein in 16,32,64 μg/mL CS-GO groups(P>0.05);apoptosis rate ,the content of ROS ,the protein expression of Bax and Bak in 16,32,64 μg/mL CS- GO-oridonin groups were increased significantly ,while the protein expression of Mcl- 1 were decreased significantly. Above indexes were significantly high er or lower than the same concentration CS-GO group (P<0.05). CONCL USIONS:CS-GO dose not affect the proliferation and apoptosis of A 549 cells;CS-GO-oridonin has obvious inhibition and apoptosis promoting effect on cells ,which may be related to increasing ROS production and regulating the expression of apoptosis related proteins.
