Objective:To introduce a novel method to repair bottoming-out and double-bubble deformity after augmentation mammaplasty with a hammock-shaped capsular flap, and to evaluate its clinical effect of the related complications. Methods:From 2015 to 2019, a total of 16 patients (aged range from 23 to years, with average age of 33.4 years) were treated in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Shanghai Mylike Cosmetic Hospital. We performed a novel hammock-shaped capsular flap with periareolar incision. First of all, the periprosthetic capsule was widely separated from the lower pole of the breasts. Then the inframammary folds were anchored to the chest wall to eliminate the excess the cavity. Finally, the capsular flaps were raised up from both anterior and posterior leaf and resutured by fold tile shaped suture, in order to elevate the inframammary folds in aesthetic revision. Results:Only one case showed mild hematoma and healed after treatment. After 6 months follow-up, all the inframammary folds were elevated to the ideal position, and the double-bubble deformity was corrected with concealed scars and satisfactory shape and symmetry. Meanwhile, recurrent cases and capsule contraction were not observed. Conclusions:For patients with bottoming-out and double-bubble complications after augmentation mammaplasty, the use of hammock-shaped capsular flap can effectively revise the deformation. This technical refinement seems to afford stable outcomes with convenient operation and minor injury and produce satisfactorily clinical effects with fewer complications.

Objective To explore the influence of attachment anxiety on subjective well-being of warship officers and soldiers, and reveal the mediating roles of self-esteem and negative emotions between them. Methods A total of 288 warship officers and soldiers were enrolled by convenience sampling method. Adult attachment scale,self-esteem scale, generalized anxiety disorder-7 items scale, patient health questionnaire-9 and Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness were used for questionnaire survey. Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the relationships between attachment anxiety,self-esteem,negative emotions and subjective well-being. Results Correlation analysis showed that attachment anxiety,self-esteem,anxiety,depression and subjective well-being were significantly correlated (all P<0.01). Multiple regression analysis showed that attachment anxiety,self-esteem,depression and anxiety could jointly predict 42.4% of subjective well-being. The analysis of chain mediating effect (x2/df=0.170,P=0.844,good fit index[GFI]=0.999,adjusted GFI=0.996,normative fit index[FI]=0.999,relative FI=0.997,comparative FI=1.000,root mean square error of approximation=0.000) showed that self-esteem and negative emotions played complete chain mediating roles between attachment anxiety and subjective well-being. Conclusion Attachment anxiety of warship officers and soldiers can affect their subjective well-being not only through the mediation of self-esteem and negative emotions, but also through the complete chain mediation of self-esteem and negative emotions.

Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety sensitivity and psychological stress before parachuting training among parachuting trainees and the mediating role of resilience between them. Methods Anxiety sensitivity index scale(version 3),resilience scale, psychological stress self-evaluation test and self-compiled general information questionnaire were employed for 258 parachuting trainees before training.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among anxiety sensitivity, resilience and psychological stress.A multiple linear regression analysis was conducted with anxiety sensitivity and resilience as independent variables and psychological stress as dependent variable to explore the relationships among these 3 factors. The mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between anxiety sensitivity and psychological stress was examined using the Hayes Process macro program and bias corrected non-parametric percentile Bootstrap method. Results Before parachuting training, the prevalence of psychological stress among parachuting trainees was 5.0%(13/258).The correlations between anxiety sensitivity, resilience and psychological stress were significant(all P<0.01).Anxiety sensitivity was positively associated with psychological stress among parachuting trainees(b=0.412,t=7.062,P<0.01),while resilience was negatively associated with psychological stress(b=-0.187,t=-3.722,P<0.01).Anxiety sensitivity and resilience were found to explain 31.4%of the total variance.Resilience partially mediated the effect of anxiety sensitivity on psychological stress, accounting for 20.48%of the total effect. Conclusion Parachuting trainees are at a relatively low stress level, with good psychological adaptation.Resilience plays a partial mediating role in the association between anxiety sensitivity and psychological stress.More attention should be paid to parachuting trainees with high anxiety sensitivity, enhancing their resilience, and reducing psychological stress before parachuting training.
