Objective To assess the value of imaging examination technologies such as 2-D ultrasound(2-DUS),helical computed tomography (CT),contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) and contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) in the positioning and qualitative diagnosis of pancreatic diseases.Methods 2-DUS,helical CT findings were comparatively reviewed to analyze in 44 cases(45 lesions) with pancreatic space-occupying lesions verified by operation and pathology,and investigated the enhanced mode and the perfusion features of CEUS and CECT in different phases.Results In 45 lesions,there were 29 malignant lesions and 16 benign lesions.CEUS and CECT had greater diagnostic value compared to 2-DUS and helical CT.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 2-DUS for the malignant lesions were 72.41 ％,62.50％ and 66.67 ％,while the helical CT were 68.97％,75.00 ％ and 68.89 ％.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CEUS for the malignant lesions were 93.10％,87.50％ and 91.11％,while the CECT were 86.21％,93.75％ and 86.67％.There was no statistical difference between CEUS and CECT in detecting pancreatic space-occupying lesions.Conclusions CEUS and CECT can provide more accurate diagnosis on for pancreatic space-occupying lesions than 2-DUS and helical CT.Following CECT,CEUS is a new technology for diagnosis on pancreatic space-occupying lesions.

[ ABSTRACT] AIM:To investigate the different dose of perindopril on cardiac function in the rabbits with ische-mic cardiac dysfunction .METHODS:Male rabbits weighing 2.5~3.0 kg ( n=30) were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=10):high dose perindopril group (HD group), low dose perindopril group (LD group) and cardiac dysfunction group (CD group).The Left anterior descending coronary artery of the rabbits was ligatured for model preparation .In HD group, the rabbits were treated with perindopril split normal saline solution (1 g/L)2 mL· kg-1 · d-1 .In LD group, the rabbits were treated with perindopril split normal saline solution (0.33 g/L)2 mL· kg -1 · d-1.In CD group, the rabbits were treated with normal saline solution 2 mL· kg-1 · d-1 .Four weeks after treatment , the cardiac function was measured via echocardiography , the mRNA expression of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 ( ACE2 ) and angiotensin type 2 receptor (AT2R) was analyzed by real-time PCR, serum angiotensin (Ang)-(1-9) and Ang-(1-7) levels were detected by ELISA. RESULTS:Compared with CD group , the cardiac function of the 2 groups treated with perindopril was significantly im-proved (P<0.01), and more improvement in HD group was observed than LD group (P<0.05).The serum angiotensin ( Ang)-(1-9) and Ang-(1-7) level and the mRNA expression of ACE 2 and AT2R in the 2 groups treated with perindopril were significantly improved (P<0.01).Compared with LD group, the mRNA expression of ACE2 and AT2R and the ser-um levels of Ang-(1-9) in HD group were significant improved (P<0.05), while no difference of serum Ang-(1-7) level was observed.Correlation analysis revealed that the improvement of the cardiac function was associated with serum Ang -(1-9) level, mRNA expression of ACE2 and AT2R (P<0.01), but has no significant correlation with serum Ang-(1-7) lev-el.CONCLUSION:High dose of perindopril may improve more cardiac function in ischemic cardiac dysfunction model in rabbits.The mechanism may relate to increasing serum Ang-(1-7) level to activate AT2R.

Objective To investigate the expression of Scinderin(SCIN myoprotein) in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and to explore the relationship between the expression of Scinderin and different molecular subtypes of breast cancer as well as the clinical factors.Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of SCIN in 120 cases of breast carcinoma and 30 adjacent tissues.The relation between SCIN expression in breast cancer tissue and molecular subtypes,pathologic stage,age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results SCIN expression level in breast cancer tissue was lower than in the tissues adjacent to carcinoma (6.06±3.32 vs 7.77±3.32,P＜0.05).SCIN expression was associated with breast cancer molecular subtypes (P＜0.05),and it was irrelevant with age,tumor size,histological grade,lymph node metastasis,or clinical stage (P＞0.05).Conclusions The expression of SCIN in breast cancer tissues was lower than in the adjacent tissues.It is associated with breast cancer molecular subtypes.SCIN could become the protein markers of breast cancer molecular targeted therapy.

Objective To understand the coverage of iodized salt and the iodine nutritional status of schoolchildren in Hongkou District of Shanghai City and to provide a basis for adjusting corresponding intervention measures.Methods From 2012 to 2016,according to the "Shanghai Iodine Deficiency Disease Surveillance Program",a street was chosen from five directions as east,west,south,north and centre in Hongkou District.According to the annual monitoring plan,a certain amount of residents or schoolchildren aged 8-10 were chosen for monitoring,collecting salt samples from residents or children's home to detect salt iodine,and collecting urine samples of children to detect urinary iodine level (which was not tested in 2013).Determination of iodine salt was based on "Determination of Iodine by the General Test Method for the Salt Industry" (GB/T 13025.7-2012),urinary iodine determination was based on "Arsenic and Cerium Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Iodine in Urine" (WS/T 107-2006).Results From 2012 to 2016,a total of 1 550 edible salt samples were tested,including 847 qualified iodized salts,299 unqualified iodized salts and 404 non-iodized salts,the coverage of iodized salt was 73.9％,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 54.6％.A total of 591 urine samples were tested in 2012,2014-2016.The median of urinary iodine was 177.2 μg/L;of which ＜ 100 μg/L was 103,accounting for 17.4％;100-199 μg/L was 248,accounting for 42.0％;and ≥300 μg/L was 91,accounting for 15.4％.Conclusions The residents in Hongkou District of Shanghai City do not meet the target of iodized salt coverage and consumption rates of qualified iodized salt.The average urinary iodine level of schoolchildren aged 8-10 years has reached the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders;we should further improve the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt.

Objective:To investigate the current status of knowledge expectation satisfaction of orthopedic patients during hospitalization, and to analyze the main influencing factors.Methods:From March 2021 to July 2021, a total of 320 orthopedic inpatients from Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were selected by convenient sampling method, who were investigated by the general information, Patient Participation Ability Questionnaire, Excepted Knowledge of Hospital Patients and a self-designed questionnaire of actual accepted knowledge on the basis of this scale.Results:The highest level of knowledge expectation satisfaction in the functional dimension (-0.40 ± 0.32), and the lowest level in the economic dimension (-1.27 ± 0.38) ( t=22.45, 59.64, both P<0.01). Knowledge expectation difference was positively correlated with information acquisition ability ( r=0.802, P<0.01) and emotion management ability( r=0.671, P<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, hospitalization experience, information acquisition ability and ability to manage emotions were the main influencing factors for this difference ( t values were -6.40-13.17, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The level of knowledge expectation satisfaction of orthopedic patients′ needs to be further improved. According to the level of education, hospitalization experience, information acquisition ability and emotion management ability of patients, nurses should formulate measures to improve the level of knowledge expectation satisfaction.

Objective: To understand knowledge of comprehensive sexuality education and its associated factors among junior high school teachers in six provinces in China, in order to provide a scientific basis for teacher training. Methods: From June to December 2021, a convenience sampling method was used to select 1 016 junior high school teachers from Beijing, Chongqing, Liaoning, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guangdong provinces. A structured questionnaire was used to investigate teachers knowledge of comprehenswe sexuality education. Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the related influencing factors of the knowledge of comprehensive sexuality education among junior high school teachers. Results: The study showed that the knowledge rate of comprehensive sexuality education among middle school teachers was 58.1%, and the knowledge rate was higher in teachers who had conducted sexuality education to students( χ 2=9.42, P <0.01). The percentage of the correct answer on the prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases(26.0%), the impact of inequality on love relationships( 33.6 %), and the impact of mass media on sexual cognition(68.8%) was the lowest. Regardless of whether they had implemented sexuality education for students, the knowledge and awareness rate of sexual knowledge among biology teachers, school doctors/health teachers and mental health teachers was higher( OR=2.32, 4.17, P <0.05). Conclusion Knowledge of comprehensive sexuality education among middle school teachers still needs to be improved. It is advisable to strengthen the training of comprehensive sexuality education for middle school teachers and focus on teachers of subjects related to comprehensive sexuality education.

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the comprehensiveness and reliability of the content related to comprehensive sexuality education in 16 subject curriculum standards in the current compulsory education system, and the feasibility and effectiveness of comprehensive sexuality education teaching practice. Methods: Based on the textbook analysis model, a curriculum standard analysis model was established, and the interpretive structure model was used to analyze and evaluate the content related to comprehensive sexual education in the curriculum standards of 16 subjects in the current compulsory education system, including Ethics and Rule of Law, Chinese, History, Mathematics, English, Japanese, Russian, Geography, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology, Physical Education and Health, Arts, Labor. Results: There were 7 subject curriculum standards including Ethics and Rule of Law, Chinese, English, Science, Biology, Information Technology, Physical Education and Health reflecting 5 core concepts and 12 themes of comprehensive sexuality education, and the most frequent core concept was Violence and Staying Safe and the Human Body and Development,as well as the most frequent theme was "Puberty". History, Mathematics, Japanese, Russian, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Art and Labor didn t include content related to comprehensive sexuality education. The content related to comprehensive sexuality education in the curriculum standard of compulsory education presented three characteristics:it was closely related to the subject content, partial content was consistent with the teaching goal of the subject, and the content depth increased with the growth of grade. The comprehensiveness and reliability of comprehensive sexual education in the current compulsory education curriculum standards of China needed to be improved. Conclusion The comprehensiveness, reliability, feasibility and effectiveness of teaching practice of comprehensive sexuality education in 16 subject curriculum standards in the current compulsory education stage need to be improved.

Objective: To understand the association of healthrelated quality of life of middle school students with parental companionship, so as to provide a reference for school and family health education. Methods: From September to November 2023, 4 594 middle school students were selected through convenient sampling from four economic zones in China (Liaoning Province, Beijing City, Sichuan Province, Shanxi Province). Structured questionnaires were used to evaluate healthrelated quality of life among middle school students. The ttest, variance analysis and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between healthrelated quality of life with parental companionship among middle school students. Results: The average score of healthrelated quality of life among middle school students was (140.99±21.38). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of healthrelated quality life among middle school students in different regions, genders, educational stages, grades, whether they live on campus and parental companionship(F/t=20.73, 8.62,16.71,105.70, -9.51, 52.29, P<0.01). Linear regression analysis showed that students who were living in eastern region, boys, with higher selfevaluation of academic performance, with higher subjective family socioeconomic status, with parental companionship (β=3.19, 4.96, 2.19, 6.11, 3.19), and older students had lower healthrelated quality of life levels (β=-2.34)(P<0.01). Conclusions There are significant regional differences in the healthrelated quality of life levels among middle school students. It is necessary to strengthen the popularization of school health education and focus on students who do not live with their parents on a daily basis to provide more psychological support for them.

Objective: To explore the relationship between depressive symptoms, negative life events and resilience among primary and secondary school teachers, so as to provide a reference for mental health promotion in school teachers. Methods: During November to December 2022, a questionnaire survey was conducted using convenient cluster sampling method to select 11 332 in service teachers from 38 schools in 8 provinces (cities) including Beijing, Guangdong, Anhui, Hubei, Sichuan, Xinjiang, Liaoning, and Heilongjiang. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 items, a self developed 21-item Adverse Life Events questionnaire, and a 10-item Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale were used to assess depressive symptoms, experiences of negative life events, and resilience levels of the teachers, respectively. The relationship between depressive symptoms, negative life events and psychological resilience were analyzed by multiple linear regression and stratified regression. Results: The detection rate of depressive symptoms among primary and secondary school teachers was 14.0%. Negative life events of primary and secondary school teachers were positively correlated with depressive symptoms ( r =0.35), while psychological resilience was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms ( r =-0.45) ( P <0.05). After adjusting for possible covariates including gender and marital status, negative life events were positively correlated with depressive symptoms ( β=0.22, P <0.01). Resilience played a moderating role in the association of negative life events with depressive symptoms among primary and secondary school teachers ( B=-0.15, P <0.01). Conclusions Negative life events experiences are associated with higher level of depressive symptoms among school teachers. However, resilience might mitigate the negative effects of negative life events on depressive symptoms, playing a protective role in teachers mental health.
