The rules of acupoints combination of ancient acupuncture for Xiaoke are mainly explored. By retrieval on ancient literature, the database of acupuncture and moxibustion for Xiaoke is established; based on the database, association analysis between acupoints and symptoms is performed. According to the association analysis in 5 databases of Xiaoke database, Xiaoke database of kidney deficiency, Xiaoke-database of dry mnouth and thirst, Xiaoke database of difficult urination, Xiaoke database of drinking addiction, the results are mainly characterized with symptom differentiation combination, distal-local combination, local combination and front-back combination, which can nourish yin and clear heat. It is believed that establishment of TCM ancient literature database and exploration of data mining technology is a potential research orientation.

Objective To study the renal pathology and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rats with hypothyroidism caused by iodine deficiency.Methods The rats were randomly grouped into test group and normal group,and the test group was further randomly divided into model group and L-T4 group.Observation were made when the hypothyroid model was formed after maneuvering for 21 days and the medication had been taken for 56 days.The observed data included the morphogy of the kidney,serum TT3,TT4,TSH,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCr),and VEGF expression.Results (1) After medication for 56 days,compared to normal group,BUN and SCr levels in L-T4 and model groups showed apparently increasing [BUN (5.55 ± 0.50,5.80 ± 0.66 vs 5.00 ± 0.24) mmol/L,P＜0.05 ; SCr (26.83 ± 0.75,27.0 ± 3.41 vs 22.5 ± 2.07) μmol/L,P＜0.05],and L-T4 group showed slightly lowered BUN and SCr levels compared with model group (P＞0.05).(2) By 21 days,in the model group there was moderate mesangial hyperplasia involving focal glomeruli.By 56th day of medication,entire glomeruli showed moderate mesangial hyperplasia with lessened number of dilated capillaries in the model group.However,in the L-T4 treated group,mesangial hyperplasia was much less and capillaries though dilated appeared wholesome,as compared with the model group.(3) By 21th day,the IODA value of VEGF in the model group was higher than that in the normal control (44.64 ± 14.99 vs 29.05 ± 9.14,P＜0.01).After medication for 56 days,there was no significant difference in the IODA value of three groups.Conclusions The characteristics of renal pathology in rats with hypothyroidism caused by iodine deficiency consist of mesangial hyperplasia and loss of glomerular capillaries.The expression of VEGF is raised early in the course of renal damage,but lowered thereafter.L-T4 can not reverse the sustained kidney damage and impaired renal function.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the Coronary Artery Score (CAS) and pulse pressure index (PPI). Methods Coronary angiography was performed in 711 patients, of whom 470 were male and 241 female, and whose age ranged from 30-82 (61.28?8.44) years. Brachial systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), pulse pressure (pp) and PPI were measured. The severity of coronary artery lesions was analyzed by quantitive computer analysis system (QCA) to acquire CAS. Results Age, sex, BMI, SBP, PP, PPI, Ao, the history of essential hypertention, the history of type 2 diabetes, HDL-C were significantly related to CAS. In a Logistic multivariate analysis, PPI and Ao were significantly related to CAS (?=0.041～0.149, P=0.000). Conclusion PPI and Ao are closely related to CAS. They are predictors for patients with coronary artery disease and the results can be used in clinical indication.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of grain-sized moxibustion in treating cancer-related fatigue and improving the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor. Method Forty-six patients with malignant tumor were randomized into a grain-sized moxibustion group and a control group. The grain-sized moxibustion group received grain-sized moxibustion plus regular treatment, while the control group received the regular treatment only. The cancer-related fatigue intensity [Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS), European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer Core Quality-of-life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30), Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS)], white blood cell count, hemoglobin level, lymphocyte count, and neutrophil count were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. The correlation between cancer-related fatigue and the observed indexes was also analyzed. Result The grain-sized moxibustion group was better than the control group in mitigating the cancer-related fatigue, up-regulating hemoglobin level, and improving the symptoms (P<0.05). Conclusion Grain-sized moxibustion can effectively mitigate cancer-related fatigue via improving anemia condition and the symptoms of malignant tumor patients, and it can also enhance the quality of life of the patients.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy and safety of Leonurus artemisia cream and Dan’e fukang cream in the treat-ment of primary dysmenorrhea. METHODS:80 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into L. artemisia cream group (40 cases) and Dan’e fukang cream group (40 cases). L. artemisia cream group received L. artemisia cream 10 g, orally,twice a day. Dan’e fukang cream group received Dan’e fukang cream 10 g,orally,twice a day. The treatment was stated before 10 days of menstruation. 10 days was regarded as 1 treatment course,and it lasted for 6 courses. Cold drink and food were forbid during medication,washing face and feet with warm water,soaking feet with hot water if they can,paying attention to keep the lower abdomen and legs warm. If patients felt unbearable pain in menstruation,0.3 g Ibuprofen sustained release capsule was given,orally twice a day. Clinical efficacy,symptom score(dysmenorrhea degree,abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain)before and af-ter treatment,dysmenorrhea duration,frequency of taking painkillers and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were ob-served. RESULTS:There were no significant differences in the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups (P>0.05). Before treatment,there were no significant differences in dysmenorrhea degree,abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain score,dysmenorrheal duration and frequency of taking painkillers in 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,the dysmenorrhea degree,abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain score in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and Dan’e fukang cream group was lower than L. artemisia cream group with statistical sighificance(P<0.05),and dysmenorrheal duration and frequency of taking painkillers were significantly lower than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Both L. artemisia cream and Dan’e fukang cream have good efficacy and safety in the treat-ment of primary dysmenorrhea,while Dan’e fukang cream is superior to L. artemisia cream in terms of improving clinical symp-toms.

Methods: First, this paper establishes a dataset of abnormal morphology for Chinese medicine diagnosis, with images from public resources and labeled with category labels by several Chinese medicine experts, including three categories: normal, shoulder abnormality, and leg abnormality. Second, the key points of human body are extracted by Light-Atten-Pose algorithm. Light-Atten-Pose algorithm uses lightweight EfficientNet network and polarized self-attention (PSA) mechanism on the basis of AlphaPose, which reduces the computation amount by using EfficientNet network, and the data is finely processed by using PSA mechanism in spatial and channel dimensions. Finally, according to the theory of TCM inspection, the abnormal morphology standard based on the joint angle difference is defined, and the classification of abnormal morphology of Chinese medical diagnosis is realized by calculating the angle between key points. Accuracy, frames per second (FPS), model size, parameter set (Params), and giga floating-point operations per second (GFLOPs) are chosen as the evaluation indexes for lightweighting. Results: Validation of the Light-Atten-Pose algorithm on the dataset showed a classification accuracy of 96.23%, which is close to the original AlphaPose model. However, the FPS of the improved model reaches 41.6 fps from 16.5 fps, the model size is reduced from 155.11 MB to 33.67 MB, the Params decreases from 40.5 M to 8.6 M, and the GFLOPs reduces from 11.93 to 2.10. Conclusion The Light-Atten-Pose algorithm achieves lightweight while maintaining high robustness, resulting in lower complexity and resource consumption and higher classification accuracy, and the experiments prove that the Light-Atten-Pose algorithm has a better overall performance and has practical application in the pose estimation task.

Objective To observe the effect of aerobics exercise on myocardial fibrosis after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in rat.Methods Twenty-four AMI Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned to sham-operated group (Sham),AMI group and aerobics exercise treatment group (ET).Except Sham,other groups of rats were underwent anterior wall myocardial infarction.After ten weeks,the myocardial mRNA level of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF),collagen Ⅰ (COL1 a1),collagen Ⅲ (COL3a1) detected by real time-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis and myocardial collagen volume fraction (CVF) was determined on Masson stained sections.Results Campared to Sham-operated group,AMI group the level of CTGF,COL1a1,COL3a1,and CVF were increased (P ＜0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Campared to AMI and ET groups,the levels of CTGF,COL1a1,COL3a1,and CVF were decreased (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Aerobics exercise can reduced the myocardial fibrosis after AMI in rat.

Objective To observe the glucose utilization in adipose tissue and skeletal muscle during catch-up growth, and to explore the mechanism of catch-up growth of adipose tissue. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divide into normal control group(NC)and catch-up group(RN). Rats in RN group received 50%of food consumed by NC group for 4 weeks, then were re-fed spontaneously as the rats in NC group. In the end of the fifth week(NC1 group and RN1 group)and the sixth week(NC2 group and RN2 group), the experiment was performed. [3]-2-deoxy-glucose was used for detecting the glucose uptake rate. RT-PCR and Western-blot were used for detecting the levels of mRNA and membrane protein of glucose transporter-4(Glut4). Results The glucose uptake rates in adipose tissue and skeletal muscle of RN1 group increased by 189.6%(P<0.01)and reduced by 36.5%(P<0.05)respectively, as compared with NC1 group. After 2 weeks of catch-up growth, the glucose uptake rates in adipose tissue of RN2 group increased by 157.3%(P<0.01)and decreased by 41.5%(P<0.05) in skeletal muscle as compared with NC2 group. However. no significant difference in Glut4 mRNA levels in muscle or in adipose tissue between NC and RN groups were found. The membrane protein of GIut4 after insulin-stimulating in RN1 group and RN2 group reduced by about 46.5%(P<0.01)and 32.1%(P<0.05)in muscle and increased by 116.5%(P<0.01)and 89.9%(P<0.01)in adipose tissue respectively. Conclusion There exists the redistribution of glucose from skeletal muscle to adipose tissue during the early stage of catch-up growth, which results in the catch-up growth of adipose tissue. This change is induced by the tissue-specific alteration of insulin-stimulated Glut4 protein translocation.

Conditional forebrain-specific presenilin-1 and presenilin-2 double knockout mice (dKO mice) exhibit several neurodegenerative phenotypes of Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathology, such as tau hyperphosphorylation, neuron loss, forebrain cortical shrinkage and memory impairment. By using capillary electrophoresis assay, monoamine neurotransmitters in forebrain cortex, hippocampus and other forebrain region of dKO mice aged at 6, 9 and 12 months were measured to illustrate the relationship among presenilins function deficiency, neurodegenerative phenotypes and monoamine neurotransmitters. Data showed that levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in forebrain cortex of dKO mice were significantly decreased at 6 months when compared to controls, while as mice getting older, levels of monoamine neurotransmitters increased to that of controls, or even higher. In hippocampus, 5-hydroxytryptamin and epinephrine in dKO mice had a significant increase at 6 months, followed with a significant increase of each monoamine neurotransmitter at 12 months age. In other forebrain region, 5-hydroxytryptamin and dopamine had a similar level between control and dKO mice at 6 and 9 months but a significant decrease at 12 months; however, level of norepinephrine and epinephrine were significantly decreased at 6 and 12 months except epinephrine of 6 months. These results demonstrated that knockout of presenilins genes could lead to the variation of monoamine neurotransmitters, and the variation profiles were different among forebrain cortex, hippocampus and other forebrain region. However, whether presenilins deficiency caused the variation of monoamine neurotransmitter directly or not, and how about the effects of variation of monoamine neurotransmitters on AD-like pathology need to be further analyzed.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of articular cartilage damage secondary to anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture.Methods Clinical data of 490 patients sustaining ACL rupture from July 2008 to July 2014 were collected for a retrospective cohort study.The factors relating to the incidence and degree of the secondary articular carticular damage were analyzed,including gender,age,weight,blood group,places of residence,causes of injury,complication of meniscus tear,damage part and duration of disease.Results Factors associated with the incidence of secondary articular cartilage damage were blood type O (OR =0.605,95％ CI 0.381-0.960,P ＜ 0.05) and complication of meniscus tear(OR =2.241,95％ CI 1.378-3.643,P ＜0.01).Factors associated with the degree of articular cartilage damage were duration of disease (rs =0.168 7,P ＜0.01),damage part (Hc =53.237,P＜0.01),and complication of meniscus tear (x2 =16.944,P＜0.01).Conclusions Meniscus tear is the moderate risk factor for the incidence of secondary articular cartilage damage while blood type O has weak protective effect.Damage part,course of disease,and meniscus tear are factors associated with the degree of secondary articular cartilage damage.
