Objective To explore the effects of the Calgary-Cambridge Guide training for practice nurses in promoting the nurse-patient relationship .Methods Totals of 52 practice nurses in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group ( 25 cases ) and the control group (27 cases).Communication skills training based on the Calgary-Cambridge Guide was applied in the experimental group, while the general training materials were distributed in the control group .Nurse-patient relationship was assessed with the trust scale and the Calgary-Cambridge Guide Scale .Results After the training , the scores of respect, consistency, the authority of knowledge and technology , the sense of security and the confidence in the future of the experimental group were (3.65 ±0.45),(3.68 ±0.58),(3.62 ±0.51), (3.81 ±0.45) and (3.67 ±0.64), which were significantly higher than the scores before the training (t =-2.664,-2.712,-2.435,-3.429,-3.431, respectively;P<0.05).The scores of respect, consistency, the sense of security in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the training ( t=2.560, 2.513, 2.231, respectively;P <0.05 ).The general score and the scores of eight dimensions of Calgary-Cambridge were significantly higher than those before (P<0.05).The general score and the scores of eight dimensions of Calgary-Cambridge of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The nurse-patient communication skills training based on the Calgary-Cambridge Guide can effectively improve the communication skills of practice nurses , and promote the nurse-patient relationship .

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing path for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease .Methods A total of 180 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into observation group and control group on average .The control group received routine care for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease , while the observation group underwent comprehensive comprehensive nursing path based on routine .The quality of life , effect of treatment and patients ’ satisfaction were compared .Results After intervention , the dimension assessment score of physical function , physical role , pain, health, vigor, social function, mental health and emotional function were (65.9 ±11.1),(67.8 ± 11.3),(68.1 ±10.0),(77.2 ±12.6),(70.8 ±11.0),(78.0 ±11.5),(77.6 ±11.3) and (80.4 ±10.7) in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group (t =6.983,9.042, 10.819, 19.037, 13.820, 25.174, 17.358, 28.974, respectively;P<0.01).The patients in the observation group had thirty six cured, twenty one dramatically effective, thirty effective and three invalid (Z=5.858,P<0.05). For assessment of satisfaction , there were seventy seven felt very satisfied , eleven satisfied and two unsatisfied (Z =6.678,P <0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing path has a better therapeutic effect for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by improving the quality of life and treatment satisfaction .

Natural killer (NK) cells are important immune cells in the human body and are also the main lymphocytes in the liver. They are considered the first defense mechanism against tumor and have a significant impact on the development and progression of liver cancer. The characteristics of NK cells help them become a new choice for immunotherapy, and NK cell-based immunotherapy may succeed in the treatment of liver cancer. This article reviews the biological characteristics of NK cells, their role in the development and progression of liver cancer, and the research advances in related treatment.

BACKGROUND:
Early fluid resuscitation is one of the fundamental treatments for acute pancreatitis (AP), but there is no consensus on the optimal fluid rate. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of aggressive vs. controlled fluid resuscitation (CFR) in AP.
METHODS:
The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science databases were searched up to September 30, 2022, for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing aggressive with controlled rates of early fluid resuscitation in AP patients without organ failure on admission. The following keywords were used in the search strategy: "pancreatitis," "fluid therapy,""fluid resuscitation,"and "randomized controlled trial." There was no language restriction. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) framework was used to assess the certainty of evidence. Trial sequential analysis (TSA) was used to control the risk of random errors and assess the conclusions.
RESULTS:
A total of five RCTs, involving 481 participants, were included in this study. For primary outcomes, there was no significant difference in the development of severe AP (relative risk [RR]: 1.87, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.95-3.68; P = 0.07; n = 437; moderate quality of evidence) or hypovolemia (RR: 0.98, 95% CI: 0.32-2.97; P = 0.97; n = 437; moderate quality of evidence) between the aggressive and CFR groups. A significantly higher risk of fluid overload (RR: 3.25, 95% CI: 1.53-6.93; P <0.01; n = 249; low quality of evidence) was observed in the aggressive fluid resuscitation (AFR) group than the controlled group. Additionally, the risk of intensive care unit admission ( P = 0.02) and the length of hospital stay ( P <0.01) as partial secondary outcomes were higher in the AFR group. TSA suggested that more studies were required to draw precise conclusions.
CONCLUSION:
For AP patients without organ failure on admission, CFR may be superior to AFR with respect to both efficacy and safety outcomes.
