Objective To study the treatment and prevention of allergic response in IVP by ominipaque. Methods 39 cases with allergic reaction were divided into four grades of slight, moderate, moderately severe and severe. Results Of the 39 cases, 38 ones were with slight slight allergic reaction, and 1 case was with moderate reaction. Conclusion Rapid and proper treatment can eliminate the allergic reaction by ominipaque.

Objective:To explore the propagable experience and methods of controlling the rate of cesarean sec-tion through the summary of the innovative measures in four counties. Methods:The cases of natural birth and cesare-an section from 2009 to 2013 in four counties were analyzed respectively. The interventions of controlling cesarean section rate have been summarized. Results:The average cesarean section rate of four counties in five years is on the decline, since 2009 the rate were 60. 2%,62. 3%,59. 3%,51. 4%,48. 1%. Conclusions: The interventions really worked, but did not do the best. Improving the social attention on these innovative measures, strengthening surveil-lance mechanism, regulating the medical behaviors of delivery hospitals, enhancing the midwifery training and promo-ting the interventions under the coordination of local government can further reduce the rate of cesarean section.

Objective To observe the influence of wind-dispelling therapy on therapeutic effect of blood-cooling and kidney-tonifying herbs for chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP),and to investigate its immunoregulatory effect.Methods Forty-two CITP patients were randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group(N=22) received therapy of dispelling wind,cooling blood and tonifying kidney,and the control group(N=20) received therapy of cooling blood and tonifying kidney.Six weeks constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted 3 courses.Serum interleukin 2(IL-2),soluble IL-2 receptor(sIL-2R),Fas protein,Fas-L protein,and platelet-associated immunoglobulin G(PAIgG) levels and lymphocyte subtypes were compared before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,14 patients were clinically cured,5 markedly effective,2 effective,1 ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.5%;in the control group,8 patients were clinically cured,4 markedly effective,3 effective,5 ineffective and the total effective rate was 75.0%.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P

Objective To study the outcomes and problems of comprehensive medical pricing reform in Jiangsu.Methods The business operations,drug proportion and patient′s expenses of 28 pilot hospitals in 1 5 counties of the province before and after the reform were compared,to learn the impacts of the pricing reform on both hospitals and patients.Results Medical revenue and medical service quantity of these hospitals during this period(January to June)of 2012—2014 maintain a fast growth,with lower drug proportions,and patients′expenditure unchanged.Compared with data of the same period in 2012, the total revenue growth rates of the hospitals in 2013 and 2014 were 13.4% and 1 1.1% respectively;and their drug proportions were 44.9% and 42.3%;and the expenditure growth rates for outpatient/emergency service were 5.9% and 3.1% respectively.Conclusions The reform has achieved an initial success.However the pricing system,needs to be further rationalized to build a better price formation mechanism,in line with relevant reforms.

This study was aimed to optimize the extraction process of hyperoside from leaves ofAcanthopanax senticosusby compounding-enzyme method and orthogonal experiment. The hyperoside compound was regarded as standard and determined by HPLC. Based on the experiments of 4 factors including the enzyme amount, temperature, extraction time and PH values, the extraction process of hyperoside was determined by the orthogonal experiments and variance analysis. The results of single-factor experiments showed that different enzymes showed different effects on the enhance yield of hyperoside. The effects of different factors showed that the order of PH, neutral protease, temperature, time, pectinase, xylanase and cellulose was from strong to weak. Through orthogonal analysis, the optimum conditions were 2% pectinase, 2% xylanase, 0.5% neutral protease, and 0.5% cellulose, under the temperature of 30°C, extraction time of 10 min, and pH = 4.5. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 1.84%. The yield was increased 107% compared with traditional process. It was concluded that the use of compounding enzyme can increase the yield of hyperoside, which possessed a lot of economic benefits.

Objective To investigate the mechanisms of hypoxia inducible factor-2 alpha (HIF-2a) regulating human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) under hypoxic conditions.Methods The experimental study was adopted.(1) HUVECs in logarithmic growth phase were taken:HUVECs without any disposals as control group,HUVECs with shRNA transfection control as shRNA control group,HUVECs with HIF-2α shRNA transfection as HIF-2α shRNA group and HUVECs with HIF-2α shRNA transfection then added rhAng-2 as HIF-2α ± rh-Ang-2 group.(2) Western blot testing:the expressions of Ang-2 and HIF-2α proteins in HUVECs were cultured under hypoxia conditions at 0,2,4,8,12,16,20 hours,and the levels of which were detected in the control group,shRNA control group and HIF-2α shRNA group.(3) Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA):the level of Ang-2 protein in supernatant of HUVECs was detected in the control group,shRNA control group and HIF-2α shRNA group.(4)The amounts of endothelial cell tubes in HUVECs among the 4 groups were detected by tube formation experimental testing.(5) Transwell method was performed to detect the amounts of cells migration in HUVECs and hepatoma cells SMMC-7721 migration intervened by supernatant of HUVECs among the 4 groups.Measurement data with normal distribution were presented as x ± s,repeated measurement data were analyzed by the repeated measures ANOVA,comparison among groups and pairwise comparison were conducted respectively by the one-way ANOVA and Dunnett's test.Results (1) Western blot test:the expression levels of Ang-2 and HIF-2α proteins in HUVECs under hypoxia conditions at 0,2,4,8,12,16,20 hours were 0.110 ±0.011,0.120 ±0.020,0.210 ±0.070,0.410 ±0.100,0.520 ± 0.090,0.790±0.130 1.010 ±0.220 and 0.180 ±0.090,0.410 ±0.070,0.470 ±0.110,0.470 ±0.070,0.580 ± 0.120,0.690 ± 0.140,0.920 ± 0.130,respectively,and which were increased after culturing under hypoxia conditions and had an ascending tendency as the hypoxia time extended,with statistically significant differences (F =403.550,3 265.587,P ＜ 0.05).The expression levels of Ang-2 and HIF-2α proteins in the control group,shRNA control group and HIF-2α shRNA group were 1.030 ±0.180,1.070 ±0.120,0.210 ± 0.070,and 0.940 ± 0.110,0.930 ± 0.190,0.170 ± 0.021,respectively,showing statistically significant differences (F =290.242,26.688,P ＜ 0.05).(2) The results of ELISA:the expression levels of Ang-2 in the control group,shRNA control group and HIF-2α shRNA group were (433.2 ±9.7)ng/L,(438.3 ± 2.6)ng/L,(114.6 ± 4.2) ng/L,with a statistically significant difference (F =2 642.180,P ＜ 0.05).(3) The results of tube formation experiments:the number of endothelial cell tubes in the control group,shRNA control group,HIF-2α shRNA group and HIF-2α ± rh-Ang-2 group were 48.3 ± 2.5,47.4 ± 3.1,19.7 ± 1.5 and 38.3 ± 2.1,respectively,with a statistically significant difference (F =148.196,P ＜ 0.05).(4) The results of Transwell method:① the number of HUVECs migration in the control group,shRNA control group,HIF-2α shRNA group and HIF-2α + rh-Ang-2 group were 140.3-± 3.5,142.7 ± 2.1,42.7 ± 3.1 and 78.1 ± 4.2,respectively,showing a statistically significant differences (F =212.205,P ＜ 0.05).②The results of Transwell method:the number of SMMC-7721 cells migration after intervening using four different supernatant in the control group,shRNA control group,HIF-2α shRNA group and HIF-2α ± rh-Ang-2 group were 106.7 ± 5.5,102.7 ± 6.6,63.0 ± 3.3 and 96.7 ± 2.1,respectively,showing a statistically significant difference (F =55.122,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion HIF-2a could not only affect HUVECs formation but also promote SMMC-7721 cells migration via regulating Ang-2 expression.

Objective: To explore the effects of different concentrations of glucose solution on the survival of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens larvae, the attraction to mosquitoes and egg-laying behaviors, so as to provide the reference for developing mosquito control technology based on sugar bait. Methods: White porcelain bowls were filled with 100 mL of 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% and 15% glucose solutions. Ten of fourth instar larvae of Aedes albopictus or Culex pipiens pallens were added to each bowl, and the survival of larvae was recorded after 2, 4, 6, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Egg-laying cups containing 5%, 8% and 15% glucose solution were put in mosquito cages containing fully blooded female mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens (50 mosquitoes each), and the total number of eggs laid in 72 hours was observed. The analogous site room was filled with fully blooded and starved female mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens (100 mosquitoes each), and simple mosquito control buckets containing 5% and 8% glucose solution and black sticky insect plates. The number of mosquitoes and eggs was observed after 6 days. All the above experiments were repeated 3 times using dechlorinated water as the control. Results: The 72 hour corrected mortality rates of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens larvae gradually increased with the increase of glucose concentration. The glucose solution with 5% and higher concentrations was not suitable for mosquito larvae to survive. The attraction of egg-laying behaviors to Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens gradually decreased with the increase of glucose concentration. The effects were similar between 5% and 8% glucose solution, with the averages of 686.67 and 682.33 eggs for Aedes albopictus, and 3.00 and 2.33 egg rafts for Culex pipiens pallens. In analogous site room, there were 93.33, 105.00 and 130.33 adult mosquitoes captured on average in the control group, 5% and 8% glucose solution groups, respectively, with 8% glucose solution group more attractive to adult mosquitoes than the control group (F=3.283, P=0.030); there were 70.33, 55.33 and 63.00 Aedes albopictus eggs (eggs counts+larvae counts) on average, respectively, with statistically significant differences among the three groups (H=6.761, P=0.034). Conclusion Glucose solution with concentration of 5% or higher can effectively inhibit the survival of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens larvae, and attractive to adult mosquitoes and egg-laying behavoirs.

Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Qianggu Decoction(BQD)onmacrophagemigra-tion inhibitory factor(MIF)of patients with multiple myeloma(MM)and its clinical efficacy,so as to pro-videthegroundforclinicalpromotion.Methods 30patientswhoaccordedwiththeinclusivecriteria were divided into two groups randomly.BQD combined with VAD chemotherapy regimen were used in treatment group;thalidomide combined with VAD chemotherapy regimen were used in control group.The indexes of pre-and post-treatment were observed,including serum MIF,hemoglobin,serum M protein, marrow plasmacyte rate,serum calcium,serum β2 microglobulin (β2-MG),lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH),and C-reaction protein (CRP).And the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were studied. Results There were statistical differences between treatment group and control group in serum MIF,he-moglobin,serum Mprotein,marrow plasmacyte rate,CRP (P<0.01)and β2-MG (P<0.05).There was no difference in serum calcium and LDH (P>0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.66% compared to 80% in control group,no significant differences after Ridit analysis (P>0.05). The incidence of constipation,sleepiness,edema,peripheral neuropathy of control group were signifi-cantlyhigherthanthatoftreatmentgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion Theclinical efficacy of BQDon MM was close to thalidomide with obviously less adverse reactions.BQD decreased serum MIF,M pro-tein,marrow plasmacyte rate,serum β2-MG,and CRP,increased hemoglobin,and adverse reactions were decreased significantly.This study showed that BQD has certain advantages on MM by the way of inhibiting the high expression of serum MIF and angiogenesis.
