Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of cryoballoon ablation (CBA) and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).Methods Computer retrieval of PubMed,EMbase, the Cochrane Library,Web of Knowledge,China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Medical Literature (CBM),China Wan Fang,China VIP,and other database to collect the randomized control trials (RCT) related to RFA and CBA treatment for PAF.The retrieval time was from the establishment of database to December 2015.The data extraction and methodological quality of the included studies were assessed by two reviewers independently. And meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.2 software. Results A total of 6 research papers (636 patients in total) were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the incidence of phrenic nerve paralysis in CBA group was significantly higher than that in RFA group (RR=9.26,95%CI:2.17-39.63,P=0.003).No statistically significant differences in the operation time (MD=10.07,95%CI:-9.10-30.52,P=0.29),fluoroscopy time (MD=-0.18,95%CI:-8.14-7.77,P=0.96),12-month success rate (RR=0.91,95%CI:0.72-1.14,P=0.40) and the incidences of atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia existed between CBA group and RFA group (RR=0.47,95%CI:0.11-2.02,P=0.31).Conclusion For the treatment of PAF,no obvious differences in the operation time, fluoroscopy time,12-month success rate, and the incidences of atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia exist between CBA and conventional RFA,but CBA can increase the incidence of phrenic nerve paralysis.

Objective To identify the high-touched object surface in different special intensive care units(ICUs) through the observation and statistical analysis on the number of touching with common object surfaces in different ICUs, so as to provide basis for hospital environmental management. Methods Direct observation method was used to observe the daily activities of health care workers, the number of touching with various common object surfaces was recorded, Poisson distribution was adopted to statistically analyze the data. Results The average number of touching from high to low was as follows : medical record folder(n=28.00), chair(n=18.38), emergency rescue cart(treatment cart, n=17.29), bed surface(n=13.90), intravenous infusion line(n=13.76), medical pen(n=13.38), and intravenous transfusion pump(n=11.81), these objects accounted for 64.01% of all surface touching number.Different special ICUs were slightly different, general ICU high-touch object included the first 6 categories;cardiothoracic surgery ICU included the above 7 categories besides keyboard and mouse;internal medicine ICU included the first 6 categories and mobile phone. Conclusion High-touched object surface varied with different special ICUs of the same hospital, hospital should make the corresponding disinfection management measures according to the actual situation of high-touched surface of each department, so as to reduce the incidence of healthcare-associated infection.

Meridian theory plays an important role in the guidance of clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion. Since the publication of(), the meridian theory has been developed. In the paper, in view of complex science, the topological properties of acupoint-symptom network were analyzed quantitatively by taking acupoint as node and indication as the connection, such as high clustering coefficient and the small world effect. It was the first time to give the abstraction for the topological proof of the high efficiency information transmission property of acupoint-symptom network meridian system at different times. Its quantitative and digitalized significance was analyzed on the development of meridian theory under the complex scientific background so as to provide a new thought and method for the study of meridian theory and acupuncture modernization.

The study is aimed to create seed materials and dissect the molecular mechanism of sexual propagation of Gastrodia elata. In this research, thirteen characteristics of flowers, flower stem, fruits, seeds and embryo of G.elata f. glauca and G.elata f. elata after bolting at room temperature(RT) and constant temperature(CT, 22 ℃) were determined. It was found that the constant temperature condition could prolong the bolting duration of G.elata and increased the number of flowers, while the variety of G.elata only affected the bolting duration, but had no effect on the number of flowers, and the G.elata f. elata was more likely to bolting than the G.elata f. glauca. The variety of G.elata was the main factor affecting the time of dehiscent fruit of G.elata, the temperature was the main factor affecting the fruits number and fruits diameter, and the constant temperature was more conducive to the fruits shape of G.elata than the room temperature. There was no significant difference in seed phenotype of G.elata varieties, but the seed embryo of G.elata seeds cultivated at constant temperature was fuller than that of G.elata cultivated at room temperature, and temperature had less influence on the seed phenotype of G.elata. But it was interesting to find that temperature and varieties had greater influence on the seed embryo of G.elata, constant temperature cultivation was more conducive to the formation of seed embryo of G.elata, and more the seed embryo of G.elata f. elata was easier to form than the seed embryo of G.elata f. glauca. However, the development of seeds and embryos of G.elata was significantly affected, and the development of seeds and embryos of G.elata f. glauca was more sensitive to temperature than G.elata f. elata. The research suggested that it is advisable for G.elata to produce seed materials by bolting at constant temperature(22 ℃).

SOCS3, a feedback inhibitor of the JAK/STAT signal pathway, negatively regulates axonal regrowth and inflammation in the central nervous system (CNS). Here, we demonstrated a distinct role of SOCS3 in the injured spinal cord of the gecko following tail amputation. Severing the gecko spinal cord did not evoke an inflammatory cascade except for an injury-stimulated elevation of the granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ) cytokines. Simultaneously, the expression of SOCS3 was upregulated in microglia, and unexpectedly not in neurons. Enforced expression of SOCS3 was sufficient to suppress the GM-CSF/IFN-γ-driven inflammatory responses through its KIR domain by attenuating the activities of JAK1 and JAK2. SOCS3 was also linked to GM-CSF/IFN-γ-induced cross-tolerance. Transfection of adenovirus overexpressing SOCS3 in the injured cord resulted in a significant decrease of inflammatory cytokines. These results reveal a distinct role of SOCS3 in the regenerating spinal cord, and provide new hints for CNS repair in mammals.
