Objective To explore the expression of plasminogen activator inhibitor-3 (PAI-3) in normal adult skin. Methods Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expressions of PAI-3 and uPA. Results mRNA of PAI-3 and uPA were detected. PAI-3 was mainly expressed in stratum basale, stratum spinosum and stratum granulosum, and its expression enhanced in the well differentiated keratinocytes of the epidermis. uPA was located in basal layer. Conclusion PAI-3 exists in normal adult skin and is related with the differentiation of epidermal keratinocytes.

Objective To explore the effective way to decrease serious complications and to minimize the mortality following transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE).Methods In 265 liver cancer patients experiencing TACE,the causes of death in 19 (20 days after TACE) were analyzed.Results 9 cases died of liver failure,4 died of the rupture of liver tumors, and 2 died of upper digestive tract bleeding.Gastroduodenal perforation,pulmonary embolism,myocardial infarction,and hyperkalemia resulted in death in one case,respectively.The mortality rates of primary liver cancer and liver metastasis were 9.2% and 1.4%,respectively (P

Objective To know the problems of reference factors,and then provide evidences for scientific and specific identifying index system for students from poor families.Methods Questionnaires were used among 719 students from poor families.Results There were 86.0％ families whose earnings were lower than 410 RMB per month.57.2％ families depended on agriculture.70.1％ students were from the rural areas.Family member number was 4～6 for the majority ( 70.7％ ).91.2％ ( 94.5％ ) fathers'( mothers' ) education levels were under high middle school.64.0％ ( 67.3％ )fathers ( mothers ) were farmers.The proportion of students having computers was 76.1％.61.2％ students' life was not frugal.There were 80.9％ students who thought campus cards shouldn't be monitored.Conclusion Family economic situation should be the key indicator.Most of the basic family information could be reference factors.Basic situation of students at school was inappropriate to be reference factors.

This research uses six Agrobacterium rhizogenes R1601, R15384, R1000, A4, R1025 and R1 to infect silymarin explants to induce hairy roots and silibin. All of the six A. rhizogenes can induce Silybum marianum to generate hairy roots and the A. rhizogene A4 shows comparatively high infection on the plant. This research determines the condition to induce silymarin hairy roots by the factors of infection time, pre-culturing, co-culturing and pH value. The fact that MS liquid medium fits the proliferation of silymarin hairy roots is determined. Through PCR molecular identification, it can be seen that the DNA plasmids in the A. rhizogenes are successfully integrated into the genome of transformed roots. Using liquid chromatography, it is determined that the silibin content in silymarin hairy roots is 2.5 times that in the plant In this research, the silymarin hairy roots culturing system is established, which lays a foundation for the study of culturing silymarin hairy roots and producing silibin.

Objective To investigate the pile protein (paxillin) and carbonic anhydrases Ⅸ (CA Ⅸ)expression and its significance in duodenal papilla carcinoma patients.Methods Eighty-seven cases of duodenal papilla carcinoma were enrolled as our subject.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of paxillin and CAⅨ in site of tumor,adjacent tissue and duodenal papillitis tissue.Results Sixtyfive cases (74.7％ (65/87)) were showed a higher expression of paxillin in cancer site than that of adjacent tissue (41％ (16/39),P ＜ 0.05) and duodenal papillitis tissue (41.3％ (19/46),P ＜ 0.05),and the difference was statisically significant (x2 =19.869,P ＜0.05).While a higher expression of CA Ⅸ in 62 cases (71.3％) in cancer site was seen,higher than that of adjacent tissue (33.3％ (13/39),P ＜ 0.05) and duodenal papillitis tissue (30.4％ (14/46),P ＜ 0.05),and the difference was statisically significant (x2 =26.936,P ＜ 0.05).As the increase of the cancer tissue malignant degree and the surrounding tissue invasion or distant metastasis degree,paxillin and CA Ⅸ expression increased.Conclusion The paxillin and CAⅨ might served as the early indicators for diagnosis and judgment of prognosis of duodenal papilla cancer.

Objective Base on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), obtained human diagnostic information available for joint syndrome differentiation is integrated based on subjective and objective combined syndrome differentiation, in the form of data expression of TCM four diagnosis, forms multiple information fusion of open platform for TCM diagnosis and treatment, and provides some revelation for promoting the development of depression and treatment technology. Methods Totally 30 depression patients and 30 normal people were selected according to the inclusion criteria. TCM four diagnostic and auxiliary diagnosis instrument was used to collect information of four diagnosis, and the statistical software was used for the analysis on pulse diagnosis, and information features of digitalized tongue and listening diagnosis of patients in depression group and normal group were studied. Results Compared with depression group, pulse frequency, fluency, and heart rate of normal group were a bit higher than depression group, without statistical significance (P>0.05);There was statistical significance among pulse frequency, strength, tightness, and pulse wave velocity between the normal group and depression group (P<0.05). 30 patients had 6 depression syndrome types:heart-gallbladder qi deficiency (8 cases), phlegm-heat attacking internally (6 cases), fire excess from yin deficiency (6 cases), liver depression forming fire (6 cases), intense heart fire (3 cases), and heart-spleen deficiency (3 cases). Conclusion The results of differences in pulse diagram parameters were consistent with the theory of classical TCM pulse theory. The results of differences in pulse wave velocity conform to the modern medical research conclusion. TCM four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis and treatment technology can realize the dynamic detection of depression patients with four diagnostic information, and establish diagnostic methods for depression based on digitalized four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis.

ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics,treatment and prognosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP)in the minor. MethodsCombining minor SPTP cases in literatures and 4 cases, analyzed the clinical and pathological features, and the relationship with sex hormone receptors, the growth and development,treatment and prognosis.ResultsThe clinical manifestations of SPTP in minor were same as adults, but the minors showed significant growth retardation which can be reversed after the tumor surgical removal, like 4 patients all showed secondary sex characteristics of retardation in the group. The protocol of surgical treatment was to ensure complete removal of the tumor and keep the healthy organs as much as possible which reduced the impact to the postoperative growth and development.The premise of operation therapy in the 4 cases was minimization of operation trauma. Minor SPTP prognosis had not been determined. ConclusionThe diagnosis and treatment of minor SPTP should be fully taken into account the characteristics of the minor to ensure that patients can continue long-term growth and development and the quality of life.

Objective To discuss the role of miRNA-374a in invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods Breast tissues from 48 patients(32 patients with breast cancer)were classified into high invasive and metastatic group(HIMG,group A),low invasive and metastatic group(LIMG,group B),and normal group (group C).Each group contained 16 specimens.6 samples were selected randomly from each group and were detected by microRNA array.Key microRNA (miRNA-374a)was selected and its target protein(BMP-2) was predicted by bioinformatics software.The rest 10 specimens of each group were detected by real-time qRT-PCR and Western blot to test the content of miRNA-374a,mRNA and protein of BMP-2.Correlation analysis was performed between miRNA and the target protein.SPSS 18.0 was used to make statistical analysis.Results The relative content of miRNA-374a was higher in group C than in group B,higher in group B than in group A(P ＜ 0.05).BMP-2 mRNA level was higher in group A and group B than in group C (P ＜ 0.05).The expression level of BMP-2 protein was lower in group C than in group B,lower in group B than in group A(P ＜0.05).Correlation analysis showed that miRNA-374a was negatively correlated with BMP-2 protein(P =-0.412 8).Conclusion miRNA-374a inhibits the invasion and metastasis by regulating BMP-2 in human breast cancer.

Commercial production of bioethanol from lignocellulosic hydrolysates requires efficient fermenting strains. The abilities of the strain to converting all types of sugars in the hydrolysate to ethanol in high yield and to effectively tolerating/metabolizing inhibitors are necessary. Genome shuffling is a novel method for breeding, and it has been applied in pharmaceutical and food industry. This review summarized the technique of genome shuffling including principle, process, applications and its prospect for strains improvement in ethanol production from lignocellulosic hydrolysates.
