3.Progress on the rural health issues from the village community perspective:A reflection on“Study of village power and rural health service management mode”
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(5):54-61
The core problem of current rural health services is a governance problem, that is, how the basic rural health resources can be used more effectively. Based on the study of history and reality, this paper suggests that in the existing “government-market” framework, the village is the third perspective worthy of consideration. Inside the village community, the trust, network and cooperation between people which were based on the traditional rural acquaintances society capital and the institutional resources in the organizations at the primary level will be able to in-crease the degree of organization, thereby reducing the transaction costs between the government or the market and rural residents. The village power will be able to better take advantage of government and market mechanisms, and thus solve the problem of rural health resource utilization more effectively.
4.Effect of ursodeoxycholic acid on intrahepatic cholestasis and total bile acid etc.in umbilical venous of pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(8):81-82,85
Objective To explore the curative effect of ursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and the effect on total bile acid (TBA) in post partum fetal umbilical venous blood .Methods 30 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy who were admitted into the Hospital Affiliated to Sichuan Medical University during January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,15 cases in each group. The observation group were given ursodeoxycholic acid tablets while control group were injected with ademetionine butanedisulfonate .The curative effect of two kinds of drugs in treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy was observed and the effect on total bile acid in post partum fetal umbilical venous blood was analyzed .ResuIts After treatment , the TBA and ALT of observation group were significantly lower than those pre-treatment and those of control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences of TBIL and ALP between two groups and within groups.TBA and TBIL in post partum fetal umbilical venous blood of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of ALT level between two groups .There were two cases of abnormal perinatal outcomes in observation group while seven cases in control group (χ2 =3.97, P<0.05).ConcIusion Ursodeoxycholic acid could effectively reduce the total bile acid levels in maternal and fetal umbilical vein blood, reduce the mortality rate of the fetal and improve the perinatal outcomes , with high security.
5.Guiding the Price Fixing of Drugs by Pharmacoeconomic Method:Perfecting Drug Pricing Method
China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To raise the price fixing of drugs to a scientific and reasonable level.METHODS:From the view of the whole society, the economic efficiency of newly-developed drugs and original drugs was compared with cost-effec?tiveness analysis.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Through comparison, the price ranges with economic efficiency of newly-de?veloped drugs would be obtained, which could guide the price fixing.
6.Guiding Drug-Pricing by Using Pharmacoeconomics: Differential Pricing for the Drugs with Different Economic Benefit and Effective Management
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:Using the result of pharmacoeconomic evaluation to instruct the management of drug prices.ME_ THODS:Establishing a reference price and combining economic benefit to decide the price of a drug.RESULTS&CONCLU_ SION:According to the rational value scope, the prices of new drugs can be fixed.A reasonable and timely adjustment of the price can be made.
7.Feature Extraction of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential Based on Wavelet Multi-resolution Analysis.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(3):514-519
We proposed a multi-resolution-wavelet-transform based method to extract brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) from the background noise and then to identify its characteristics correctly. Firstly we discussed the mother wavelet and wavelet transform algorithm and proved that bi-orthogonal wavelet bior5. 5 and stationary discrete wavelet transform (SWT) were more suitable for BAEP signals. The correlation analysis of D6 scale wavelet coefficients between single trails and the ensemble average of all trails showed that the trails with good correlation (> 0. 4) had higher signal-to-noise ratio, so that we could get a clear BAEP from a few trails by an average and wavelet filter method. Finally, we used this method to select desirable trails, extracted BAEP from every 10 trails and calculated the I-V inter-waves' latency. The results showed that this strategy of trail selection was efficient. This method can not only achieve better de-noising effect, but also greatly reduce the stimulation time needed as well.

8.Influence factors of investment management of hospital intangible assets: take reputation as an example
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of investment management of hospital intangible assets,so as to provide countermeasures for establishing and optimizing the investment management system of hospital intangible assets. Methods: Taking hospital reputation as an example,we analyzed its role in the investment management of hospital intangible assets and the maintenance of hospital reputation in an economic perspective using Shapiro model and game theory. Results: The factors, such as the blueprint of hospital, efficiency of medical quality information transmission, and cost variance, all influenced the reputation of hospital. Conclusion: In the health care field, stable property right system should be established and market information agents should be cultivated. The administrative actions of involved departments should abide by the related regulation and the running system of hospitals should be optimized.
9.Adrenal allografts using fetal rats as donors
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Objective To study the reconstruction and secretory function of the grafts after adrenal transplantation using fetal rats as donors. Methods Thirty adult SD rats randomly received sham operation(group A),excision of bilateral adrenals(groups B,C,D and E),and additionally adrenal transplantation in groups C,D and E using fetal rats aged 16,18 and 20 days respectively as donors. Results The weight of group A got down to the lowest at the 3rd week, and restored to the preoperation level at the 4th week after sham operation. The weight of group B gradually rose up within 4 weeks. The weight of groups C and D rose up in the first 2 weeks, then down. The weight of group E rose slowly within the first 3 weeks, then down. The serum level of corticosterone decreased sharply in group B after operation, while that of groups C,D and E went down obviously in the first 2 weeks, then up,but that in group C was significantly lower than that in groups D and E.Microscopically,we found the capsule of allografts thicken and underneath many proliferative cells and well-constructed glomerular and fascicular zone 4 weeks after operation. Conclusion After transplantation, the fetal adrenal could survive and reconstruct well, and its secretory function gets better gradually. The graft from the elder donor is better than that from the younger in reconstruction and secretory function, but shows no obvious difference in immunological rejection.
10.Clinical presentation and diagnosis criterion of pediatric hypertension
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(13):968-971
There is a trackphenomenon in the development of hypertension and pediatric hypertension has an important predictive value for adult hypertension. However pediatric hypertension is not typical and normal blood pressure is associated with age,sex and height. The blood pressure level, clinical presentation and complication rates of secondary pediatric hypertension are higher than primary pediatric hypertension. So secondary pediatric hypertension could get timely treatment compared to primary pediatric hypertension. This paper focus on the clinical presentation and diagnosis criterion of pediatric hypertension and provide a reference for the pediatrician.
