1.Application of Mental Matching Strategy in the Teaching of Nursing Ethics
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Mental matching is a strategy of teaching materials transacting in emotional latitude of teaching psychology. Used properly, psychology matching strategy can improve the unification between teaching materials and students' need to adjust to the students' learning interests. This paper introduces the connotations and functions of mental matching strategy, and two types of mental matching strategies in the nursing ethics teaching are analyzed.
2.Design and application of hospital material management system
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
In order to improve the scientificity and rationality of materiel management,we developed the materiel management system and realized the computerizing of material management. This system can solve all problems in material computerizing which occur during the process from the material application to its abandonment. Aiming at solving disadvantages in human management, the utilization of this system will greatly reduce the staff's work load, enhance the working efficiency and make the material management standardized.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of leptin on neonatal seizure in rats by behavioral tests and Bcl2 expression. Methods Twenty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were divided into four groups:control group, leptin group,RS group and RS+leptin group on postnatal day 6 (P6),5 rats in each group. From P6 to P12,repeated neonatal seizure model was induced by flurothyl in RS and RS+leptin group rats. From P13 to P22,leptin (2 mg · kg-1 · day-1) was administered by intraperitoneal injection in leptin group and RS+leptin group rats.Forelimb hanging test and open field test were implemented on P30.Bcl2 expression was detected by western blot on P34.Results (1) Neurobehavioral tests:the time of forelimb suspension in RS group((7.10± 1.02) s)was significantly shorter (P<0.05) than the control group((15.95± 6.11)s) and the time of forelimb suspension in RS+leptin group((13.90±2.64) s)was significant longer (P <0.05) than the RS group. In open field test, the number of horizontal movement in RS group (119.80± 28.83) was significantly reduced (P<0.05) than that in the control group(191.00±37.27) and the number of horizontal movement in RS+leptin group(164.20±26.46) was increased than that in the RS group, but the difference was not significant. The number of modification and stool in RS group was significantly increased (P<0.05) than that in the control group and the number of modification and stool in RS+leptin group was significantly reduced (P<0.05) than that in the RS group.(2)Western blot:the expression of Bcl2 in RS group (0.24±0.07),leptin group(0.89±0.09) and RS+leptin group(0.56±0.07) was significantly decreased compared with control group(1.02±0.01) (P<0.05),and the expression of Bcl2 in RS +leptin group was significantly increased compared with RS group (P<0.05).Conclusion Leptin improves the brain injury induced by flurothyl on neonatal rats by Bcl2 signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate the potential factors which have impact on the working space for surgeons in gasless laparoscopic cholecystectomy and to probe into the specifications of gasless surgeries. Methods Clinical data of 49 cases of gasless laparoscopic cholecystectomy between March 2007 and July 2010 were summarized. The impacts of body mass index, bowel preparation and means of anesthesia on operation time and conversion to laparotomy were analyzed. Results For patients with body mass index ≤25and > 25,operation times were (43.0 ± 5.4) min,and (52.8 ± 7.4 ) min, respectively, and rates of conversion to laparotomy were 0/34 and 4/15,respectively.Both indices in the first group were higher. For patients with and without bowel preparation, operation times were (44.5 ± 5.4) min and (46.1 ± 8.0)min,respectively,and rates of conversion to laparotomy were 2/26 and 2/23,respectively.For patients with epidural anesthesia and lumbar/epidural anesthesia, operation times were (46.5 ± 7.9) min and (44.1 ±6.8) min, respectively, and rates of conversion to laparotomy were 2/24 and 2/25,respectively.Conclusions The operation time of gasless laparoscopic cholecystectomy could be affected by many factors, such as body mass index.Gasless operations can be improved by evaluating the conditions of patients correctly and by selecting suitable operation methods, anesthesia means and bowel preparation.

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in elder patients with lung cancer after operation, providing the basis for clinical prophylaxis and treatment of complications.Methods360 elder patients with lung cancer in department of thoracic surgery of our hospital were enrolled from Jun 2005 to Dec 2010,the complications after operation were reviewed retrospectively.ResultsAfter investigation,we found that only 10 patients(2.8% ) had upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.6 cases of them were fluid and electrolyte imbalance,8 cases of them were hyoxemia,3 cases of them was hypotension after operation.8 cases of them were older than 70 years old. There was significant difference between older and smaller than 70 years old.ConclusionThe incidence of postoperative upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients with lung cancer was 2.8%,which was a relatively uncommon condition in clinic. Its major risk factors were age, fluid and electrolyte imbalance, hypotension and hyoxemia caused by operation.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To develop a method to determine the content of ketoconazole in the disinfectant by HPLC. Methods The separation was carried out on an ODS C18 column. Methanol-water (80+20) was used as the mobile phases. The flow rate was 1.00 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 239 nm. Results The linearity was obtained in the range of 1.00-100 ?g/ml for ketoconazole, the average recovery rates were 98.1%-99.8%. The difference in a day and in another day was less than 2%. The detection limit was 1.08 ?g/ml. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, rapid and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for ketoconazole.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To explore the features of the airway inflammation in a rat model of chronic bronchitis and study the role of IL-8 in the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis. Methods The rat model of chronic bronchitis was set up by injecting LPS into trachea. Cell count and cytological classification in BALF were performed in experimental group and control group. The level of IL-8 in both serum and lung tissues of the two groups rats was measured by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-8 in both serum and lung tissues in the rats with chronic bronchitis were significantly higher than those in healthy control rats. The number of neutrophil in BALF of the rats with chronic bronchitis was significantly more than that in healthy control rats. Conclusion Both IL-8 and neutrophil were involved in airway inflammation of chronic bronchitis, and might play an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis.
