Objective To investigate the factors related to anxiety in families of patients in cardiac care unit(CCU).Methods The family members of 50 CCU patients had been given questionnaires to evaluate their anxiety and correlative factors.Results The factors related to anxiety of families of CCU patients were the environment of emergency department,the disease knowledge and so on.Conclusion Reducing the anxious level of patients' families by proper nursing interventions can be helpful to family members' physical and mental health.

Objective:To construct a Chinese Version of MSLSS(Multidimensional Students' Life Satisfac- tion Scale)and test its reliability and validity.Methods:A total of 793 Chinese middle school students completed the MSLSS.Results:In the analysis of Chinese version of MSLSS,the cronbach's a coefficient was 0.90 and the test-retest reliability was 0.86.The correlative coefficients between the total and factors ranged from 0.71 to 0.80,and from 0.36 to 0.57 between different factors.The standardized loading coefficients of items to factors were from 0.35 to 0.89.The standardized loading coefficients of five latent variables to the previous latent variables were from 0.55 to 0.74.All the indexes of confirmatory factor analysis including x~2,x~2/df,NFI,CFI,TLI,RMSEA met the requirement of psychological measurement.Conclusion:The Chinese version of MSLSS can be used to evaluate Chinese middle school students' life satisfaction.

Objective To investigate the effect and psychological intervention of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in preoperative bowel preparation for gynecologic tumor patients. Methods According to the different drugs,nursing interventions will be January 2015 to March 2017 in third affiliated hospital of Tianjin medical university for surgical treatment of gynecological cancer patients 80 cases groups:control group with routine nursing intervention observation group with mannitol, psychological nursing and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte with intervention;observation of two groups of patients improve psychological status and intestinal cleaning and the incidence of adverse reactions,the strict record related data and make comparative analysis. Results The psychological nursing and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(observation group)intervention in patients with gynecologic tumor significantly,the psychological state of patients with improvement than the control group,the bowel cleaning is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two patients with adverse reaction rate comparison,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The preparation of intestinal tract tumor patients before gynecologic selection of psychological nursing and intervention effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can significantly improve the psychological state,full bowel cleansing patients with high effective rate,and will not increase the adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.

In this study,amount to 23 strains of marine fungi had been isolated from anemones which inhabited on the rocks of the intertidal zone of Qingdao sea area,and the bioactivity of antimicroorganism had been determined.There are 15 strains of fungi from Anthopleura Qingdaoenisis Pei belong to 4 different genus of Fungi Imperfecti,and 8 strains of fungi from A.Midori fall respectively into 6 genus of fungi inperfecti.Among the 23 strains of fungi isolated,there are 3 strains that can inhibit the pathomycete of plants.

Proteins arc the major molecules performing life activities, and their spatial and temporal expression profiles in organisms are very important for understanding their accurate functions. Phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione pcroxidase (PHGPx) is a unique antioxidant enzyme that directly reduces lipid hydroperoxides in biomembranes and plays a vital role in defense against mernhrane peroxidation damage. The protein expression profiles of rice PHGPx (OsPHGPx) were investigated in different rice tissues and under various stress treatments by using Western blot analysis. The results showed that in mature rice plants, OsPHGPx was mainly distributed in leaves, especially flag leaves, and in rice seedlings, OsPHGPx was detected in shoots and leaves. Moreover, OsPHGPx expression in rice seedlings could be markedly induced by H2O2 and NaCI, but weakly influenced by several plant hormones. Time- and dose-dependent effects were observed in both H2O2 and NaCI treatments, and the strongest induction was observed when rice seedlings were treated with 0.5 mmol/L H2O2 for 12 h or 500 mmol/L NaCI for 24 h. Additionally, dimethylthiourea, a H2O2 trap, inhibited H2O2-enhanced expression of OsPHGPx, but did not impair the enhanced effect of NaCI, implying that NaCl-induced OsPHGPx expression was not mediated by H2O2. These results will contribute greatly to further study the exact physiological function of OsPHGPx in rice.

Objective To compare the durability and economic value of o-phthalaldehyde(OPA)and glutaraldehyde as endoscope disinfectors in continuous use of cleaning machine.Methods Compare the maximal number of endoseopes which could be disinfected by the two disinfectors at its minimal effective concentration,as well as the corresponding costs.The cost-effectiveness of two disinfectors were evaluated with Revenue-Incremental Cost Analysis.Results The number of endoscopes disinfected by OPA were 1.56 times as compared with glutaraldehyde,and an additional 2.95 yuan could be gained with OPA at the cost of 1 yuan.Conclusion When cleaning machine is full loaded,OPA is more durable than glutaraldehyde,and Can gain more benefit at the same cost.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of detecting peripheral artery disease (PAD) using ankle-brachial index (ABI) determined by an electronic sphygmomanometer in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Method The brachial blood pressure and the ankle blood pressure were measured in each upper limbs and lower limbs by the Doppler ultrasound method and the electronic sphygmomanometer method in fifty-nine DM patients who were selected from Department of Geriatric Endocrinology of General Hospital of PLA. ABI was calculated with the formula of ABI = ankle systolic blood pressure/ brachial systolic blood pressure. The measurement data were expressed as x?s. Then the data of systolic pressure and ABI were analyzed by paired Student's t tests and correlations. The related diagnosis criteria of PAD, such as sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and the global accuracy were calculated. Furthermore, the correlation of brachial blood pressure as measured by the electronic sphygmomanometer and the mercury column sphygmomanometer was compared. Results There were no significant differences but good correlations between the data of systolic pressures and ABI obtained as measured by two methods. Objective:To explore the mediating effect of belief in a just world and self-esteem on relationship between childhood abuse and subjective well-being in college students.Methods:Totally 929 college students[314 males and 615 females,aged 17 to 25 year,mean age (20 ± 3) year] from 4 universities of Harbin were assessed.The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ-SF) was used to assess childhood abuse,the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the Affect Balance Scale (ABS) was used to assess subjective well-being,the Believe in a Just World Scale (BJW) was used to assess belief in a just word,and the Self-Esteem Scale (SES) was used to assess self-esteem.The Bootstrap was used to test the mediating effect of belief in a just world and self-esteem on relationship between childhood abuse and subjective well-being.Results:General belief in a just world,personal belief in a just world,self-esteem played an independent mediating effect respectively between childhood abuse and life satisfaction.The confidence interval from Bootstrap output were 95％ (-0.026--0.001),95％ (-0.141--0.058) and 95％ (-0.235--0.122).Personal belief in a just world and general belief in a just world played chain mediating effect between childhood abuse and life satisfaction (-0.059--0.004).Self-esteem played an independent mediating effect between childhood abuse and emotional balance (-0.308--0.181).Personal belief in a just world and general belief in a just world played chain mediating effect between childhood abuse and emotional balance (-0.046--0.001).Conclusion:Childhood abuse and subjective well-being of individuals,belief in a just world and self-esteem are related.Belief in a just world and self-esteem play mediating effect between childhood abuse and subjective well-being.

Objective To evaluate the influence of tetrahydrobiopterin on NO and MDA concentration and SOD activity as well as the myocardial infarction area. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided into three groups randomly: control group,MI/R group and BH 4 group. After occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery of a rabbit for 60 minutes followed by 90 minutes of reperfusion (ischemia/reperfusion),NO and MDA and SOD concentrations were measured and the myocardial infarction area was caculated.
