Objective To explore the control measures of drug induced liver disease. Methods The age, disease drugs, clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis of 162 cases with drug induced liver disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results Drug induced liver disease incidence in different age groups are slightly more old age group,Lead to liver damage to many types of drugs,a common anti-TB drugs and other lipid-lowering medicine and Chinese herbal medicine and health drugs can not be ignored.Clinical performance of drug-induced liver disease is different, mostly had good prognosis after treatment,a few turn into cirrhosis,a very small number of fulminant hepatic failure or even death. Conclusion Avoid the use of the drug that may injure the liver, liver protection must also drugs should be regularly reviewed liver function.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility, safty and methology of transradial coronary angiography Methods Transradial coronary angiography was carried out in 304 patients Results Transradial coronary angiography and ventriculography were successful in 291 patients (95 7%) Conclusion Radial artery seems to be both feasible and safe for coronary angiography, with a very low risk of local complication and more comfort for patients

Objective: To prepare the calcitonin oral microparticle. Methods: The oral delivery system of salmon calcitonin was made using diketopiperazine microparticles as carrier by the method of sole solifification. The parameters including the shape of microparticle, dissolving in vitro , the effect of reducing bleed calcium and bioavailability etc . were observed. Results: The diameter of the microparticles was 1 3 ?m, and the drug concentration was 0.42%. The rate of encapsulating was 91.1%. The drug did not release within 2 h in artificial gastric fluid and completely released in artificial intestinal fluid within 6 h. The microparticles had obvious effect of reducing bleed calcium 3 h after it was taken, the effect lasted for 12 h. Conclusion: The microparticles of salmon calcitonin release slowly and have better effects of reducing bleed calcium by oral delivery system.
5.Drug Therapy for Vascular Dementia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
Various pathologic mechanisms and types of lesion have participated in cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia.A number of medications have been used in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia in clinical practice, including cholinesterase inhibitors, N-methy-D-aspartate receptor antagonists, calcium channel blockers and neurotrophic drugs. This article reviews the progress in research on the pharmacotherapy of vascular dementia.

[Objective]To investigate the mechanism and pathologic changes of anterior cruciate ligament impingement syndrome as well as its arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment.[Method]From January 2005 to June 2007,28 patients with a history of anterior cruciate ligament impingement were diagnozed and treated arthroscopically. The patients' clinical findings were mainly anterior patellar pain and limited knee joint. The reasons of anterior cruciate ligament impingement syndrome were indentified by routine arthroscopic examination:straitness of intercondylar notch or osteophytes formation in 19 cases, old avulsion fracture in the tibial intercondylar in 4 cases, anterior cruciate ligament cyst in 3 cases, incorrect tibial tunnel placement on reconstructed anterior cruciated ligament in 2 cases.Different surgical procedures were carried out according to the results of the examination:joint debridement and intercondyle's plasty;intercondyle's plasty and osteophytes resection;joint debridement and ACL cysts resection;ACL tibial eminence insertion reconstruction were performed.[Result]Twenty-eight cases were followed for an average of 15 monthes(6-34 monthes). The rate of good to excellent was 82.1%,recurrence was observed in 1 case.[Conclusion]The gradual constriction of the knee is mainly caused by the anterior cruciate ligament impingement syndrome.Arthroscopy is very valuable in diagnosis and treatment of anterior cruciate ligment impingement syndrome. It can also acquire whole assessment of the joint injuries and makes out reasonable treatment program to normal knee joint function.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(4):344-351
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectivenes of continous passive motion(CPM) on limb function in patients after total knee arthroplasty.MethodsThe Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, MEDLINE, EMBASE, PEDro, CNKI and VIP were retrieved from the date of establishment of the databases to July, 2010 to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs). The quality of RCTs was critically appraised and data were extracted by 4 reviewers independently. Meta-analysis was conducted for the eligible RCTs.Results26 RCTs were included. The result of Meta-analysis showed that CPM improved the range of motion (ROM) in active knee flexion and passive knee flexion, eliminate swelling in short term(<6 weeks) and alleviate pain in short and medium term (less than 6 months). CPM showed no significant difference in improving the ROM in active and passive knee extention and quadriceps strength, and shortening hospital stay.ConclusionThe patients carried out CPM training after total knee arthroplasty can effectively improve limb flexion function, eliminate joint swelling, and relieve pain in the short term. But more high-quality and large-scale RCTs are needed.

Objective To investigate the effects of the intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on the expression of FcγR Ⅱ b and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in children with Kawasaki disease (KD).Methods 25 children with KD and 15 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The levels of TLR4 expression on monocytes were assessed by flow cytometry.Real-time PCR was performed to detect the transcription levels of FcγR Ⅱ b,TLR4 signaling molecules(MyD88,TRAF-6,TAK1) and cytokines(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α) in monocytes. The concentrations of TNF-α in plasma was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results (1) Compared with healthy controls, the expression of TLR4 and the signaling molecules in the patients were significantly up-regulated but decreased after treatment with IVIG (P<0.05).(2)The levels of FcγR Ⅱb expression from the patients were higher than those from healthy controls, and decreased after treatment with IVIG(P<0.05).(3) The levels of cytokine factor expression such as IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the patients were found to be higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.05) ; plasma concentrations of TNF-α were significantly elevated during acute KD (P<0.05).(4)There were significantly correlations to follow between FcγR Ⅱb and the levels of cytokine,TLR4 expression in monocytes (P <0.05).Conclusion IVIG can up regulate FcγR Ⅱb expression and down regulate TLR4 expression which might inhibit the inflammatory response.
