Due to the influence of potential psychological trauma, athletes in the competition may repetitively suffer poor performances, such as losing his usual form, slump, choking, and so on. These under-performing problems actually are symptoms of sports post-traumatic stress disorder (SPTSD). SPTSD refers to the pathological physical and mental after-effects of a trauma previously suffered by the athlete on that athlete's subsequent performances. This is a very common physical and emotional problem in athletics that impairs athletes' performance, affecting their competition results. By peak performance eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, therapists can deal with this problem effectively and help athletes eliminate symptoms of sports post-traumatic stress disorder, improving the competition performance.

The acquisition of life skills is helpful to improve the development of adaptive behavior of people with mental retardation, and adolescence is crucial period for systemic life skills training.Life skills training mainly contains 3 domains:independent living, seeking and maintaining employment, communication and participation, intends improving daily living skills, personal and social skills, work skills, interactive communication skills,as well as social participation skills of adolescent with mental retardation. To ensure the effectiveness of training,it should follow the standard training procedures, select appropriate instructional strategy and training situations.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of barrier m em brane on guided bone regeneration(GBR) in alveolar cleft. Methods: The alveolar cleft of animal model was established in the maxilla in 10 rabbi ts. The artificial alveolar clefts were treated immediately with following mater ials respectively: (1) PLA+collagen+rhBMP-2 membrane, (2)PLA membrane, (3)colla ge membrane, (4) blank control. All the membranes were fixed by PLA pin and mini -titanium pin. The animals were sacrificed 2 weeks, 1,2,3 and 6 months after su rgery respectively. Samples were studied through macroscopic observation, X-rad iography, histomorphology and enzyme histochemistry analysis. Results: In the clefts covered with the 3 kinds of membrane more bone fromation wa s observed. The compound membrane of PLA+collagen+rhBMP-2 showed the best bone regeneration effects. Conclusion: The GBR technique can be used to repair the bone defect of alveolar cleft.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):583-586
The content of ATP, ADP, AMP, sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate were determined by 31P NMR, the linear range of ATP, ADP and AMP were found to be 0.004-0.080 mol x L(-1), sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate were 0.005-0.100 mol x L(-1). The RSD were 0.40%-1.30%, the recovery were 96.9% - 105.2%. The method has been applied to the determination of ATP injection. The impurities of ATP injection were ADP and sodium phosphate. The content of ATP is in line with the requirement of the pharmacopoeia. The results indicated that the method is of good reproducibility, high accuracy, rapid and simple operation, without pretreatment and interference of other elements, 31P NMR is a new and reliable method of analyzing ATP, ADP, AMP and phosphate.

Objective To compare diagnostic performance of ultrasound and radionuclide imaging in diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum. Methods Totally 46 children suspected with Meckel's diverticulum were enrolled.Ultrasound, radionuclide imaging data were analyzed and compared with pathology. Results In 46 children suspected with Meckel's diverticulum,38 cases were confirmed by operation.Thirty-three cases of 38 were diagnosed Meckel's diverticulum by ultrasound,5 cases of 38 were false negative, there was no false positive case.Radionuclide imaging was positive in 24 cases of 46,false positive in 4 eases and false negative in 18 cases. The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 89.13% (41/46),sensitivity was 86.84% (33/38),specificity was 100% (8/8).Diagnostic accuracy rate of radionuclide imaging was 52.17% (24/46),sensitivity was 52.63 % (20/38) and specificity was 50.00 % (4/8).The sensitivity of ultrasound and radionuclide imaging in diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum had significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound in diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum has advantages of non-invasive,no radiation, acceptable price and high sensitivity.

Objective To study the sequence of learning and memory loss in the rat after hemispheric irradiation. Methods After Sprague Dawly(SD) female rats were anaesthetized with chloral hydrate, their cerebral hemispheres were irradiated with a single dose of 5,15 or 30?Gy by 4?MeV electron. On D3,D7,D30 and D60, the learning and memorizing ability was measured with the Y maze test. Results On D3 and D7, the learning ability of SD rats was impaired most but partly restored in 1 to 2 months. In observation of memory loss, the intensity of cerebral function damage was in direct proportion to the increase of radiation dose. Conclusion The learning and memorizing ability of rats can be damage by hemispheric irradiation with the severity of impairment and possibility of recruitment depending on the dose.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the feasibility of artificial joint replacement in patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods18 patients with DM accepted the artificial joint replacement after fracture at the femoral neck. They were followed-up with the Harris hip score and radiographs for average 45.5 months(range 23~86 months). The fasting blood glucose(FBG) levels and other associated indexes were monitored during the periods after operation.ResultsAll the patients can walk freely except 3 elder patients that walk with the help of crutch.Radiographic studies showed that 13 cases were excellent, osteophytes appeared around acetabulum in 4 cases, among which 2 cases had the decrease in the hip joint space, and the subsidence appeared in other 2 cases but it was less than 2 mm.The mean of Harris hip score was(81.9±14.8).The body weight index and the level of PBG were negatively correlated with the outcomes of Harris hip score.ConclusionPatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus may accept artificial joint replacement well.It is very important to maintain the body weight and the level of PRG in a normal range after operation.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(7):583-585
Adaptive behavior is attracting more and more attention and have become necessary basis of diagnosis and intervention of mental retardation. The definition of adaptive behavior have not unified yet, AAMR(2002) suggests that adaptive behavior is the skill of concept, society and use, the constraint of adaptive behavior will influence individual's daily life, and then life adaption. Approachs of mental retardation assessment include interviews, behavioral observations, functional assessment, quality of life assessment and sociometric techniques. No matter which approach is used in assessment, the goal is to improve lives of individuals with mental retardation, the limits of each approach should be considered, and, the assessment of individuals with mental retardation must contain all aspects.
