Objective To investigate the effect of removing laryngeal mask airway (LMA) in anaesthetized state on emergence agitation after sevoflurane anaesthesia in children.Methods Ninety children with subumbilical operation,ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade,were divided into three groups by random digits table with 30 cases each:ET-A group (endotracheal tube and extubation while awake),ET-D group (endotracheal tube and deep extubation) and LMA-D group (insertion of LMA and deep removal).The incidence of preoperative emotional bad,anaesthesia time,sevoflurane administration time,emergence agitation,the numbers of treated with propofol and/or fentanyl and postoperative anaesthesia care unit(PACU)retention time were measured.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of preoperative emotional bad,sevoflurane administration time and anaesthesia time among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of emergence agitation,the numbers of treated with propofol and/or fentanyl and PACU retention time in LMA-D group were significantly lower than those in ET-A group [26.7％(8/30) vs.66.7％(20/30),8cases vs.20 cases and (23.9 ± 4.9) min vs.(32.9 ± 5.8) min,P ＜ 0.01].Conclusion Insertion of LMA and removing LMA in anaesthetized state can decreased emergence agitation in children after sevoflurane anaesthesia,especially suitable for the children who do not suitable for drug treatment.

Objective To investigate whether pregnant rats exposure to ketamine cause offspring changes in space cognitive abilities and exploration abilities.Methods 3-month Sprague-Dawley female rats ( n =24)were randomly divided into four groups:group N (control group),group K1 (small doses of ketamine group),group K2 ( clinical anesthesia dose of ketamine group),group K3 ( large doses of ketamine group).3-month Sprague-Dawley male rats ( n =4) and female rats were mated at the same cage by the proportion of 2∶ 1.Pregnant mice were treated at tenth day:group N were treated saline with equal-volume to ketamine vein injection; group K1,group K2,group K3 administered vein injection 3,8,20mg/kg of ketamine.Then the 20-day offspring rats'learning and memory were assessed used Open Field Test ( record the time of the offspring in the central case through the number of grid within 2 min ) and Hole Board Test ( Counting the times of offspring stretch into the hole in 5 min) at postnatal days 20.Results In the Open Field Test,the retention time in central check of group N,group K2 and group K3 were (2.45 ± 1.23)s,(6.42 ±2.50)s,(6.41 ±2.19)s.Compared with group N,the retention time in central check of group K2 and group K3 were significantly higher (F=13.42,P＜0.01 ),and group K1 were not significant different ( t =1.33,P＞0.01 ),and the locomotion of group K1,group K2,group K3 were significantly reduced( ( 15.33 ± 6.81 ),( 13.75 ± 5.93 ),( 16.92 ± 6.54 ),F =4.24,P ＜ 0.05 ).In the Hole Board Test,the times of offspring stretch into the hole were not significant different comparing with the control group(F=2.17,P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion The dose of ketamine that equivalented clinical anesthesia can affect offspring rats' space cognitive abilities; but the exploring cognitive ability were not significantly influenced.

Objective The article described the design and building of a virtual reality technology-based rehabilitation system for patients with cognitive deficits, including overall idea, design and structure of the system, the key technology, such as formal description of the training data, man-machine interactive control, controlling simulation of the training process and virtual environment module development to achieve system implementation. The system is suitable for our country and military. It will create a new way for the cognitive rehabilitation and help to promote the application of virtual reality technology in rehabilitation

The epidemic characteristics and genotype of Bacillus anthracis strains in Liaoning Province ,China was analyze in this study .Six Bacillus anthracis strains from 2001 to 2011 were studied with multiple‐locus variable‐number tandem repeat analysis (MLVA) .BioNumerics4 .0 software was used to analyze the DNA fingerprint of statistics ,and cluster analysis results were obtained .Clustering analysis found that the 6 strains could be divided into two genotypes .For anthrax outbreaks ,the ge‐netic markers of multiple‐locus variable‐number tandem repeat were highly similar .It's suggested that MLVA is quite useful for investigation of strain relatedness in regions of outbreaks .

Objective To compare the treatment effects between improved micro-laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation and traditional hernia sac high ligation.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted.A total of 200 pediatric patients diagnosed with inguinal hernia in our hospital from 2013 to 2014,ranging in age from 8 months to 14 years,were enrolled and divided into observational group and control group (n=100) The two groups received improved-micro-laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation and traditional hernia sac high ligation respectively.We recorded intraoperative blood loss,operative incision length and operation time during the operation,and hospitalization time,pain time and total cost after the operation.Recurrence rate and complication were followed up for 6 months.Treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results Smaller incision length,less blood loss and postoperative pain,shorter operative time and hospitalization time and lower recurrence rate were found in observational group and they were of statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Improved-micro-laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation for pediatric inguinal hernia shows better treatment effect,lower recurrence rate and better prognosis and it is an ideal approach.

Abstract: Our previous work revealed berberine can significantly enhance the susceptibility of fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans, which suggested that berberine has synergistic antifungal activity with fluconazole. Preliminary SAR of berberine needs to be studied for the possibility of investigating its target and SAR, improving its drug-likeness, and exploring new scaffold. In this work, 13-substitutited benzyl berberine derivatives and N-benzyl isoquinoline analogues were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and MS. Their synergetic activity with fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans was evaluated in vitro. The 13-substitutited benzyl berberine derivatives 1a-1e exhibited comparable activity to berberine, which suggested that the introduction of functional groups to C-13 can maintain its activity. The N-benzyl isoquinolines, which were designed as analogues of berberine with its D ring opened, exhibited lower activity than berberine. However, compound 2b, 2c, and 4b showed moderate activity, which indicated that berberine may be deconstructed to new scaffold with synergistic antifungal activity with fluconazole. The results of our research may be helpful to the SAR studies on its other biological activities.

As medicine and food plants, the market demand of Zamthoxyli Pericarpium is extensive, and the sanshool in Zamthoxyli Pericarpium is getting attention gradually. However, because of the low content and not establishing rating evaluation method for sanshool and lack of standards, the research on substance basis and physiological activity is necessary. This article reviewed the extraction, separation, purification and biological activities of sanshoolin Zamthoxyli Pericarpium in recent years to provide development and utilization of Zamthoxyli Pericarpium.

Objective To study the effect of Sinisan on the ultra structure of hippo-campus to the intervention in rats with post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).Methods SD rats were divided equally into 5 groups,each group had ten rats:blank control group,model group,negative control group,positive control group and experimental group.The blank control group did not copy the model,the normal feeding.Model group,repetitive post-traumatic stress disorder model was induced by current stimulation,but not treated.Negative control group,equal volume of 0.9％ NaC1.Positive control group (paroxetine hydrochloride 0.42 mg · mL-1) and experimentalgroup (Sinisan,containing crude drug 0.24 g · mL-1).It given to drugs 1 h before the model establishment.The rats were administered with 10 mL · kg-1,once a day,for a total of 7 d.In each group,rats was cardiac perfusion and the hippo-campus tissue was collected.The changes of ultra structure of CA1 and CA3 area in hippo-campus with rats were observed by transmission electron microscope.Results In the blank control group,the CA1 and CA3 neurons in the hippocampus were rich in cytoplasmic organelles,and the mitochondria were round or long,the structure of the mitochondrial cristae was clear,the rough endoplasmic reticulum was like a cord like distribution,and the ribosome was abundant.Compared with the blank control group,the organelle of CA1 and CA3 area in hippo-campus of the model group were significantly damaged,the cytoplasm was open,the mitochondria were swollen,the mitochondrial membrane and cristae disappeared,and the rough endoplasmic reticulum was dilated.The results showed that the damage of the organelles in the hippocampal neurons of rats was induced by the electric shock.The model group was similar to the negative control group,which indicated that there was no significant effect on the stress of rats after intragastric administration.The intracellular organelles in the CA1 and CA3 neurons in the hippocampus of the positive control group and the experimental group were significantly recovered,and the changes in the two groups were similar.These results suggest that both paroxetine hydrochloride and Sinisan can significantly improve the structure of CA1 and CA3 neurons in the hippocampus of PTSD rats.Conclusion Snisan as traditional Chinese medicine compound can significantly improve the hippocampus of rats with PTSD CA1 and CA3 neurons.
