1.ADRENAL HEMATOMA: A REPORT OF 4 CASES AND REVIEW OF CHINESE LITERATURE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To investigate the cause, clinical features, differential diagnosis and treatment of adrenal hematoma, 4 cases were studied retrospectively. Chinese literature was reviewed. There were 4 cases diagnosed as adrenal hematoma pathologically among 282 cases of adrenalectomy in Chinese PLA General Hospital. Two cases were suspected as adrenal adenoma and the others were found incidentally during nephrectomy. Forty six cases of hematoma were reported in 7 Chinese articles since 1979. 26 1%(12/46)were misdiagnosed as adenoma for surgical treatment and 73 9%(34/46)were followed up. It is very important to have sound knowledge to make a correct diagnosis of adrenal hematoma. It is helpful to inquire the case history in detail and to do B type ultrasound repeatedly, CT scanning or MRI with contrast. Follow up is reasonable if it is not suspected to have malignant or hyperfunctioning adenoma.

4.Diagnostic value of ultrasound for fetal heart malformation during 11-13+6 weeks gestation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(11):1635-1638
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal heart malformation at 11-13+6 weeks gestation. Methods A total of 70 pregnant women were selected, based on the results of induction of labor and postnatal imaging examination, the effect of ultrasound on fetal heart abnormalities in 11-13+6 weeks was observed. The display of cardiac malformations with different cuts was compared. Results In 70 fetuses with cardiac malformations, malformation types included tetralogy of Fallot, double outlet right ventricle, complete endocardial cushion defect, transposition of the great arteries, persistent truncus arteriosus, aortic arch, venous drainage.Ultrasound diagnosis of 64 cases of fetal cardiac malformations, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 91.4%.Among them, the highest proportion of tetralogy of Fallot (42.9%), venous drainage was the lowest (2.9%).The diagnostic rate of 4CV+3VVT ultrasound for fetal heart malformation was the highest(91.4%), which was significantly higher than 4CV+VOTV(72.2%), 4CV+(AR-SAV)(68.6%) and 4CV, the differences were statistically significant (x2=7.643,5.324,4.447,all P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of 4CV+3VV ultrasound for fetal heart malformation was 88.6%, which was significantly higher than 4CV+ (AR-SAV) and 4CV section, the differences were statistically significant (x2=6.343,4.011,all P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound can be used to detect fetal heart malformation at 11-13+6 weeks gestation, among them, the accuracy of 4CV+3VVT ultrasound section is the highest.
5.Influence of psychological nursing on patients with condyloma acuminatum
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(18):9-10
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods 324 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 162 cases in each group. All patients were given carbon dioxide laser therapy, based upon this, the control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was additionally given psychological nursing. The anxiety and depression score and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results After one-month treatment, the scores of SAS,SDS in the intervention group declined obviously compared wilt those of pre-treatment and the control group. The cure rate and the recurrce rate in the intervention group were 86.4% and 13.6%,significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusions Psychological nursing can remit the anxiety and depression emotion of patients with concdylouna acuminatum, improve the cure rare and reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum.
6.Comparative study on laparoscopy assisted radio frequency ablation and percutaneous radio frequency ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2012;27(7):564-567
Objective To evaluate laparoscopy assisted radio frequency ablation (LRFA) and percutaneous radiofrequency ablation ( PRFA ) for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ).Methods A total of 525 HCC patients were enrolled, including LRFA group of 78 cases with 106 tumor nodules, and PRFA group of 447 cases with 565 tumor nodules. Results ( 1 ) In LRFA group complete ablation rate was 97.17% (103/106); in LRFA group complete ablation rate was 93.09% (526/565)(x2 =2.523,P =0.112).(2)The 1,3,5 year overall survival rate was 96.15%,55.12% and 38.46%in LRFA group and 93.73%,48.54% and 31.54% in PRFA group respectively ( x2 =0.699,1.151,1.447 ; P =0.403,0.283,0.229 ).The 1,3,5 year disease-free survival rate was 94.87%,43.58% and 28.21% in LRFA group and 93.73%,48.54% and 31.54% in PRFA group respectively (x2 =0.915,0.303,0.174; P=0.339,0.582,0.676).The average disease-free survival time was 22.25 months in LRFA group and 21.53 months in PRFA group respectively.(3)The serious complications was 0% (0/78)in LRFA group and 1.34% ( 6/447 ) in PRFA group respectively.( 4 ) Recurrence rate was 23.07%(18/78) in LRFA group, and 34.89% (156/447) in PRFA group ( x2 =4.189,P =0.041 ).Conclusions The therapeutical effect of LRFA equals that of PRFA,while enjoying lower recurrence rate,no serious complications and higher treatment safety.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(5):7-9
By systematically combing the records of Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang from medical literatures of Zu Bi Shi Yi Mai Jiu Jing (Maxibustion Canon of Foot and Arm), Yin Yang Shi Yi Mai Jiu Jing (Maxibustion Canon of Ying and Yang), Ling Shu Jing Mai (Meridians, a chapter of Miraculous Pivot), Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing (A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion), Jiu Jing Tu (Illustration of Moxibustion) from Dunhuang, it can be found that the formation and development of theory of main and collateral channels is a long-term dynamic process containing constantly summing up the experiences. The record about only the 2.3 inch one-line loop route carved out beside the posterior midline of dorsal lumbosacral portion by Bladder Meridian Foot-Taiyang may be a positioning mode of acupoint exclusively used by moxibustion and summed up by people good at moxibustion therapy using their clinical experience. In addition, thoughts that the heavy-moxibustion is a good method for difficult miscellaneous diseases (especially for the serious illnesses after attacked by wind and cold pathogens) may be included.
10.Advances in the study of carotid injury after radiotherapy in head and neck tumors
China Oncology 2006;0(07):-
Radiotherapy is the main treatment method for treating head and neck tumors. however, carotid injury after irradiation is a major concern which contributes to the quality of life in head and neck patients, especially in long term survivors. At present, duplex Doppler ultrasound is commonly used in detecting the change of carotid artery after irradiation in the clinic. Internal diameter and mean intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery are predominant objects of observation. Precaution and management of carotid artery damage after irradiation have signifi cant clinical value to long term survivors. In this view, we summarized the advances in the study of carotid artery damage of head and neck tumors after irradiation.
