OBJECTIVE:To prepare different compound scald preparations and to investigate their repairing effects for deep Ⅱ? scald in rabbits.METHODS:The deep Ⅱ? scald model was established in depilated rabbits by infrared radiation.Then the rabbits in the trial groups were treated with the same drug at different dosage and different forms of medication:compound scalded gels,compound scalded ointments and the compound scalded films,with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment as positive control and 0.9% NaCl aqueous solutions blank.After a certain time of treatment,the contraction of the scald skin was observed and the average value of the diameter of the scald skin was calculated.RESULTS:In three trial groups and Moist Exposed Burn Ointment positive control group,no scald infection occurred,and the healing surfaces of the scalds were all smooth and even.However,the healing time was different between 3 trial groups and Moist Exposed Burn Ointment positive control group,with compound scalded gels showing the best efficacy in that the scald surfaces were free from infection,the healing surfaces were smooth and even,and the contracted diameter of the scalded skin was significantly lower than in other groups,showing significant differences as compared with other groups(P

Objective To investigate the expressions of RTN4 and TG2 in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and their clinical pathological significance.Methods A total of 40 samples of papillary thyroid cancer tissues and 20 samples of para‐carcinoma tissues were collected from the Department of Pathology ,Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University ,China.The expression levels of RTN4 and TG2 were detected by means of immunohistochemical staining and their relationship with clinicopathological charac‐teristics of papillary thyroid carcinoma was analyzed.SPSS 13.0 soft package was used for one‐way analysis of variance and SNK test of the average absorbance and the average positive area rate (α=0.05).Bivariate correlation analysis of the positive area rate of the expressions of RTN4 and TG2 was conducted (α=0.05).Results ①The expression levels of RTN4 and TG2 were much higher in the papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues than those in the para‐carcinoma tissues (P<0.05). ② The expres‐sion levels of RTN4 and TG2 were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis group than those in the group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of RTN4 and TG2 were much higher in clinical stage Ⅰand Ⅱ groups than those in clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups (P<0.05).They were significantly increased in low differentiation group than in high or moderate differentiation group (P< 0.05).The expressions of RTN4 and TG2 were not statistically associated with tumor size ,age and sex (P>0.05). ③The positive correlation was found between the expressions of RTN4 and TG2 in papilla‐ry thyroid carcinoma tissues (r=0.587 ,P<0.05).Conclusion ① The expressions of RTN4 and TG2 were up‐regulated in pa‐pillary thyroid carcinoma tissues ,which is related with over‐proliferation and increase of apoptosis resistance of cancer cells. ②RTN4 and TG2 play an important role in the proliferation and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. ③ RTN4 and TG2 may play a synergistic role in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the severity of coronary artery disease with se-rum bilirubin and left ventricular cardiac function. Methods Two hundred and six patients underwent blood bio-chemical ,color-echocardiography and angiography of coronary artery. The patients were divided into 4 ordinal groups according to the Gensini score indicating the severity of coronary artery disease. Results There were significant differences in total bilirubin(TBIL), left atrial dimension (LAD), left ventricular dimension (LVD) and left ventric-ular ejection fraction (LVEF) between the four groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The Spearman correlation coefficent between Gensini's scores and LAD, LVD were 0.280 (P=0.000) and 0.176 (P=0.011), respectively. The Spearman correlation coefficient between Gemini's scores and TBIL, LVEF were -0.541 (P<0.000) and -0.222 (P=0.001), respectively. The multiple linear regression between the Gensini's score and parameters showed that TBIL and LVD were independently correlated with the Gensini scores (P=0.000 and P=0.002, respec-tively). Conclusions TBIL and LVD were independently correlated with Gensini's score. LVEF was negatively cor-related with the severity of coronary disease and is a useful predictor for the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.

The differentiation and induction of neural stem cells (NSC), the most highlights in neuroscience at present is valuable application potency and great significance in theoretic study. The mechanism of the intrinsic (gene) and extrinsic factor (cytokine, microenvironment) affecting the NSC, and some progress on this field in the current years were reviewed.

The aims of this paper were to define (1) criteria of cerebral palsy; (2) classification of cerebral palsy; (3) etiology, neuroimaging, and epidemiology of cerebral palsy; (4) different kinds of treatments of cerebral palsy. Data were drawn from an international survey of PUBMED (1994-2014) and CNKI (1994-2014). An expert panel used a consensus building technique. The10-point Jadad scale was used to assess the quality of the trials based on the following items, including allocation sequence generation, randomization concealment, methods of blinding, and descriptions of withdrawals and dropouts. Our clinical experience was also summarized. Below is a summary. (1) Further work is warranted to reach agreement for the classification of cerebral palsy. (2) A worldwide prevalence of 1.5-4.0 per 1 000 live births, with an average lifetime cost of 1 million dollars per person in the United States, while it is 1.8-6.0 per 1000 live births in China. (3) Comparison of clinical efficacy of different treatments. In this review, the current advances in different kind of treatments of brain injury are discussed with specific relevance to cerebral palsy.

OBJECTIVE: To prepare rifampicin suppositories and to determine its dissolution in vitro. METHODS: Rifampicin suppositories were prepared with gelatin and glycerine as base material, the dissolution of rifampicin suppositories was determined by UV spectrophotometry and which were compared with rifampicin capsules sold in the market. RESULTS: The linear range of rifampicin was 10.0～60.0?g?mL-1(r=0.9 999), and the average recovery was 99.87%(RSD=0.42%, n=6). The dissolutions of rifampicin suppositories and rifampicin capsules in vitro at 45min were(89.9?0.97)% and(79.8?1.14)%, respectively. CONCLUSION: Rifampicin suppositories were simple in preparative method, well-formed, low in cost, and with high dissolution in vitro.

Objective To observe the influence of insulin resistance(IR) and isosorbide mononitrate(ISMN) on myocardial cellular apoptosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) .Methods Forty male 14‐week old Wistar(W) rats and SHR(S) each were respectively or jointly fed with normal diet (ND) ,high fat and high glucose(HFHG) diet ,normal saline(NS)and ISMN by ga‐vage .Then they were randomly divided into the normal and NS group (normal W and normal S ) ,HFHG and NS group(HFHG W and HFHG S) ,normal and ISMN group(ISMN W and ISMN S) ,HFHG and ISMN group(HI W and HI S) ,with 10 rats in each group .After 12‐week feeding ,carotid arterial blood was collected for detecting blood glucose concentration and insulin level and cal‐culating insulin resistance index (HOMA‐IR);4 myocardial tissue samples were taken for respectively observing the morphology under microscope ,and detecting the NO level ,myocardial Bcl‐2 ,Bax gene and their protein expression levels in myocardial tissue . Results Myocardial NO level ,Bax gene mRNA and related protein levels in the HFHG and ISMN intervention groups were higher than those in the normal group ,while the bcl‐2 gene mRNA and related protein expression were on the contrary ;myocardial tissue NO level ,Bax gene mRNA and related protein expression in the S groups were increased compared with the corresponding W groups ,while the bcl‐2 gene mRNA and related protein expression were on the contrary ;in the HFHG W group ,the myocardial tis‐sue NO level had significantly positive correlation with HOMA‐IR ,and in the ISMN W group ,HOMA‐IR was positively correlated with the NO level in the myocardial tissue .Conclusion Myocardial cellular apoptosis of SHR is increased compared with Wistar rats ;both IR and ISMN can aggravate the apoptosis of SHR myocardial cells ,moreover IR has a mutual induction and reciprocal causation with ISMN .

Objective To investigate the association between variable number of tandem repeat(VNTR) polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) gene and cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The genotypes of 152 patients with CI were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and compared with control group. Multiple regression analysis was performed to assess the independent roles of the polymorphism of eNOS and other risk factors.Results The ab genotype distribution frequency of eNOS gene in CI group(22.36%) was higher than that in control group(12.28%), and a allele frequency of eNOS gene in CI group(12.5%) was also higher than that in control group(7.0%). Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography and plasma D-dimer in diagnosis of lower limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods The clinical data of 70 cases of patients with lower limb DVT diagnosed clinically were retrospectively studied.The lower limb venous of each patient was examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and the plasma level of D-dimer were measured,furthermore the plasma levels of D-dimer in different phase and different type of thrombosis were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of plasma D-dimer and ultrasonography examination in lower limb DVT were 100%,66.7%,97.0%,100%,and 97.1%,and 98.4%,83.3%,98.4%,83.3%,and 97.1%,respectively.The plasma D-dimer in acute phase 〔(6 451?4 012.22) ?g/L〕 and subacute phase 〔(2 063?1831.35) ?g/L〕 of lower limb venous thrombosis were significantly higher than that in normal control group 〔(310?66.70) ?g/L〕,P

Objective To investigate the adjustment and value of lymphocyte G protein-coupled receptor kinase-2 (GRK2) protein levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods Forty-two patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP), 44 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 43 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and 46 patients with normal coronary angiography (NCA) in hospital were enrolled in this study. Lymphocyte GRK2 protein levels were analyzed by Western blot in 24 h after admitted to hospital. Heart rate variability (HRV) analysis was performed based on 24 h Holter electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring. Cardiac functions were measured using ultrasonic cardiogram. The results were compared and the relationship between GRK2 protein levels and HRV, cardiac functions index was analyzed. Results The level of lymphocyte GRK2 in AMI group, UAP group, SAP group and NCA group was (209.8 ± 63.9)%, (165.6 ± 60.2)%, (131.7 ± 51.8)% and (125.3 ± 50.6)%. The levels of lymphocyte GRK2 in AMI group and UAP group was significantly higher than that in SAP group and NCA group .Moreover, the level of GRK2 was the highest in AMI group, and there were significant differences (P<0.01). The level of lymphocyte GRK2 had negative correlation with high frequency(HF), low frequency(LF), LF/HF, standard deviation NN interval (SDNN), standard deviation of the average normal RR interval for 5-minute segments (SDNNI) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (r =-0.52,-0.47,-0.53,-0.56,-0.49,-0.51, P < 0.01). Conclusions The rise of lymphocyte GRK2 protein levels is significantly associated with increased sympathetic nerve excitability and deterioration of cardiac function.
