Objective To evaluate the recent impact and long-term effects of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor (rh-aFGF) of cesarean section on women's abdominal incision healing. Methods In 516 cases of cesarean section in women, randomly divided into placebo group (172 cases),spray group (172 cases) and flush group (172 cases). The placebo group received 0.9% sodium chloride washing abdominal incision suture. The spray group incision suture direcdy after the administration of rh-aFGF spray, per square meter of 3-4 sprays,3-5 times/d.The flush group was given before 2 rh-aFGF dissolved in 10-20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride directly after washing the incision suture, then given spray treatment. The recent follow-up of 15 d observed maternal abdominal incision healing.Long term follow-up of 3 months to observe the incision scar formation. Results The abdominal incision heating time was (8.6 ±3.5) d,that was obviously shorter than that in spray group (10.4 ±3.7) d and placebo group (12.7 ± 4.9) d (P < 0.05).The delay healing accounted for 4.2% (7/166) in flush group, significantly lower than that in placebo group (34/168,20.2%) and spray group (16/165,9.7%) (P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fat liquefaction, postoperative infection among three groups (P > 0.05).Flush group exudation, abdominal wall adhesions was lower than placebo group and spray group [2.4%(4/166) vs.10.1%(17/168),5.5%(9/165),3.6%(6/166) vs.17.3%(29/168),9.7%(16/165)](P<0.05).Long term follow-up,flush group scar area than spray group reduced by 13.5%,than placebo group reduced by 27.2%.Conclusions A recent rh-aFGF can reduce the cesarean section abdominal incision healing time and reduce abdominal wall adhesions and exudation;rh-aFGF the best dosage is intraoperative irrigation treatment spray combined with postoperative.

3.Study on extraction of effective components in scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by orthogonal test
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):157-160
Objective To investigate the optimum extraction of total flavonoids and baicalin in baical skullcap root. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to detect the content of total flavonoids, HPLC was used to detect the content of baicalin. With the test of extracting method, time, frequency, and adding water volume, the optimum extracting craft was determined. Results The best craft for extraction was:heating water for recirculation, setting extracting time for 1.5 h, extracting frequency for 3 times, and water volume for 8 times of baical skullcap root. Conclusion The optimized process for extraction are stable, reasonable and feasible.
4.Research progress of neonatal hypoglycemia and brain injury
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(12):948-950
Neonatal hypoglycemia is a common clinical disease.Hypoglycemia can lead to severe acute and long-term dysfunction of nervous system. The several aspects of neonatal hypoglyccmia such as the definition, diagnosis of brain injury, risk factors, treatment, detection method and long-term follow-up were reviewed.
5.Pancreas transplantation for diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(1):85-88
Diabetes mellitus impacts patient survival and quality of life mainly due to its acute and chronic complications.Pancreas transplantation may restore normoglycemia and reduce the complication of insulin-dependent diabetes, thus improving the quality of life and prolonging patient's survival.Although pancreas transplantation requires major surgery and life-long immunosuppression therapy,it currently remains the gold stand for patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, who do not respond to conventional therapy.Meanwhile, potential of the islet transplantation,insulin-producing cells replacement therapy, and artificial pancreas as the alternative to pancreas transplantation are under investigation.
6.Research progress of neural stem cell source
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(27):5367-5370
Neural stem cells are a study hot spot in neurobiological science and neurosurgery in the near future. The transplantation of neural stem cells already became a new way which be used for treating the injury and degenerative disease in the nervous system, because of the self-renewal and cell differentiation bionomics. However, how to get massive neural stem cells, which can be used in animal experiment and clinical application, has constrainted the development of stem cell technique. This article introduced the harvesting methods of embryonic stem cells, adult neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells, in order to lead cellular transplant treatment into clinical treatment plan by a safe and effective mode.
7.Effect of process inspection on the selection and confirmation of coronary stents tubing
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2008;12(19):3796-3798
Based on concerns during stents manufacturing, the tubing purchase specifications of coronary stents have been proposed, and the key role of process inspection for judging the qualified tubing have been justified. By comparing the incoming inspection and the process inspection, it is concluded that the process inspection, as basis for optimizing tubing, is indispensable for selecting and confirming the tubing.
8.The effect of non-medical factors on the quality of life in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(28):16-19
Objective To evaluate the quality of life (QOL) in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients and analyze the non-medical factors influencing QOL in order to explore the possible way to improve QOL in peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients. Methods Seventy-nine chronic renal failure patients treated with PD included in the present study.Investigated their age, sex, working status, education, medical burden and family support.Patients' QOL was evaluated by international questionnaire-KDQOL/SF-36.Patients' anxiety/depmssion status was evaluated by Hamilton depression questionnaire. Results (1)The SF-36 with its eight scales of CAPD patients were markedly lower than ordinary people (P<0.05 or<0.01).(2) Comparing with those on work, the patients without work got lower SF-36 scores[(45.78±16.93) seores vs (32.65±12.26) scores,P<0.05].Comparing with those who had medical care, the patients without medical care got much lower SF-36 scores [(49.62±13.20) scores vs (33.85±6.24) scores,P<0.05].Patients with higher income had better QOL.(3) Patients cared by their children and companion had the higheat SF-36 [(68.33±14.73) scores],while those cared by nursemaid or themselves had the lowest [(27.98±15.77) scores].(4) Among the 79 patients,43 patients (54.4%) were anxiety and 12 patients (15.2%) were depression.QOL was negatively correlated with anxiety index and depression index. Conclusion The QOL of CAPD patients are remarkably low, which is deeply influenced by many non-medical factors such as working status, medical burden, family support and emotional status.
9.A new NK-like cell subset of IL-22 producer:NK-22 cells
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(10):-
The mucosal tissues form the interface between the outside world and the sterile environment of the body.Innate immunity plays a critical role in the maintenance of mucosal homeostasis.Recently,a new subset of innate immune cells named NK-22 has been discovered to reside at tonsil and intestine both in human and mice.NK-22 cells share features with both natural killer (NK) cells and lymphoid tissue-inducing (LTi) cells.NK-22 cells express a variety of NK cell receptors and phenotypically resemble that of immature NK cells (iNKs).However, they are quite different from NK cells in function and development.NK-22 cells lack conventional NK cell cytotoxic function and produce IL-22 instead of IFN-?.It is currently considered that NK-22 cells are not a subset of NK cells. They develop from LTi cells and the development process depends on ROR?t and commensal microflora.NK-22 cells are involved in immune protection against the pathogen Citrobacter rodentium. The IL-22 secreted by NK-22 cells contributes to epithelial cell resistance to injury and mucosal tissue repair after microbial infection.
