Chinese Journal of Immunology 2014;(5):651-653
Objective:To screen the binding peptide against adenovirus type 7(Ad7) and evaluate the relevance with the ade-novirus receptor .Methods:Binding peptide against Ad 7 was screened by panning the phage display 12 peptides library .The antibody against the selected peptide was prepared and was used to study the binding to the membrane by immunofluorescence technique .Re-sults:Using Ad7 as the target protein , GTS09 peptide was selected from the phage display 12 peptides library by biopanning .GTS09-phage complex could significantly bind Ad 7, with the affinity constant up to 1.93 ×1010 L/mol;at the same time, immunofluorescence showed that antibody of GTS09 could specifically bind to membrane of 293 cell. Conclusion: Antibody against GTS09 peptide could specifically bind to membrane of 293 cell, which shows that the peptide may presumably have homology with the cell receptors of Ad 7.

AIM: To investigate lipoprotein lipase gene HindⅢ polymorphism and its relationship with serum lipids and apolipoprotein, serum HDL subclasses in patients with hyperlipoidemia. METHODS: Lipoprotein lipase gene HindⅢ polymorphism was assayed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The subclasses of serum HDL in 152 hyperlipoidemia patients and 128 healthy subjects were determined by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis conjunction with immunodetection method. RESULTS: H+H+ genotype and allele H+ in hyperlipoidemia and control groups were both the highest. In hyperlipidemia group, H+H+ genotypes tended to be higher than that in control group, while H+H- and H-H- genotypes were significantly lower (P

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(6):349-352
Objective To investigate the personality traits, anxiety and depression in patients with leukemia. Methods A cross-sectional survey was performed in 120 patients with leukemia and 118 age and gender-matched controls. Personality was assessed using the Type A Behavior Pattern Questionnaire (TABPQ). Emotion was ascertained using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). The relationship between personality type A and anxiety and depression was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The prevalence of personality type A was significantly higher in patients with leukemia than healthy controls [71.67 % (86/120) vs. 30.51 % (36/118), P< 0.01]. Patients with leukemia also had higher prevalence of anxiety and depression compared with healthy controls [36.67%(44/120) vs. 9.32%(11/118), P< 0.01; 29.17 % (35/120) vs. 5.93 % (7/118), P< 0.01]. Pearson correlation analysis showed that time-hurry (TH) and competition-hostility (CH) of personality type A correlated positively with anxiety (r=0.292, r= 0.277, respectively; both P< 0.05). Conclusion TH and CH of personality type A are associated with anxiety in leukemia patients.
