Objective To study some sensitive electrophysiological parameters in surveillance of allograft rejection.Methods Forty rats underwent heterotopic heart transplantations.IMEG was re- corded by an epicardiac unipolar pacing lead fixed at the right ventricular outflow tract.QRS amplitude and heart rate were determed daily in 10 syngeneic and 30 allogeneic transplants.Syngeneic transplants were killed at 7 th postoperative day,and allogeneic transplants killed at 3 rd,5 th and 7 th postopera- tive day.Histopathologie studies were performed at every transplanted heart.Results In syngeneic group,QRS amplitude kept constant after the transplantation while no significant differences were ob- served at the 3 rd,5 th and 7 th postoperative day.QRS amplitude was dropped obviously in allogeneic group after the first two postoperative days whereas significant differences were observed at the rejec- ting and non-rejecting hearts.Conclusions IMEG is a valid method to monitor acute allograft rejec- tion.QRS amplitude is a more sensitive electrophysiological parameter to diagnose severe rejections than heart rate,while mild rejections were not detected by this method.

ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and clinical value of treadmill exercise testing for the patients with acute myocardial infarction in the early recovery. Methods36 patients with acute myocardial infarction performed treadmill exercise testing with Bruce protocol 15～57 d after infarction. ResultsThe outcome of 19 cases was positive, and the outcome of other 16 cases was negative. 1 case couldn't finish the testing, whose outcome could not be analyzed because his exercise time was too short. The average cardic fuction was (5.42±3.12) METs. ConclusionIt is safe that the patients with acute myocardial infarction performed treadmill exercise testing early.

Objectives To explore the humoral immunologic mechanisms of the susceptibility to invasive pneumococcal diseases (IPD) in asthmatic children. Methods Plasma samples were collected from 43 asthmatic and 20 non-asthmatic chil-dren. Anit-pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide (PPS)-IgG concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Results The mean concentrations of anti-PPS 14, 19A and 23F-IgG were signiifcantly higher in asthmatic children than in non-asthmatic children (P<0.05). The ratios of the asthmatic children who had anti-PPS 14, 19A and 23F-IgG concentrations higher than the protective antibody level (≥0.2 μg/ml ) were 100%for all the serotypes. Conclusions The immune responses of producing anti-PPS IgG to defense IPD were normal in asthmatic children. Asthmatic children may be more susceptive to pneumococcal infection or colonization than non-asthmatic children.

Objective To explore a method for establishing stable auditory deprived animal model of mouse.Methods Forty two-month old BALB/c mice with normal auditory brainstem response(ABR) thresholds were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group underwent an incision inferior to the pinna,and the cochleas were destoried with a drill through the bulla bilaterally.The control group underwent only an incision without cochlea ablation.Mice were tested for ABR thresholds 4 month later to assess hearing sensitivity by comparing the ABR before and after operation.Results In the experimental group,auricle reflection disappeared after operation and ABR waves couldn't be detect.In the control group,the result of hearing test was normal.Conclusion Mouse cochlea ablation is a reliable method for establishing a stable auditory deprived animal model of mouse by the pinna inferior approach.It can be used to the research of auditory centre plasticity induced by auditory deprived.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the sustainable development of pharmaceutical enterprises in Guizhou prov-ince. METHODS:A questionnaire was conducted for 55 pharmaceutical enterprises in Guizhou province,the basic situation of en-terprises,familiarity of related directors to Good Manufacture Practice of Drugs(GMP)and relevant policy,the current situation of implementing the new version GMP were investigated and statistically analyzed,problems were found,and corresponding coun-termeasures were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Totally 55 questionnaires were sent out,49 valid ones were received with effectively recovery of 85.1%. The results showed 43 enterprises(87.8%)had passed the GMP authentication;only 13 enter-prises(26.5%)directors were very familiar with the new version GMP. In terms of personnel management,the head of production management and quality management and the authorized person of quality and personnel had not yet met related requirements of the new version GMP fully;in terms of equipment and production management,production area transformation(clean areas,lounges, warehouses,water use) and air purification system design in most enterprises met related requirements of the new version GMP, 23 enterprises (46.9%) still can not conduct fully inspection to products and materials;in terms of document management,there were still some enterprises not meeting the new version GMP standards fully,enterprises'documents(health area layout,air purifi-cation layout,management procedures,operating procedures,etc.) of production site were imperfect. According to the investiga-tion,the main existing problems included lack of funds in implementing the new version GMP reform,not enough understanding or familiarity with the new version GMP,relevant personnel management not reaching the designated position,equipment and pro-duction management needing to be strengthened,document management systemic being poor,risk management being not sound, etc. It is suggested that government should give all forms of capital policy and strengthen the training of the new version GMP;en-terprises should attach great importance to the relevant personnel management,strengthen the equipment and production manage-ment,set up perfect document management system and a sound system of risk management.

Objective To explore the relations among blood lipid,blood rheology and microcirculation of bulbar conjunctiva of model rats of diabetesⅡwith heart blood stasis syndrome.Methods The rats were fed with high fat and caloric feed.Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)in small dosage was applied to make the model of diabetesⅡ.Then the model of heart blood stasis syndrome was made through introperitoneal injecting dexamethasone and adrenalin.Eight hours after empty stomach,the rats were anaesthetized to measure the microcireulation of bulbar conjunctiva and test the blood lipid and carotid blood rheology.Results The indices of blood lipid,blood rheology and bulbar eonjunetiva microcirculation of model rats were all changed to abnormal,tallying with the changes of cardiovascular complications of diabetes.

The following report is on the early rehabilitation treatment of 35 cases with acute myocardial infarction,31 males and 4 females.The average age is 56.71±9.8 years.Among the 35 cases 15 are without complication of myocardial infarction and 20 are opposite.Besides the regular myocardial infarction treatment,the rehabilitation treatment is added after the initial period and before the patients leave the hospital, echocardiography, Holter monitor ECG and treadmill test are adopted to evaluate heart function.All the cases are without heart event during the early active treadmill test and rehabilitation treatment, so we conclude that it is safe and proper to early start treatment to acute myocardial infarction.The report will also discuss about the choice of the cases,the notes during the process and the evaluation of the cases after the treament and before leaving the hospital.

Objective:To observe the outcome of posterior staphyloma (PS) marginal retinal photocoagulation in pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) for high myopia macular hole retinal detachment eyes accompanied with PS.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019, 49 patients (49 eyes) with high myopia macular hole retinal detachment accompanied with PS who were undergone PPV operation from Tianjin Eye Hospital were included in this study. There were 13 males (13 eyes) and 36 females (36 eyes). All patients underwent best corrected visual acuities (BCVA) and optical coherence tomography examinations. The standard logarithmic visual acuity chart was used for BCVA examination, and the visual acuity was converted to minimum resolution angle in logarithmic (logMAR) when recorded. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to surgical options: conventional PPV with internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling (group A, 24 eyes), PS marginal retinal photocoagulation in PPV with ILM peeling (group A, 25 eyes). The mean preoperative logMAR BCVA of group A and B were 1.87±0.28 and 1.80±0.37, the difference was not statistically significant ( t=0.604, P=0.551). The patients in the group A received 23G PPV, triamcinolone acetonide staining during the operation, the epiretinal membrane was peeled off, indocyanine green assisted staining, the posterior macular ILM was peeled off, and the peripheral retina was examined in detail during the operation. Areas with retinal degeneration were reinforced by laser photocoagulation, and the subretinal fluid was drained through the macular hole and filled with silicone oil. The eyes of the group B were subjected to retinal photocoagulation for 2 to 3 rows at the edge of the PS in addition to the usual surgical procedures. The average follow-up time was 8.34±3.21 months. Surgical outcome were estimated by the average number of operation, retinal reattachment rate, macular hole closure rate and BCVA. The χ2 test or Fisher exact probability was used to compare the count data. Independent sample t test was used to compare the measurement data. Results:Retinal reattachment was obtained in 17 eyes (70.8%, 17/24) and 24 eyes (96.0%, 24/25) in group A and B after first surgery respectively, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=3.984, P=0.046). Final retinal reattachment was obtained in all 49 eyes. Final macular hole closure was in 15 eyes (62.5%, 15/24) and 19 eyes (76.0%, 19/25) in group A and B, respectively, the difference was not statistically significant ( χ2=1.051, P=0.305). The mean postoperative logMAR BCVA of group A (1.20±0.47) and B (1.08±0.39) were all improved than preoperative BCVA, the differences were all statistically significant ( t=2.899, 5.327; P=0.001, 0.000), the differences of mean postoperative logMAR BCVA between two groups was not statistically significant ( t=0.675, P=0.506). The mean number of operation of group A (2.63±0.88) was more than group B (2.08±0.28), the difference was statistically significant ( t=3.003, P=0.006). Conclusion:In comparison with conventional PPV, combined PS marginal retinal photocoagulation can improve retinal reattachment rate after first surgery, and reduce the number of reoperations.

Objective To investigate the possible risk factors for prognosis of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) in children and to improve the recognition of the disease.Methods The study included 62 DAH pediatric patients hospitalized from January, 2006 to January, 2016. Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the basic diseases, children were divided into immune associated DAH and non-immune associated DAH to explore the effect of early glucocorticoid treatment on the two groups of DAH. Based on the prognosis, the patients were divided into the death group and the survival group to analyze its related risk factors.Results Of the 62 patients, 20 were of immune associated DAH, 42 of non-immune associated DAH. There was no signiflcant difference of early treatment with glucocorticoid between the two groups (P>0.05). In our cohort, 30 patients died, the total mortality was 48.4% (30/62). Pediatric critical illness score may be the independent risk factor for DAH mortality.Conclusions DAH is an acute, life-threatening event, the lower the pediatric critical illness score, the higher risk of death.

Objective To explore the effect of Xingnao acupuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training on dysphagia after stroke .Methods 66 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected as the research subjects ,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,33 cases in each group .The control group was given rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional treatment ,while the observation group was given Xingnao acupuncture method on the basis of the control group .The therapeutic effect ,swallowing function and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups .Results After treatment,the treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (Z=-4.123,P<0.05).The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.94％, 75.76％,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =1.906,P>0.05). After treatment,the Watian drinking water test scores,standardized swallowing assessment (SSA) score,dysphagia score in the control group were (1.39 ±0.47) points,(23.02 ±5.24) points,(1.25 ±0.55) points,respectively, which in the observation group were (0.74 ±0.39) points,(18.26 ±3.71) points,(0.74 ±0.28) points,and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment ( the control group:t =21.453,10.644, 26.212,all P<0.05;the observation group:t=27.779,14.15,37.469,all P<0.05),which in the observation group were better than those in the control group ,the differences were statistically significant ( t=6.114,4.259,4.747,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Xingnao acupuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke can effectively improve the swallowing function ,improve the quality of life of patients ,and it is safe,reliable and worthy of promotion in clinical practice .
