Objective To investigate the effect and psychological intervention of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in preoperative bowel preparation for gynecologic tumor patients. Methods According to the different drugs, nursing interventions will be January 2015 to March 2017 in third affiliated hospital of Tianjin medical university for surgical treatment of gynecological cancer patients 80 cases groups:control group with routine nursing intervention observation group with mannitol, psychological nursing and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte with intervention;observation of two groups of patients improve psychological status and intestinal cleaning and the incidence of adverse reactions, the strict record related data and make comparative analysis. Results The psychological nursing and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(observation group)intervention in patients with gynecologic tumor significantly, the psychological state of patients with improvement than the control group, the bowel cleaning is better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two patients with adverse reaction rate comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The preparation of intestinal tract tumor patients before gynecologic selection of psychological nursing and intervention effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can significantly improve the psychological state, full bowel cleansing patients with high effective rate, and will not increase the adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical application.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2009;36(1):77-82
Proteins arc the major molecules performing life activities, and their spatial and temporal expression profiles in organisms are very important for understanding their accurate functions. Phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione pcroxidase (PHGPx) is a unique antioxidant enzyme that directly reduces lipid hydroperoxides in biomembranes and plays a vital role in defense against mernhrane peroxidation damage. The protein expression profiles of rice PHGPx (OsPHGPx) were investigated in different rice tissues and under various stress treatments by using Western blot analysis. The results showed that in mature rice plants, OsPHGPx was mainly distributed in leaves, especially flag leaves, and in rice seedlings, OsPHGPx was detected in shoots and leaves. Moreover, OsPHGPx expression in rice seedlings could be markedly induced by H2O2 and NaCI, but weakly influenced by several plant hormones. Time- and dose-dependent effects were observed in both H2O2 and NaCI treatments, and the strongest induction was observed when rice seedlings were treated with 0.5 mmol/L H2O2 for 12 h or 500 mmol/L NaCI for 24 h. Additionally, dimethylthiourea, a H2O2 trap, inhibited H2O2-enhanced expression of OsPHGPx, but did not impair the enhanced effect of NaCI, implying that NaCl-induced OsPHGPx expression was not mediated by H2O2. These results will contribute greatly to further study the exact physiological function of OsPHGPx in rice.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of belief in a just world and self-esteem on relationship between childhood abuse and subjective well-being in college students. Methods:Totally 929 college students[314 males and 615 females, aged 17 to 25 year, mean age (20 ± 3) year] from 4 universities of Harbin were assessed. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ-SF) was used to assess childhood abuse, the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the Affect Balance Scale (ABS) was used to assess subjective well-being,the Believe in a Just World Scale (BJW) was used to assess belief in a just word, and the Self-Esteem Scale (SES) was used to assess self-esteem.The Bootstrap was used to test the mediating effect of belief in a just world and self-esteem on relationship between childhood abuse and subjective well-being.Results:General belief in a just world, personal belief in a just world,self-esteem played an independent mediating effect respectively between childhood abuse and life satisfaction. The confidence interval from Bootstrap output were 95% (-0.026--0.001),95% (-0.141--0.058) and 95% (-0.235--0.122).Personal belief in a just world and general belief in a just world played chain mediating effect between childhood abuse and life satisfaction (-0.059--0.004).Self-esteem played an independent mediating effect between childhood abuse and emotional balance (-0.308--0.181).Personal belief in a just world and general belief in a just world played chain mediating effect between childhood abuse and emotional balance (-0.046--0.001).Conclusion:Childhood abuse and subjective well-being of individuals, belief in a just world and self-esteem are related.Belief in a just world and self-esteem play mediating effect between childhood abuse and subjective well-being.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To realize compliance actuality, discuss effect factor and institute correspond countermeasure for diabete integration treatment. Method Investigate 251 patients with diabete who did colligate treatment and community with correlation factor. Results The rate of mostly complication of diabetes was higher (66.53%), and the rate of colligate treatment was lower (only 29.08%). The compliance of treatment had relation with the rate of knowing diabete, symptom and complication, economy factors, medicine insurance, and lever of doctor closely. Conclusion We should intensify diabetes knowledge education, increase medical treatment specialty level, associate with community intervene, supervise and direction, establish consummate medical treatment insurance system to increase colligate treatment of diabetes sufferer.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2014;(9):971-974
Purpose To investigate the expression of mTOR in breast cancer, and to observe the effect of CCI-779 on proliferation and apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cell. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of mTOR protein in breast cancer tissue and MDA-MB-231 cell. MTT method was used to show effect of CCI-779 on proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cell. Annex-inV-FITC/PI method was used to show effect of CCI-779 on apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cell. Results 54.9% in 71 cases of breast cancer tissue could express mTOR protein, the expression was significantly higher than in 32 cases of normal tissue (21.9%), mTOR protein was also detected in MDA-MB-231 cell, CCI-779 could inhibit the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cell, and show a dose-and time-dependent, but CCI-779 could not induce apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 with AnnexinV-FITC/PI assay. Conclusion mTOR is closely related to the formation of breast cancer, CCI-779 has strong activity against MDA-MB-231 cell, it has prospect for treatment of breast cancer in the future.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2003;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the influence of tetrahydrobiopterin on NO and MDA concentration and SOD activity as well as the myocardial infarction area. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided into three groups randomly: control group,MI/R group and BH 4 group. After occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery of a rabbit for 60 minutes followed by 90 minutes of reperfusion (ischemia/reperfusion),NO and MDA and SOD concentrations were measured and the myocardial infarction area was caculated. Results Compared with control group, the NO concentration in MI/R group was markedly decreased [(28?10) ?mol/L vs (116?17) ?mol/L,P 0.05];There was significant difference between MI/R and BH 4 groups in infarction area, too. [(18?4)% vs (16?4)%,P
10.Long term results of anterior cervical interbody fusion using coral bone spacer for cervical spondylosis
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the long term results of coral bone used in anterior cervical interbody fusion. Methods The 180 patients (126 males and 54 females) who had undergone anterior interbody fusion in our hospital were followed up for 6 years. Their long-term imageological data, including changes in interbody height, interbody angle and range of movement, were analyzed and compared. Results In all the cases a solid fusion was achieved between coral reef and vertebra. The fusion was evaluated as successful in all the 180 patients. Conclusion The coral bone spacer provides the same solid fusion as autografting with iliac crest does.
