Objective To investigate the effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on the proliferation of endometrial adenocarcinoma cells, phosphorylation of estrogen receptor α (ERα)and Ack1 in the absence of estrogen.MethodsIshikawa cell line was stimulated by EGF without estrogen settings, Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was used to evaluate cell proliferation, Western blot was used to detect ER α phosphorylation and Ack1 phosphorylation.Giving tyrosine inhibitor dasatinib to assess the effect of EGF on cell proliferation, phosphorylation of ERα and Ack1 in Ishikawa cells. Results EGF enhanced the proliferation of endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (P<0.05).EGF induced ERα phosphorylation at Tyr-537 and phosphorylation of Ack1.Compared with untreated control, Dasatinib inhibited the proliferation of endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (P<0.05), phosphorylation of ERα Tyr-537 and Ack1.Conclusions EGF promotes Ishikawa cells proliferation in the possible way of activating ER α site-specific phosphorylation at Tyr-537 and phosphorylation Ack1, which could be blocked by dasatinib.
4.Rheumatoid arthritis combined with pigmented villonodular synovitis: A case report and literature review.
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2020;52(6):1135-1139
We reported a case of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) combined with pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) from Peking University People's Hospital. The clinical data were introduced and the related literature was reviewed. The clinical features, treatment and prognosis of the disease were summarized to improve clinicians' understanding of this rare disease and avoid misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis. A 45-year-old female, with 15 years of RA history and unregular treatment, was admitted to the hospital with the complaint of aggravating pain and swelling in the right knee for 3 months. The puncture of the right knee was performed and there was a large amount of bloody synovial fluid that could not be explained by her RA history. Moreover, the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the right knee revealed hemosiderin deposition with low-intensity signals on both T1-weighted and T2-weighted images which suggested PVNS to us. Then, the patient underwent knee arthroscopy and biopsy to assist in diagnosis. The arthroscopic appearance and pathology were consistent with PVNS and the hyperplastic synovium was removed during arthroscopy. After the operation, she did active functional exercises and took disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs to control RA. She recovered well and remained asymptomatic after half a year of follow-up. Also, there was no recurrence of the right knee. As we all know, RA is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by chronic synovitis and joint damage. And PVNS is characterized by synovial proliferation and infiltrative process. Both of them are synovial involvement and the clinical manifestations are quite similar. PVNS has occasionally been reported in association with RA. So it is difficult to make a clear diagnosis of RA combined with PVNS. Literature was searched with RA+PVNS in the WanFang Medical Network Database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure and there were no related Chinese cases. Then we searched literature from PubMed with RA+PVNS. The cases were still rare and eventually 2 related articles were yielded including 2 similar patients. It is necessary to fully understand the disease development, complicated MRI appearance and various pathological morpho-logy. They can contribute to making a correct diagnosis which is effective to guide the proper treatment.

BACKGROUND:Meniscus injury is a common disease, whose curative effect is not obvious. The clinical application of tissue engineering technology is gradual y rising, and mesenchymal stem cells-stents complex is expected to be used for the treatment of meniscus injury.
OBJECTIVE:To review the application process of mesenchymal stem cells-stents complex in meniscus injury, in order to provide reference for further study and clinical practice.
METHODS:A computer-based online search of PubMed database, VIP database, Wanfang database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure between 1980 and 2013 was performed to search related articles on mesenchymal stem cells-stents complex in meniscus injury. The key words were“mesenchymal stem cell, meniscus injury, tissue engineering, scaffold, stent”in English and“mesenchymal stem cell, meniscus injury, tissue engineering”in Chinese. For the articles in the same field, we preferred the ones published recently or in authorize journals. Meta-analysis and repetitive studies were excluded. 282 articles were included, and final y 59 articles were included according to inclusion criteria.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Nowadays, numerous experiments showed that mesenchymal stem cells could differentiate into chondrocytes both in vivo or vitro. Mesenchymal stem cells-stents complex could be effective to meniscus injury. Although this technique is stil in exploratory stage, it has promising application prospects in treatment of meniscus injury, because it is characterized by convenience to col ect samples, vitality and no antigenicity.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(2):98-101
Objective To explore the effects of three kinds of respiratory training methods on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with thoracic cancer radiotherapy. Methods A total of 76 patients with thoracic cancer were divided into the control group (20 cases), the retracting-lip breathing group (19 cases), the blowing balloons group (18 cases), and the resisting respiratory exercise group (19 cases) by the draw method. Based on conventional health services, the retracting-lip breathing group, the blowing balloons group, and the resisting respiratory exercise group were given respiratory training (one month), whereas the control group only followed routine nursing care. The pulmonary function and quality of life were measured at the first and the thirtieth day of radiotherapy by electronic pulmometer and quality of life instruments for cancer patients-general module respectively. Results The indicators of pulmonary function at thirtieth day of patients in each group were lower than those at the first day, the intragroup differences were significantly (t=2.17-6.32, P<0.01), whereas no significantly different among intergroups (P>0.05). Scores of quality of life of the retracting-lip breathing group were (78.74±5.51) points, the blowing balloons group were (78.43 ± 7.41) points, the resisting respiratory exercise group were (79.11 ± 8.84) points, which were significantly increased than that of control group (73.01 ± 7.46) points(F=3.00, P < 0.05). Conclusions The pulmonary function of patients with thoracic cancer radiotherapy significantly reduces after radiotherapy. Three kinds of respiratory training show no effects on pulmonary function, but the quality of life of patients with thoracic cancer radiotherapy could be improved.
