[Objective] To analyse medication rule for depression,and explore the mechanism and treatment features.[Method] On the basis of dealing 235 formulae with net technical,make analysis on drugs type,use frequency,nature and compatibility.[Result] The drugs can be divided into disease(1)and sign(2)differentiation medications,most drugs of 2 are Qi--and Yang-notifying;the natures are mainly sweet,bitter and warm,belonging to 5 organs.Notifying Qi and Yang,soothing the nerves are the main therapy for depression.[Conclusion] Depression belongs to deficient cold disease,deficient Yang Qi;not being able to rise is the mechanism;notifying Qi and warming Yang is the key basis for it.

Proteomic analysis of core needle biopsy (CNB) sample from patient populations is critical to our understanding of human disease,but has been hindered by its particular small size.Here,we present a method for the proteomic analysis of CNB sample based on the two dimensional electrophoresis.Proteins were extracted directly from 3 rat liver CNB specimens and a human prostate CNB sample.respectively.24 cm Immobiline DryStrip (pH 3-10NL) and 12.5% SDS-PAGE were introduced to separate the proteins.Interesting spots were analyzed by MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry after tryptic digestion.With this method,consistent electrophoretic patterns of more than 2 500 protein spots were reproducibly obtained after silver staining,from rat liver CNB specimens.Qualitatively and quantitatively reproducible results also yield when the method was applied to a human prostate CNB sample.57 stochastically selected protein spots were analyzed by MALDI TOF/TOF moss spectrometry.and were identified with high confidence including faint ones.This simple and reproducible approach raises the opportunity of defining key molecular events of human disease pathologies.

This study was aimed to provide a reference for the development, registration, and clinical use of hospital traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations, in order to analyze and assess their safety and risk. It also provided a reference for the technical review and supervision of hospital TCM preparations. Through collecting review materials of hospital TCM preparations from 2012 to 2014 in the Sichuan Food and Drug Administration, 21 preparations developed by clinical experiences were screened out. Analysis was made on their ingredients, preparation process and acute toxicity data. The results showed that 98 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were contained in 21 preparations. The dosages of herbs were in compliance with theChina Pharmacopoeia2010 Edition. Preparation processes of 16 preparations were made by water extraction, grinding and other traditional techniques. The preparation processes of the remaining 5 preparations were involved with alcohol extraction or alcohol precipitation. Acute toxicity test data were obtained with experimental data in mice. Clinical usages of preparation were much lower than MTD or LD50. It was concluded that these hospital TCM preparations developed by clinical experiences were with high safety.

Objectives To summarize the characteristics,differential diagnosis and management of incomplete 17 alpha-hydroxylase/17,20-1yase deficiency(17 OHD)of Chinese patients.Methods Six cases of incomplete 17 OHD from Peking Union Medical College Hospital were studied retrospectively through analyzing their clinical data,and the molecular pathogenic mechanism was discussed after literature review.Results Four cases of 46,XX incomplete 17 OHD were reported.The clinical characteristics included female phenotype,various degrees of breast development and absent or sparse axillary/pubic hair, oligomenorrhea or secondary amenorrhea,recurrent luteinized ovarian cysts,hypogonadism with persistent hyperprogesteronemia or high serum 17 alpha-hydroxyprogesterone level,with or without hypokalemic hypertension.There were also 2 cases of 46,XY incomplete 17 OHD,in which ambiguous genitalia were present besides hypokalemic hypertension.Conclusions Incomplete 17 OHD is a very rare form of congenital enzymatic deficiencies of steroid synthesis,which should be included in the differential diagnosis when there are menstrual disorders,sexual infantilism,recurrent ovarian cysts or ambiguous genitalia.Under such circumstances,hyperprogesteronemia offers a valuable clue for further investigation.

Aim To observe the effect of methotrexate (MTX) on proliferation, migration and apoptosis of cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC). Methods Rabbit thoracaortic VSMC were cultured in vitro.VSMC proliferation was evaluated by cell counting and cell cycle analysis. Monolayer cell scrape was used to observe VSMC migration. Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant yeast hepatitis B virus(HBV)vaccine combined with interferon(IFN)α-1b and determine the rational dosage of HBV vaccine for the further clinical study with larger sample.Methods Two hundreds and sixteen patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)were enrolled in this randomized,multi-center,double-blinded and placebo-controlled clinical trial.All the subjects were not treated with antiviral drugs within 6 months and randomly divided into 90μg,60μg and placebo groups with a ratio of 1:1:1.All the patients were intramuscularly administrated with 90μg or 60μg recombinant HBV vaccine or placebo at week 0,2,6,10,14,18,22,respectively.Meanwhile,they were also treated with IFNα-1b 50μg,3 times a wcek for 24 weeks.All patients were followed up for 24 weeks after withdrawal of anti-HBV therapy.Serum HBV DNA level,HBeAg titer and liver function were monitored frequently.Interferon-γ secreting lymphoeytes were detected by Enzyme-linked immunospot(ELISPOT)in part of the patients.Results The serum HBV DNA levels were(6.03±1.79),(5.52±1.82)and(6.29±1.70)log10 copy/mL at week 24 of treatment in high dose,low dose and placebo groups,respectively (P=0.458).And the serum HBV DNA levels were(5.92±1.98),(5.49±1.99)and(6.16±1.76)log10 copy/mL at weck 24 after withdrawal of treatment,respectively(P=0.720).The rates of patients whose HBV DNA＜1×105 copy/mL in these three groups were 30.4%,39.4% and 20.8% at week 24 of treatment,respectively and there was significant difference between high dose group and low dose group(P=0.015).The rate of patients whose HBV DNA＜1×105 copy/mL at week 24 after withdrawal was highest in low dose group,but no significant differences before and after treatment in these three groups(P=0.257).The HBV DNA negative rates were 17.4%,25.4% and 6.9% in these three groups,respectively,which were significantly different(P=0.012).At week 24 of treatment and week 24 after withdrawal of treatment,the alanine aminotransferase normalization rate,HBeAg seroconversion rate were highest in low dose group,but no significant differences in these three groups.ELISPOT positive rates at week 24 of treatment and week 24 after withdrawal of treatment in high close and low dose groups were higher than that in placebo group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events was similar and there was no drug related severe adverse events in each group.Conclusion Recombinant HBV vaccine maybe contribute to anti-HBV therapy and 60μg of dosage seems to be rational.
