Chinese Journal of Radiology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To make a curve of dose grads liver signal of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) in normal rats, to compare lesion to liver contrast noise ratio (C/N) and to assess the ability on MR imaging before and after SPIO injection. Methods Group one: 72 normal SD rats divided into 18 specimen groups at random, underwent MR enhancement with 0,2,5……280 ?mol Fe/kg SPIO respectively after plain scanning. The signal to noise ratio of liver was measured and a curve of dose grads liver signal was made in order to find an appropriate dose for enhancement. Group two: 38 rats with 43 implanted liver adenocarcinomas underwent T 1 and T 2 weighted MR imaging before and after the injection of SPIO agent. Evaluations included enhancing characteristics of the tumors, counting the number of lesions and statistical analysis of quantitative changes in the signal intensity of both lesions and normal liver. Results On SPIO enhanced T 2 weighted and T 1 weighted MR images, the signal intensity of liver was reduced to peripheral noise on the dose of 10 ?mol Fe/kg and 40 ?mol Fe/kg respectively. The highest contrast to noise ratio (C/N) could be acquired on the dose of 20 ?mol Fe/kg on enhanced T 2 weighted MR images; its C/N almost doubled compared with that of enhanced T 1 weighted and unenhanced T 2 weighted MR images. The C/N of unenhanced T 1 weighted MR images was lowest. The number of lesions detected on enhanced MR imaging was the same as that of the pathology, and enhanced MR imaging was superior to unenhanced MR imaging in tumors smaller than 3 mm, of 36.3% escaped detection on unenhanced MR images. Conclusion Good enhancement effect of SPIO on T 1 and T 2 weighted MR imaging could be acquired at the dose of 20 ?mol Fe/kg, its detecting ability approached that of gross pathology, and the best contrast to noise ratio was found on T 2 weighted enhanced MR image.
3.Feasibility of Leucovorin Rescue Guided with Methotrexate Plasma Concentration
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(15):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of leucovorin(LCV) rescue protocol defined by us,we compared the plasma concentrations, toxicity,LCV doses of different high doses methotrexate(HD-MTX).Methods Seventeen children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 1 children with non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma were randomly treated with total 43 courses of HD-MTX.MTX plasma concentrations were measured by fluorescence polarization immuno-assay.Different LCV rescue protocols were prospectively defined for 3 kinds of HD-MTX protocols.Adjusting LCV dose by plasma MTX concentrations. Results No irreversible MTX-related toxicity was observed in all patients.Significant differences of mean steady-state plasma concentrations(Cpss) and total rescue doses were found between 3 groups(P

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2017;32(3):286-289
As is known, H-Y antigens (male specific minor histompatibility antigens) are a group of minor histocompatibility antigens encoded on the Y-chromosome with homologous H-X antigens on the X-chromosome. H-Y antigens were originally discovered as transplant antigens, and they are only expressed in male individuals without specificity for different tissues and organs. A lot of research results show that H-Y antigens play an important role in the sex selection and identification. The paper reviews the above and discusses the application prospect of H-Y antigen in forensic science.

Abstract: Beginning with 4-level quality control measures of clinical research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), we elaborated the implementation process and demands of quality control measures of each level, including quality control, monitoring, auditing, and inspection. On the basis of joint inspection experience of 41 projects of the "Prevention and Treatment of Difficult and Complicated Diseases of TCM" plan of the "11th Five-year National Key Technology R&D Program", we analyzed the ensuring effect of 4-level quality control system and joint inspection model, and then pointed out the existing problems in the executing process of quality control system at different levels and joint inspection model. Finally we investigated what should be revised in the quality control system and joint inspection model, thus providing the theoretical support for quality inspection improvement of TCM clinical research.

Objective To summarize the experience of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, improve the level of nursing. Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis in Reproductive Medical Center of Peking University Third Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was retrieved, the nursing experience and preventive measures were summarized. Results Through treatment and careful, all the patient were cured. Conclusions Strengthen the nursing care of patients with assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, actively prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome occurred is the key to reduce thrombosis. Those patients with risks factors should be paid more attention, strengthen health education, reduce or alleviate complications.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(03):-
piRNA is a novel class of small single strand RNA that were recently isolated from testes of the mammals. These RNAs are bigger (26~31 nt) than most previously described small RNAs (21~23 nt) and are associated with Piwi-subfamily members of the Argonaute protein family.

Abstract
Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is characterized by long duration of disease and latent onset. Risk prediction models have shown potential for f early diagnosis and early treatment of diseases and formulation of targeted interventions. There is an increase in researches on risk prediction models for T2DM during the recent years, which provides the basis for precision tertiary prevention of T2DM; however, most studies suffer from problems of small sample size, complicated variables and difficulty in extensive applications. This review summarizes the risk prediction models for T2DM based on economic and easily available routine physical examination indicators, so as to provide insights into further studies on easy-to-perform and -popularize risk prediction models for T2DM.

This study aims to compare the urate-lowering response rate of febuxostat and allopurinol in gout patient using a model-based meta-analysis. The literature search identified 22 clinical trials of gout with a total of 43 unique treatment arms that met our inclusion criteria, and a total of 6 365 gout patients were included in the study. The response rates of allopuriol and febuxostat were characterized by Tmax model and Emax model respectively, and the effect of baseline serum uric acid (sUA) and patient type on the drug effect was tested. The results showed that allopurinol can reach an average maximum response rate of 50.8% while febuxostat can reach a 100% response rate within a very short time, and the ED50 was 34.3 mg. Covariate analysis revealed that baseline sUA has a negative effect on response rate of allopurinol, and a positive effect on the predicted ED50 of febuxostat. For patients who had shown inadequate response to prior allopurinol treatment, the average response rate was about half that of the allopurinol responder patients.
