Objective To explore the effect of new hardener gathered cinnamyl alcohol (hardening of the oxygen ethyl alcohol)and anhydrous ethanol in the treatment of endometriosis cysts guided by ultrasound.Methods Two groups of cases,a group of 36 cases of endometriosis cyst in anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy under the guidance of ultrasound(anhydrous ethanol group),another group of 30 cases of endometriosis cyst under the ultrasonic guided into 1% poly cinnamyl alcohol hardening treatment(poly cinnamyl alcohol group).Results Following -up every 3 month,the longest time was 2 years follow -up,the shortest time was 9 months.The anhydrous ethanol group:the to-tal effective rate was 95.0% (excluding a patients discontinue treatment due to severe pain),and the recurrence rate of 12.5% in the first year,second year recurrence rate 17.5%;The poly cinnamyl alcohol group:the total effective rate was 94.2%,the recurrence rate of in the first year was 11.7%,second year recurrence rate was 17.6%.Conclusion Anhydrous ethanol and cinnamyl alcohol hardening treatment of endometriosis cyst accuracy guided by ultrasound is high,the treatment effect,the recurrence rate has no obvious difference,but small poly cinnamyl alcohol irritating to human body,the patient has no obvious pain,easy to accept,and people feel ethanol treatment most patients with pain,with occasional patients discontinue treatment due to severe pain.

Inhibitor of growth (ING) family proteins belong to candidate tumor suppressor proteins. The ING proteins participate in PtdInsPs-mediated lipid signaling and hormone signaling pathways. They are associated with histone acetyltransferase, histone deacetylase and play a role in chromatin remodeling and gene transcription regulation. ING proteins regulate cell growth, apoptosis and DNA damage repair in p53 dependent manner; thus linking the processes of cell cycle regulation, apoptosis and cellular aging through epigenetic regulation of gene expression.

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese herbal packet combined with ST 36 injection therapy on gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe patients. Methods Sixty severe patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group with random digital number, 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care and besides conventional care , the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese herbal packet combined with ST 36 injection. The two groups were compared 7 days after treatment in terms of scores by (acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ, APACHEⅡ) and improvement of gastrointestinal dysfunction. Result After treatment, the APACHE II score and improvement of gastrointestinal dysfunction of the treatment group were significantly higher and better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbal packet combined with ST 36 injection can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunctional in severe patients.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a simple and rapid ion-pair-RP-HPLC method for the determination of intracellular concentration of ara-CTP.METHODS:Mononuclearcells were separated from the whole blood,centrifugated and injected for determination on Symmetry C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.1 mol?L-1 KDP buffer solution and 0.01 mol?L-1 tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate(pH=2.7)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1 with the UV wavelength set at 278 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of ara-CTP was 0.35-9.12 ?g?mL-1(r=0.998 6)with its detection limit at 0.35 ?g?mL-1.The recoveries of ara-CTP at low,middle and high concentrations,and the intra-day and inter-day RSDs were all up to the standards.CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,rapid,stable,reproducible and applicable for the monitoring of intracellular concentration of ara-CTP.

Objective To explore the effect of behavioral intervention on the quality of life of chronic heart congestive failure patients with urinary incontinence, to further provide basis for more effective clinical nursing measures. Methods 62 patients with chronic heart congestive failure combining urinary incontinence were divided into two groups by random digital table method, the control group and the intervention group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while patients in the intervention group received behavioral intervention on the basis of routine care. The behavioral intervention included pelvic floor muscle training, pectineus exercise and reconstruction of micturition habits. The effect of the intervention on incontinence, quality of life and depression were observed in two groups. Results 61 patients completed the study, including 30 cases in the intervention group and 31 cases in the control group. There were no significant differences in the scores of the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form (ICI-Q-SF), the MOS item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) between two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After 6 weeks of continuous intervention, the scores of ICI-Q-SF and SDS in the intervention group were(8.69±1.94)points and (55.91±4.57) points, which were significantly lower than (11.07±2.14) points and (61.44±5.98) points of the control group (t=5.04, 3.18, P<0.01). About the SF-36, scores of physical functioning and social functioning in the intervention group were (76.77 ±10.34) points and (77.69±6.17) points, which were significantly higher than (60.39±10.07) points and (59.38±8.25) points in the control group (t=43.31, 120.36, P<0.01). Conclusions For chronic heart congestive failure patients with urinary incontinence, behavioral intervention can effectively ameliorate symptoms of urinary incontinence, improve the quality of life and relieve patients' depression, which thereby potentially promote patients′physical and mental health.

Objective To investigate the reverse effect and mechanism of the extracted solution of chinese medicine MBC on the drug-resistance of K562/ADM in vitro. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the IC50 of ADM on K562/ADM cell line and the reverse multiples of the drug-resistance before and after MBC treatment. Flow cytometry(FCM) was applied to assess the intracellular concentration of Rh123. Results 8?10 -1 ?g/ml MBC increased cytotoxic effect of ADM on 562/ADM cells, the reverse multiple was 6 28, and MBC could increase the intracellular concentration of Rh123. Conclusion MBC could increase killing effect of ADM on the drug-resistant K562/ADM cell and partly reverse the drug-resistance of K562/ADM cell.

Objective To evaluate the effect of captopril and isoflurane preconditioning on cell apoptosis during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) in rabbits.Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits of both sexes,weighing 1.8-2.5 kg,were randomly divided into 5 groups (n =8 each) using a random number table:sham operation group (group S),group I/R,isoflurane preconditioning group (group I),captopril preconditioning group (group C) and captopril and isoflurane preconditioning group (group C + I).The animals were anesthetized with 3％ pentobarbital sodium 30 mg/kg.Myocardial ischemia was induced by occlusion of the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 30 min followed by 120 min of reperfusion.1.1％ isoflurane was inhaled for 30 min followed by 15 min washout before myocardial ischemia in group I.Captopril 25 mg/kg was given through a gastric tube into the stomach at 24 h before myocardial ischemia in group C.Captopril 25 mg/kg was given through a gastric tube into the stomach,24 h later 1.1％ isoflurane was inhaled for 30 min followed by 15 min washout,and then myocardial ischemia was performed in group C + I.The rabbits were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion and myocardial specimens were removed for microscopic examination and observation of ultrastructure,and for determination of the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins (by Western blot).The apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry.Bcl-2/Bax ratio was calculated.Results Compared with group S,the apoptosis rate was significantly increased,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins was up-regulated,and Bel-2/Bax ratio was decreased in I/R,I,C and C + I groups (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with I/R,I and C groups,the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased,Bcl-2 protein expression was up-regulated,Bax protein expression was down-regulated,and Bcl-2/Bax ratio was increased (P ＜ 0.05),and the pathological changes were significantly attenuated in group C + I.Conclusion Regulation of Bcl-2/Bax ratio and inhibition of apoptosis in myocardial cells are involved in the mechanism by which isoflurane and captopril preconditioning reduces I/R injury in rabbits.

Objective To clone and express the hexon protein of three prevalent human adenovi -rus strains causing respiratory disease and analyze the antigenic characteristics of the recombinant proteins . Methods The full length genes encoding hexon protein of human adenovirus serotype 3(HAdV3), serotype 4(HAdV4) and serotype 7(HAdV7) were cloned by PCR and sequenced , respectively.The alignment anal-ysis was performed by using hexon gene sequences from GenBank .The major antigenic regions of hexon pro-tein of the three serotypes were expressed in E.coli and purified.The antigenicity, immunogenicity and cross reactivity of the recombinant proteins were determined by ELISA and Western blot assay .Results The full length gene sequence encoding hexon protein of human adenovirus serotype 4 was firstly reported in China , which showed more than 99%homology in both nucleotide and amino acid sequences with the human adeno-virus type 4 NHRC3 strain.The partial hexon protein sequence of HAdV 3, HAdV4 and HAdV7 containing all of the 7 hyperviriable regions ( HVRs) were expressed in E.coli, respectively .The purified recombinant proteins could be recognized by antiserum of the three serotypes of adenovirus .The antiserum samples against the three recombinant proteins could cross-react with particles of the three serotypes of adenovirus . The possible type-and species-specific epitopes were predicted .Conclusion The major antigenic regions of hexon protein of the three serotypes were successfully expressed .The purified recombinant proteins contai-ning both intertypes and type-specific epitopes showed a strong immunogenicity .

Objective To investigate the scavenging abilities of ginkgo albumin to reactive oxygen in vitro, as well as the protection and mechanism of ginkgo albumin on damaged DNA. Methods Lotus Seedpod Procyanidin (LSPC) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were used as control sample, the effect of ginkgo albumin on removal of superoxide anion was determined by Pyrogallol-Luminol system. Scavenging ability of ginkgo albumin on hydroxide free radical was determined by CuSO4-Phen-Vc-H2O2, FeSO4-Luminol-H2O2, and FeSO4-Luminol systems. Luminol-H2O2 system was used to measure the scavenging effect on hydrogen peroxide. Preventive effect of ginkgo albumin on in vitro damaged DNA was determined by CuSO4-Phen-Vc-H2O2-DNA system. Results Ginkgo albumin possessed a good scavenging potency on reactive oxygen and protection on damaged DNA, but promoted oxidation in the FeSO4-Luminol-H2O2 and Luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence systems. Conclusion Not every chemiluminescences system is suitable for investigating the antioxidant activity of ginkgo albumin.
