A retrospective study on all cases of renal transplantation since 1992 of which 16 successful cases received a procedure of renal clean and preservation was carried out. The procedure involved the kidney cold cleaning perfusion with solution of euro-collins. The shortest cleaning time was 5 minutes and longest cleaning time was 20 minutes. The amount of cleaning solution was 600-1000ml. The good result was 100%.
