Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(1):40-42
Objective To analyze syndrome types and TCM prescriptions of Behcet's disease; To summarize the regularity of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment principles of Behcet's disease. Methods Related literature in CNKI and VIP database from Jan. 1990 to Oct. 2013 was searched. The syndrome patterns, characteristics of prescriptions and frequency of syndrome were summarized. Results There were 20 syndrome types of Behcet's disease in the 58 collected literature. Damp and hot accumulating poison, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, and hot and damp were common syndromes, occupying 55.4%. Hot and damp occupied 41.3%;Yin deficiency occupied 18.1%;Yang deficiency occupied 12.9%. Liver, spleen and kidney were the main disease locations, occupying 94.4%. There were 197 Chinese herbs in total, and could be classified and further combined into 19 types, among which heat-clearing drugs, tonics, activate blood and removing blood stasis were commonly adopted, occupying 50.6%. There were 66 prescriptions collected, among which 31 were set prescriptions, and 35 were prescriptions formed by self-experience. Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Gancao Xiexin Decoction were commonly adopted. Conclusion Syndrome types and TCM prescription characteristics of Behcet's disease had certain regularity, which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
3.Clinical evaluation of porcelain laminate veneer in front teeth
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of porcelain laminate veneer in front teeth. Metheds 79 porcelain laminate veneers in front teeth in 38 cases were observed after finished repair and 18-month follow-up. The evaluator examined the restoration for shade, surface lubricity, marginal fit, plaque index and gingival index. Results Shade satisfaction was 82 % and 87 %, surface lubricity satisfaction was 100 % and 100 %, marginal fit satisfaction 84 % after restoration and 18-month follow-up. The plaque index of experince atal groups was 0.73?0.45 and the gingival index of experinceatal groups was 0.28?0.67. There was no statistically significant difference with regard 82 % and to plaque index and gingival index. Conclusion The effect of porcelain laminate veneer in front teeth is satisfactory.
4.Meta Analysis of the Association of Polymorphism in IL-28B Gene and Virological Response to Interferon in HBeAg-positive Chronic Hepatitis B
Journal of China Medical University 2015;44(8):749-752
Objective To explore the association between the polymorphism in IL-28B gene and the interferon virological response in HBeAg-posi-tive chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A literature search was performed on PubMed,web of Science,China Bio Medicine(CBM)and wan-Fang database. The references was screened with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then data were extracted and methodological quality of the studies was judged. Statistical analysis was carried out with RevMan 5.3 and STATA 11.0. Results Totally 7 publications were recruited for the study, including 1 345 patients. The meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference of interferon response between HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients with rs8099917TG/GG alleles and rs8099917TT alleles (P= 0.20). There was no statistical difference between Rs12979860CC and CT/TT allele for the sustained virological response(P=0.75). Conclusion Our current meta-analysis suggests that there was no correlation of rs8099917,rs12979860 polymorphism in IL-28B with the sustained virological response to interferon in HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis b.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;(6):580-582
Objective To investigate the effects of high frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)combined with inhaled nitric oxide(iNO) on neonates with severe meconium aspiration syndrome(MAS).Methods Sixty newborn infants with severe MAS admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of Shenzhen Children's Hospital from Oct 2008 to May 2011 were included for this study. All of them needed mechanical ventilation after birth and oxygenation index (OI) > 30.According to the different ventilation modes, they were randomly divided into conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV) group,HFOV group and HFOV combined with iNO (HFOV + iNO) group, each group had twenty neonates.OI and the rate of air leak and pulmonary hypertension in each group were compared. Results Ventilation after 24 h,OI of HFOV group and HFOV + iNO group were significantly decreased as compared with CMV group (19.0 ± 4.5 vs 11.0 ± 5.3 vs 25.0 ± 7.1,P < 0.05).In HFOV + iNO group, the obvious decline of OI(from 36.0 ± 7.4 to 24.0 ± 5.2) were observed at four hours after treatment. The rate of air leak in HFOV and HFOV + iNO groups was both zero as compared with CMV (5/20,25%).The rate of pulmonary hypertension in HFOV + iNO group was zero and the HFOV group was 30% (6/20),the CMV group was 40% (8/20).Conclusion HFOV combined with iNO was preferred treatment for neonates with severe MAS,and they have synergistic effect.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2002;0(08):-
Objective To study the effect of chronic iodine supplement on thyroid of iodine-deficient rats. Methods Iodine-deficient rat models were made by giving 4- week-old rats iodine-deficient fodder for 3 months. These iodine-deficient rats were then supplemented for 8 months 1-,3- and 6- fold iodine which corresponded to the 3 levels of iodine intake found in our epidemiological study in 3 rural communities. Then changes of thyroid after iodine supplement were observed. Results After supplement of 1-,3- and 6- fold iodine to iodine-deficient rats for 8 months, thyroid relative weight did not recover, and iodine accumulated in thyroid. The ultrastructure injuries of swelling mitochondria and dilating endoplasmic reticulum in epithelial cells of iodine-deficient thyroid did not recover, but became worse with iodine supplement increase. Conclusion Iodine supplement alone can not correct the injuries resulting from iodine deficiency;moreover,a sub-pathological state might occur.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(7):543-543
ObjectiveTo search for the effect and safety of urokinase (UK) in different dosage on acute cerebral infarction.Methods80 patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received UK 0.75 MU intravenously within 30 min. Group B received UK 1.0~1.5 MU intravenously within 30~45 min. ResultsThe neurological deficits scores was improved in both groups. There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05). The total effective rate and significant effective rate was 82.5% and 60.0% in group A respectively, but those were 87.5% and 65.0% in group B respectively(P>0.05). More hemorrhage happened in group B. ConclusionThe UK in small dosage is effective and relatively safe in treatment of acute cerebral infarctions.
