1.Progress in Ischemic White Matter Lesions
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(5):353-359
Head MRI and CT scans Can frequently find ischemic cerebral white matter lesions in healthy elderly and in patients with atherosclerosis.Ischemic cerebral white matter lesions are regarded as a manifestation of cerebral small vessel lesions.which Can result in symptoms such as cognitive impairment, and predict extraeranial or intracranial ischemic events. This article reviews the recent progress in research on cerebral white matter lesions.their pathogenesis and clirilcal significance.
2.Effect of mild and moderate iodine excess on thyroid function and morphology in iodine deficiency rats
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
Objective To study the effects of mild and moderate iodine excess on thyroid function and morphology in Wistar rats with iodine deficiency. Methods Rats with iodine-deficiency were prepared by drinking 1% postassium perchlorate solution followed by drinking double distilled water (DDW) containing 0 ?g/L (iodine deficient control) iodine load, 840 ?g/L or 1680 ?g/L iodine load. Normal rats in DDW group drank DDW with 0 ?g/L iodine and had common diet. Serum TSH was measured with solid phase radioimmunoassay (IRMA) and serum TT_4, TT_3, rT_3 and thyroid TT_4 with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Thyroid morphological changes were observed under optical and electron microscopes. Metamorphic imaging system was used to measure the height of thyrocytes and the area of thyroid follicular cavities. Results At the 90 th day after starting treatment, serum TSH levels in 840 ?g/L iodine group and 1680 ?g/L iodine group were markedly lower than that in iodine-deficient control group (both P
3.Opportunity of interventional radiology:advantages and application of interventional technique in biological target therapy

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(02):-
Interventional techniques not only provide opportunity of treatment for many diseases, but also alter the traditional therapeutic pattern. With the new century of wide application of biological therapies, interventional technique also shows extensive roles. The current biological therapy, including gene therapy, cell transplantation therapy, immunobiologic molecule therapy containing cell factors, tumor antibody or vaccine, recombined proteins,radioactive-particles and targeting materials therapy, can be locally administrated by interventional techniques. The combination of targeting biological therapies and high-targeted interventional technique holds advantages of minimal invasion, accurate delivery, vigorous local effect, and less systemic adverse reactions.Authors believe that the biological therapy may arise a great opportunity for interventional radiology, therefore interventional colleagues should grasp firmly and promptly for the development and extension in this field.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16:73-74)

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2000;0(11):-
Objective To analyze sampling frequency and grid density frequency on the computed radiography(CR)system and to develop an effective method to suppress or eliminate grid artifacts. Methods To test grids with different grid-density in combination with IP boards of different specifications. Radiographic images with various qualities were obtained by simulating two kinds of signaling frequencies (namely two kind of grids with different grid densities),and utilizing three kinds of sampling frequencies (6,8,10 pixels/mm).A variety of different simulation images were obtained. Results By comparing simulation images with actual images,it was discovered that correct signaling frequency could be achieved if the sampling frequency were equal to twice the signaling frequency. The obtained image was clear and free of grid artifact.A grid density of

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the drinking water quality of secondary water supply in Tongzhou District, Beijing in order to establish a data monitoring management system. Methods The uniform questionnaires were used for the on-the-spot investigation at secondary water supply units in the whole district, which included secondary water supply facility situations, environmental sanitary conditions and health management and so on. At the same time, municipal water and secondary supply water were tested. Results 48 units of secondary water supply were investigated. In this investigation, the main systems of secondary water supply were the low water tank added frequency conversion pump(accounts for 77.1%) and the inverter constant pressure water supply system with negative pressure(accounts for 14.3%). According to the hygienic requirements, the unqualified rate of water tank structure, disinfection facility and water tank room were 81.0%, 73.3% and 87.3% respectively; besides, 39.6% of the units used the invalid hygienic licenses, 43.5% of the water managers had no health certificates, and 54.5% of the units had never cleaned their water tanks. The total qualification rate of the secondary water supply was 66.7%. The main items that were not up to the standard were ammonia-nitrogen, free chlorine, recognizable objects with naked eyes, total bacteria count and turbidity. For the different water material, the qualification rate showed a significant difference(P=0.023). Conclusion The drinking water quality of the secondary water supply is lower than before and the preventive hygiene supervision and evaluation is comparatively delayed in the investigated district.
8.Protective Effects of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. Extract on Myocardial Ischemia in Mice
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract on experimental myocardial ischemia injury in mice. Methods The myocardial ischemia injury model was induced by isoproterenol in mice. The survival time of mice, the activities of LDH and CK in serum, the activity of SOD and level of MDA in myocardium were all measured. Results Compared with model group,Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract can prolong the survival time of mice after injured by isoproterenol in the close normobaric hypoxia, and decrease the activities of LDH and CK in serum. It can also increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in myocardium. Conclusion Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract has protective effects on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in mice.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2021;23(4):637-640,f3
Acute ischemic stroke has become one of the important causes of death and disability in human beings, especially in elderly patients. Intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase is an important treatment. However, there are many underlying diseases and poor overall conditions in elderly patients, which increase the risk of intracranial hemorrhage. Intracranial hemorrhage transformation makes the patient′s condition worse, which is the most serious complication of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis, and also one of the important reasons for the low treatment rate of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in elderly patients. Therefore, we need to pay close attention to the occurrence mechanism and risk factors of intracranial hemorrhage transformation after alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in elderly patients, so as to reduce the risk of intracranial hemorrhage transformation, improve the prognosis and reduce the risk of morbidity and mortality.
