3.Training program design of acupuncture and moxibustion manipulation techniques.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2009;29(12):1013-1015
As an important component of acupuncture-moxibustion science, needling and moxibustion is one methodology and technology and its technical characteristics determine its special status and role in training programs. It is closely ralated to meridians-collaterals-acupoints and acupuncture treatment. Therefore, it demands an overall planning for acupuncture professional skills that consists of meridians-collaterals-acupoints knowledge and acupuncture treatment techniques. The practical training courses are the step by step progress involving repeated practices.

4.Exploration and reflection on bilingual teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2006;26(9):673-675
OBJECTIVETo explore bilingual teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion for cultivating compound senior acupuncture persons.
METHODSBeginning with the concept of bilingual teaching in conjunction with acupuncture own characteristics, the problems involved in the practice of bilingual teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion were analyzed and explored.
RESULTSUnifying opinion and correct localizing position should be started for acupuncture and moxibustion bilingual teaching, and choice of teachers, subjects, models, materials, examination of bilingual teaching should be focused on, and appropriate means should be applied in practice to test, consolidate and distillate the effect of bilingual teaching.
CONCLUSIONBilingual teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion is an important measure of economic globalization and knowledge economy. Only if various teaches involved in its practice were properly dealt with could better teaching results be obtained.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2009;29(9):749-751
According to the law of circulation of meridians and the locations of acupoints, the opposite acupoints were proposed. It facilitates comprehension of the routes of meridians and the locations of acupoints. Application of opposite needling or penetrative needling, it is easy to practice and the effectiveness is significant. Promoting this concept into acupuncture training, can expand out from acupoint to meridian, from one meridian to other meridians, it will generate good rewards.

7.Construction of inheritance way of acupuncture and moxibustion science based on tacit knowledge.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2013;33(3):273-275
The conception and characteristics of tacit knowledge and the tacit knowledge in the science of acupuncture-moxibustion are analyzed in this paper. It is proposed that the attention should be paid to digging the tacit knowledge in the science of acupuncture-moxibustion and constructing the corresponding inheritance way, which could effectively improve the students' cultivation quality and reach the aim of talent cultivation centered on the clinical thinking ability, acupuncture operation skill and clinical innovation ability.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2008;28(8):611-614
The present paper is armed at approach to a set of teaching method about the needling skill of filiform needle, so as to increase teaching quality. After review and analysis on present situation of teaching methods about the needling skill of filiform needle, it is raised that traditional teaching methods are unable to objectively and comprehensively reflect characteristics and requirement of manipulation, so try to adopt acupuncture manipulation detection instrument, on the basis of traditional teaching methods about the needling skill of filiform needle. And the parameters and figures of manipulation examine of real-time collection in 131 students and information of 120 copies of questionnaire are analyzed and summarized. It is indicated that combined teaching method of traditional model and the manipulation instrument is more reasonable, and basic manipulation training most he strengthened in manipulation skill training, particularly, pay attention to training of twirling manipulation.

9.Mediating Effect of Social Capital between Transformational Leadership Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hospital Nurses.
Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Administration 2017;23(5):558-566
PURPOSE: This study was conducted to examine the current status of transformational leadership behavior (TLB) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and to investigate the mediating effect of social capital on the relationship between TLB and OCB in hospital nurses. METHODS: A cross-sectional descriptive study design was used with a convenience sample of 219 nurses from two university-affiliated teaching hospitals in South Korea. RESULTS: The survey instruments measured TLB, OCB, and social capital. Data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé's test, Baron and Kenny's regression method. The average level of TLB was 3.13 points, for OCB 3.64 points, and for social capital 3.24 points in social capital. Positive correlations were found between TLB, OCB, and social capital. Hospital nurses' social capital showed a significant mediating effect on the relationship between TLB and OCB. CONCLUSION: Findings indicate that TLB is a contributing factor to better OCB, and TLB can lead to improved OCB through social capital. Interventions to improve social capital of nurses in health-care organizations have important implications for OCB improvement.

10.Comparison Analysis of Two Different Training Methods for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation by Laypersons.
Journal of the Korean Society of Emergency Medicine 2013;24(6):656-663
PURPOSE: This study compared the effectiveness and ease of operation of two different training methods, response sequence based training (RBST) and chest compression first training (CCFT), for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). METHODS: Eighty-five railroad workers were divided into two groups: those who applied the usual CPR training method (response sequence based training, 44 people) and those who applied our CPR training method (chest compression first training, 41 people). The objective skill performances were evaluated by using a mannequin (JAMY-IV RECO, Kyotokagaku, Japan). RESULTS: There was no statistical difference in CPR performance and artificial ventilation success rate between the RSBT group and the CCFT group. However, the artificial compression success rate and compression depth of the CCFT group compared to the RSBT group was statistically higher (p=0.006, 0.001). In addition, the wrong-hand-position rate of the RSBT group compared to the CCFT group was statistically higher (p=0.000). Furthermore, instructor satisfaction with practical training operations in the CCFT group compared to the RSBT group was statistically higher (p=0.001) and instructors reported that students were focused and easily capable of performing the CCFT training method. CONCLUSION: The chest compression first training method is easy to perform and not too complex to operate, making it effective in student performance and instruction. More effective CPR training is expected based on this method.
