Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To observe the expression of bag-1 and heat shock protein (HSP) 70 in clinical malignant tumors and the correlation between them. Methods RT-PCR and Immunohistochemistry were employed to examine the expression of bag-1 and HSP70 in 69 cases with gastroenteric cancer (54 cancer tissues and 15 non-cancer tissues). Results The expression of Bag-1 was detected in 96.3% of the cases, much higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and no correlation was observed between histological grade and HSP 70 expression. Conclusion There exists definite relationship between the gastroenteric cancer and the expression of bag-1 and HSP70, and there are close correlation between the tumor progress and the expression of bag-1.

3.Effects of combined hypoxia and NaCN intoxication on the heart function of rats
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective To approach the effects of combined plateau hypoxia due to high altitude and sodium cyanide(NaCN)intoxication on the heart function of rats. Methods 84 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:only NaCN intoxication in plain areas(altitude 308m)(PL group)and combined high altitude(altitude 4 000m)hypoxia and NaCN intoxication(PH group).Rats in PH group were pre-treated with hypoxia for 72h in a plateau hypoxia cabin(simulating altitude 4 000m).12 rats of PH group were anesthetized.NaCN in a dosage of 3.6mg/kg was subcutaneously injected into the back of rats.At the time points of-10min,0min,10min,20min,30min,40min,50min,60min and 90min after NaCN injection, the left ventricular systolic pressure(mLVSP),+dP/dtmax and heart rate(HR)were recorded by physiological functions signal processing system RM6240.The arterial blood were taken from the other 72 rats for myocardium zymogram detection(including AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB)at the time points of 0h,0.5h,1h,2h,4h and 6h after NaCN injection. Results Compared with the PL group, the mLVSP,+dP/dtmax,and HR changed obviously(P

China Pharmacist 2014;(10):1702-1704
Objective:To analyze the clinical features of the patients with drug-induced liver injury ( DILI) combined with hepati-tis B to improve the awareness and attention to the disease by medical workers. Methods:Using retrospective analysis, the patients di-agnosed with DILI combined with hepatitis B from a tertiary-hospital were analyzed from January 2013 to January 2014. Results:Total-ly 30 cases of DILI combined with hepatitis B were collected, the number of male patients was higher than that of female patients, and most of them were elderly patients. The symptoms included weak, anorexia, yellow skin and sclera, tired of the oil, nausea, abdominal distension and so on. The patients with severe liver damage accounted for 80. 0%, 16. 7% was with moderate liver damage, and 3. 3%was with mild liver damage. Thirteen cases were mixed type, ten cases were hepatocellular type, and seven cases were cholestatic type. Conclusion:Middle-aged men may be prone to the disease, and the clinical manifestations are complex and diverse. Severe liver damage is majority, and often shows as mixed liver injury.

China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Purpose:To study the effectiveness of inserting central venous catheter was inserted into pericardial cavity for the drainage and treatment of lung cancer hydropericardium. Methods:A central venous catheter into pericardial cavity by pericardial puncture and continuous drainage, then chemotherapeutic agents were administered. Results:Among twelve patients, complete response was seen in 4 cases and partial response in 7, no cardiostenosis and sinus appeared. Conclusions:This method is convenient, effective, safe for the treatment of lung cancer hydropericardium and without apparent complications.

Objective To investigate the changes of the peripheral blood platelet counting and function the mouse model of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and to observe the effect of Zidian Granule (ZG). Methods The peripheral platelet counting was conducted with the automatic hemocyte analyzer; CD41 andCD61 level was measured with flow cytometry. Results The amount of the peripheral blood platelet in ITP model mouse was decreased after injection of antiplatelet serum (APS) and CD41 and CD61 were also decreased.(P

Objective To explore the efficacy of the case and scenario teaching method in the neurosurgery practice teaching. Methods By cluster sampling,153 nursing students underwent rotary practice in neurosurgery department in People's Hospital of Three Gorges University from September 2011 to July 2012 were trained with the case and scenario teaching method.Scenario simulation training combined with case playback teaching was used in practice teaching. At the end of the internship, nursing students' satisfaction was investigated and their operational capacity was evaluated.Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to evaluate satisfaction.Operational capacity evaluation scores of nursing students were divided into several parts:basic operation examination (30%),specialized operation (30%),professional theory (30%) and teacher evaluation (10%).Data were analyzed using Excel spreadsheet for entry.Countif and Count function formula were used to calculate eligibility and the passing rate. Results Nursing students had high evaluation on case playback teaching methods.By this method,153(100%) nursing students considered that the learning initiative was improved. At the end of the internship, passing rates of basic operation examination, specialized operation, professional theory were 98.69% (151/153),96.73 % (148/153) and 100% while the total passing rate was 100%.Conclusion The case and scenario teaching method could develop the study positivity and practice ability of nursing students and can enhance the internship efficacy.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2009;40(6):559-564
Aim: To elucidate the structure of an acidic polysaccharide from Cordyceps sinensis and to study its protective effect on renal cell injury by cisplatin. Methods: After Cordyceps sinensis acidic polysaccharide( CAPS) was isolated and purified, the purity and molecule weight were detected by high performance gel permeation chro-matography( HPGPC). Based on the UV spectrum, FT-IR spectrum, monosaccharide composition and GC-MS, the structures were elucidated. Cisplatin-induced injury of Madin-Darby canine kidney( MDCK) cell line was protec-ted by the blood serum with CAPS. Results: The purity of CAPS, with a molecule weight of 2. 7×10~4, was about 99%. It consisted mainly of mannose, glucose and galactose. When the serum with CAPS reached 2.5%, it showed difference compared with the cisplatin group (P <0. 05) on the protective effect of renal cell injury. It showed significant difference( P <0.01) when the serum with CAPS exceeded 5%. Conclusion: CAPS has a pro-tective effect on the renal cell injury in vitro.
