1.Systematic Evaluation of Randomized Control Trial on TCM and Antibiotics in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness of TCM and antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infection(UTI) systematically.METHODS:According to the requirements of Cochrane systematic review,literatures were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang database.A meta-analysis was performed on 18 literatures conforming to inclusion criteria.RESULTS:Compared with control group,the OR value of treatment group and subgroups including TCM group,TCM combined with antibiotics group,chronic UTI group and senile UTI group were 3.99,3.95,3.95,4.23,4.35,respectively.The 95%CI of those groups were(2.97,5.37),(2.80,5.80),(2.80,5.80),(2.61,6.83),(2.64,7.18).The OR value was of treatment group 0.25(95%CI:0.17,0.37;P
2.Study on high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for uterine fibroids

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods: HIFU was used in 15 patients(27uterine leiomyoma). Observe the change of patients after treatment, such as abdominal pain, irregular bleeding, menorrhagia, menostaxis. Then ultrasound imaging of uterine fibroid size change.Results: Thirteen cases of abdominal pain after treatment were improved, the effective rare was 81.82%; for irregular bleeding was 83.33%, menorrhagia was 81.82%, menstrual extension were 75%. 13 cases of 27 fibroids after 25±5d ultrasound review, there were no obvious change in the size of fibroid. 11 cases of 24 fibroids after 60±5d ultrasound review, 21 of them have no obvious change; total rate is 87.5%(21/24). There were 2 fibroid increases slightly about 10% of diameter, that’s 8.33% of total (2/24). 1 fibroid shrank about 15%, that’s 4.17%(1/24).Conclusion: HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids can achieve better clinical results, but not significantly reduce fibroids. Therefore, HIFU is a new treatment option for patient who preserves the uterus and fertility preserving ability, drug conservative treatment is invalid, cannot tolerate operation or fibroid recurrence.
3.Determination of Dachnetin in Qufeng Xitong Plasters by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method of the determination of dapchnetin in Qufeng xitong plaster. METHODS:The sample was determined on Sinochrom ODS-BP(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(14∶86) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm and the sample size was 20 ?L.RESULTS:The calibration curve of daphnetin was linear over the concentration range of 20~120 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 99.36%(RSD=0.70%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate with satisfactory recovery rate,and it can be used for the quality control of Qufeng xitong plaster.

Voiding cystourethrography (VCUG) as the gold standard in the diagnosis of vesicoureteral reflux(VUR) has become a consensus, the commonly used imaging methods include radioactive nuclide, ultrasound, magnetic resonance examination methods, etc.Ultrasonic and magnetic resonance technology have made the most development, which can reduce the radiation of the contrast agents and make noninvasive possible at the same time.With the development of technology, people gradually change research direction by reducing the radiation transition of contrast agents to reducing the radiation contrast agents and avoiding catheter insertion, which can achieve high quality imaging and improve the sensitivity of the inspection and specific degrees.
7.Clinical efficacy analysis of microsurgical clipping in treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysm in elderly patients

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of microsurgical clipping for the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysm in elderly patients.Methods 150 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms in our hospital from May 2009 to Apr 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with microsurgical clipping,and the control group was treated with endovascular intervention.The efficacy,Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of microsurgical clipping was significantly higher in observation group than in the control group (96.0% vs.78.7%,x2 =13.54,P<0.05).The cure rate of GOS scale was significantly higher in observation group than in the control group (80% vs.66.7%,x2 =4.525,P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (9.3% vs.20.0%,x2 =4.58,P<0.05).Conclusions Microsurgical clipping for the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysm has the high success rate and cure rate,with fewer complications and lower medical costs,and is worthy of promotion.
8.Establishment of high efficient tranfection and expression system for phPPARy 1-1RES2-EGFP recombinant plasmid in vitro

Objective:To establish high efficient transfection and expression system in vitro for phPPAR?1-IRES2-EGFP re- combinant plasmid carrying human peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor?1(hPPAR?1)gene.Methods:Cationic lipid trans- fection reagent lipofectamine 2000 was used to transfect phPPAR?1-IRES2-EGFP recombinant plasmid and control pIRES2- EGFP plasmid to 293 cells.The profiles of GFP expression and transfection efficiency were measured by fluorescence mi- croscopy.Expression of PPAR?1 in transfected 293 cells were determined by werstern blot and real time quantitative poly- merase chain reaction.Results:GFP expression level was high in transfeced 293 cells,the transfection efficiency of phP- PAR?1-IRES2-EGFP was(83?11)%.In transfected 293 cells,high efficient expression of hPPAR?1 gene were detected both at mRNA and protein levels by real-time PCR and western blot analyses.Conclusion:High efficient transfection and expres- sion system for phPPAR?1-IRES2-EGFP recombinant plasmid in vitro is successfully established,which provide a useful tool in investigating hPPAR?gene function as well as establishing molecular platform by which the candidates of unknown hP- PAR?ligands or activators can be found.
9.Cloning and sequencing of the full-length of human PPAR? cDNA

Objective:To clone and sequence the full-length of human PPAR? cDNA in order to further construct the eukaryotic expression vector carrying hPPAR? gene.Methods:hPPAR? cDNA was cloned from HepG2 cells total RNA by RT-PCR.The PCR product recovered from gel were ligated with pMD19-T vector and transformed into DH5? competent cell.The integrity and fidelity of hPPAR? cDNA sequence inserted in T vector were verified by BamH I and Sal I double excising and DNA sequencing assays.Results:The positive clone T vector plasmid containing correct sequence of hPPAR? cDNA were verified by enzyme digestion as well as sequence analysis and was named as pMD19-hPPAR?-T vector.The sequence of inserted hPPAR? cDNA was in accordance with the corresponding sequence in GeneBank database(AY919140).Conclusion:hPPAR? gene is successfully cloned and the pMD19-hPPAR?-T intermediate vector is constructed,which provide a good basis for further constructing the eukaryotic expression vector carrying hPPAR? gene and studying the receptor's function.
10.Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis and its risk factors analysis

Objective Retrospective study of color Doppler ultrasound image of the characteristics of lower limb venous thrombosis,evaluate the clinical diagnostic value,and to study the comformation for the purpose of clinical early diagnose and treatment.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound diagnoses were carried out on 32 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis and the thrombus echo characteristics,scope of thrombus,venous wall,vascular diameter and blood flow were observed.Results In 32 cases,17 cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound of acute lower limb venous thrombosis,12 cases of subacute thrombosis,and 3 cases of chronic thrombosis.The ultrasonic imaging characteristics of every period has its specificity.Also,majority of the patients had traumatic fractures.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is the top noninvasive method for venous thrombosis of lower limb,it can not only confirm the range and degree of lower extremity venous thrombosis,and to dynamically observe its ongoing at the same time.It has irreplaceable advantage over other imaging diagnose method in clinical diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis.
