1.Progress in treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(9):1435-1437
Ascites formation represents a hallmark of decompensated liver cirrhosis. It predicts a poor outcome.Patients with ascites are at high risk of developing complications such as SBP (spontaneous bacterial peritonitis),hyponatremia and HRS (hepatorenal syndrome).Adequate treatment of cirrhotic ascites increases survival and betters quality of life.Despite improved current medical treatment of ascites, liver transplantation remains the ultimate treatment of refractory ascites. This paper summarizes the treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2017;30(1):50-53
Objective To discuss the clinical features of dystonia manifested as Parkinsonism ( PKS) . Methods Clinical materials of a patient with dystonia manifested as PKS were analyzed retrospectively. Results The onset age of the young women was 31 years old, who was started asymmetrically with symptoms of claudication and tremor of the right foot. Levodopa had a short-term effect. The results of dopamine transporter ( DAT) PET showed that DAT in retrolentiform part were decreased significantly. Atypical Parkinson's disease was considered and she was treated as PKS long-termly. Subsequently, heterozygous mutation of c. 268-4T>A (NM_018105) in DYT6 gene was found through the next-generation sequencing, which was a kind of splicing mutation and confirmed by the first-generation sequencing. Conclusions Patients with dystonia might share similar clinical manifestations with PKS. Particularly, they should be differentiated with young-onset Parkinson's disease combined with focal dystonia. Clinical observation and genetic testing are important approaches to differentiate them.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(03):-
Objective: To compare the difference of Vitamin B in serum in healthy adults and patiens with Crohn's disease. Methods: 24 healthy adults and 20 patients were measured for Vitamin B1,B6,B12 in serum.A HPLC-DAD method was developed to determine vitamin B extracted directly from human serum.Purospher RP-18 column was used for the gradient elution with mobile phase: 0.04 mol phosphate buffer: methanol(60∶40).Results: The results proved to be linear in measurements of VB1,VB6 and VB12 and the correlation coefficients were 0.999 827,0.985 097 and 0.999 994,respectively.The contents of Vitamin B(VB1,VB6,VB12) in Cronhn's patients were significantly lower than in healthy adults. Conclusion: The measurements of Vitamin B in human serum by HPLC-DAD method are clinically helpful to diagnosis and treatment for Crohn's disease.

Objective To investigate the correlation of tissue factor (TF) and p53 protein expression in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of TF and p53 protein was studied by immunohistochemistry in 43 cases of primary colorectal carcinoma. Results TF expression was positive in 44.2% (19/43) of cases, and p53 protein expression was positive in 48.8% (21/43) of cases. The lymph node metastatic rate was 78.9% (15/19) in patients with positive expression of TF, and 85.7% (18/21) in patients with positive p53 protein expression. Both TF and p53 protein expressions showed significant correlation with lymph node metastasis (?~2=8.96 and 14.88, P
