1.Discussion on the Development of the HigherEducation in Medical Science after Joining with the Synthetic University
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
In the last few years, Many medical colleges have been joined with synthetic universities because of creat-ing the international and well-known and high level universities. In the article the author expounds the exploitation'sadvantage of synthetic university respectively from the foundational mode, the humanities and agency science, the cal-culator technique and the knowledge diversification. He also discusses the problems arising from the united universityand the correlative plan to the effect of the problems from the contradiction of resources` division, the managing mode ofthe medical education, the phenomena of "Teaching is heavier than Researching" and the popularization of highereducation, hoping to draw lessons from the advanced experience abroad extensively to enhance and perfect the newmode of our higher medical education.[
2.The Annotation and Application of the Several Main Resources in Clinical Practice
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
To adapt to the variety of environment, the teaching of clinical practice must face some innovations and reformations in the contents and methods. The article discusses the specialties and applications of the several main resources, such as clinical teachers(the resource of manpower)?the training center of clinical skills(the resource of methods) ?the SP(the resource of carriers),then, provides some useful information for the teaching innovations in clinical practice.
3.Prognostic factors in 83 patients with cervical carcinoma treated with high-dose-rate brachytherapy and external radiotherapy
China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Purpose:To investigate the related factors affecting the prognosis of patients with cervical carcinoma treated with radiotherapy. To analyze the relationship between the survival rate and some factors such as the tumor size, treatment days and local control. Methods:From April 1993 to April 2001,83 cervical carcinoma patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were treated with cobalt teletherapy and 192 Ir high-dose-rate brachytherapy as primary treatment. The method of external irradiation: first deliver DT25-26Gy/13 fraction, then increase the dose to DT48-50Gy with middle lead block in the field. The internal radiation method: the dose ir A point is DT 35 Gy/7 fraction. Kaplan- Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate and Log-rank test for the difference significance.Results:①local control: the 1-,2-,3-,5-year survival rates in complete response and partial response patients and progressive patients were respectively 95.87%,77.12%,73.09% 73.09%and 34.29%,0%,0%,0%,there is significant difference between them . ②treatment days :the 1-,2-,3-,5-year survival rates in the patients with treatment days exceeding 56 days and not exceeding 56 days were respectively 93.88%,82.86% 80.19%,80.19% and 78.95%,30.55%,22.91%,22.91%,there is significant difference between them . ③the maximum tumor diameter : the 1-,2-,3-,5- year survival rates in patients with the maximum tumor diameter exceeding 4 centimeters and not exceeding 4 centimeters were respectively 95.12%,82.86%,79.67%,79.67% and 81.93%,58.20%,53.35%,53.35%,there is significant difference between them.Conclusions:①The patients with local residual tumor and bigger tumor volume had relatively poorer prognosis;②The treatment days should be shortened to 8 weeks if possible;③ The comprehensive treatment and shortened treatment days may improve the therapeutic effect for the patients with tumor size ≥4cm,local residual and progressive tumor.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2003;0(06):-
Objective To explore methods of diagnostic and treatment for renal cortical abscess to reduce its misdiagnosis. Methods Eleven cases of renal cortical abscess diagnosed and treated at Beijing International Airport Hospital during 1991 to 2003 were reviewed and analyzed. Results Among the 11 patients with renal cortical abscess, diagnosis was established in nine(82%)before treatment, seven were cured by incision and drainage, one was cured by incision and drainage only after failure in percutaneous nephropuncture, and one was cured by intravenous injection of antibiotics. Two cases(18%)were misdiagnosed as renal cancer and radical nephrectomy were performed for them. Conclusions Diagnosis for renal cortical abscess should be based on combination of patients clinical manifestation, laboratory examinations and imaging findings.Incision and drainage is the choice of treatment for renal cortical abscess.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of point injection and em bedding therapy on postoperative pain of hemorrhoid patients. Me thods Totally 105 hemorrhoid patients were rand omized into a treatment group (54 cases) and a control group (51 cases). The tre atment group was treated by point injec tion and embedding therapy at Changqiang point (GV 1) under the local anesthesia . The control group was treated by Indometacin Suppository after operation. On the fir st, second, four th and seventh day of the treatment, the pain occurrence, pain severity, and com prehensive effect scores were recorded for the evaluation of therapeutic effect and safety. Results On all interview periods, the compr ehensive effect score, pain occurrence, pain severity, patient satisfaction, occurrence of untoward eff ect, complications, and analgesics combination in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group (P
10.An experimental osteoarthritis induced by implanting composite material into subchondral bone of rabbit knee
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(03):-
[Objective]To investigate the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis by increasing stiffness of subchondral bone to simulate subchondral bone sclerosis to induce the osteoarthritis.[Methods]The proportion between polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA),methylmethacrylate(MMA),hydroxyapatite(HA) and distilled water was adjusted to keep the maximum reaction temperature under 40℃.The composite material PMMA/HA was obtained and compressed on a mechanical material machine to determine its ultimate strength and stiffness, which were compared with those of subchondral bone. The subchondral bone of medial tibial plateau was scraped, where the composite material PMMA /HA was implanted into.Rabbits were sacrificed at 3,6,9 and 12 weeks, respectively. The articular cartilages of the medial tibial plateau were harvested for histological observation.Immunohistochemical analysis was adopted to record the expression and distribution of collagen type Ⅱ and MMP-1 in cartilage at protein level, which were compared with the blank and control groups.Transmission electron microscope was used to examine the ultramicroscopic changes of chondrocytes in blank and 6,12-week-postsurgery groups.[Results]With the time going, the experimental groups gradually presented degeneration, and had increased histological Mankin score.TEM demonstrated degenerative changes of chondrocytes.Collagen type Ⅱ expressed mainly in transition zone and upper deep zone, and MMP-1 expressed predominantly in the superficial and upper intermediate layers of cartilage. Both expressions steadily increased with time passing.[Conclusion]The increased stiffness of subchondral bone induced osteoarthritis in rabbits, which suggests that subcondral bone sclerosis may induce cartilage damage, and that subcondral bone sclerosis is one of the initial pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.
