According to the limited class hours and requirements of medicinary major curriculum application,this paper attempts to make some choice of physical chemistry teaching contents and emphasize on the first class,and also to explore bilingual teaching of partial chapters and experimental teaching.

Objective To explore the mutation in corel β3-galactosyl-transferase specific molecular chaperone(Cosmc、no-coding region and it's effects on the transcription level of Cosmc in Tn antigen positive tumor cells.Methods The Tn antigen positive(Tn+)and negative(Tn-)cells were separated from tumor tissues by immune magnetic bead,then the genomic DNA(gDNA),total RNA were prepared by Qiagen AllPrep DNA/RNA mini kit. In these cells.the transcription levels of T-synthase and Cosmc mRNA were tested by RT-PCR.the DNA of Cosmc non-coding region was amplified by PCR,the mutation in Cosmc non-coding region were further detected by sequencing.Results There are no mutation appearing in Tn-cells,one or more mosaic sequence allele appearing in portion of patient's Tn-cells.Almost of the Tn+cells which separated from tumor tissues and Jurkat T cell exists mutation.but the mutation style and mutation point were not saine in different tumor.Thtee patient's Tn+cells have loss of hetemzygosity(LOH),four patient's Tn+cells and Jurkat T cell have point mutation.Although no difference of transcription level of T-synthase mRNA in Tn+ and Tn-cells.but the transcription level of Cosmc mRNA in Tn+ cell was much lower than that in Tn-cell.The ratio of T-synthase/Cosmc mRNA in Tn+ tumor cells was hiigher than that in Tn-cell.Conclusion The tumor Tn antigen arise from mutation in Cosmc non-coding region maybe result from transcription level decreased of Cosmc mRNA.

Objective To observe the change of gastro-intestinal hormone levels about syndrome type of stagnation of liver qi, deficiency of spleen and stomach, liver qi stagnation and spleen qi deficiency in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and to probe into the correlation between TCM syndrome type and gastro-intestinal hormone levels. Methods One hundred and three cases of patients with IBS were divided into liver qi stagnation group (35 cases), spleen and stomach deficiency group (30 cases) and liver qi stagnation and spleen qi deficiency group (38 cases), with normal group (10 cases) as control. Objective To analyze the risk factors of early renal damage in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods The clinical data of 196 children with HSP admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the renal damage group and non-renal damage group within 90 d after confirmed diagnosis.The related clinical data such as serum immunoglobulin and urinary microalbumin were compared between the two groups,and the risk factors of early renal damage in children with HSP were screened.Results There were significant differences between the two groups on age,joint symptoms,recurrent purpura,persistent rash,gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal pain(with χ2 or t of 11.345,16.223,11.275,43.211,12.592,17.771,P<0.05).The white blood cell count,platelet count,immunoglobulin A(IgA) level and urinary albumin level also showed significant differences between the two groups(t=33.750,60.442,9.451,8.458,P<0.05).The multivariate regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors for early renal damage in children with HSP included age(OR=2.703),recurrent purpura(OR=2.721),persistent skin rash(OR=1.782),gastrointestinal bleeding(OR=11.472),abdominal pain(OR=2.046),IgA level(OR=1.221) and urine microalbumin(OR=3.214).Conclusion Age,recurrent purpura,persistent skin rash,gastrointestinal bleeding,abdominal pain,IgA level and urine microalbumin are closely related to early renal damage in children with HSP.

Corneal refractive surgery has been the major solution for the correction of ametropia.With the standardization of preoperative examination,intraoperative procedure and perioperative drugs,corneal refractive surgery has become much safer.Meanwhile,patients can get not only good visual acuity,but also favorable visual quality.However,the patient satisfaction has not been improved dramatically with the enhance of effectiveness and safety after surgery.Increase of the satisfaction degree to corneal refractive surgery is related to multiple factors such as experienced and highly skilled operation,operative safety,lessening operative complication,good postoperative visual and life quality of patients.Comprehensively analyzing existing problems in corneal refractive surgery in China and further obtain satisfaction of patient will be of an important significance for the healthy development of laser corneal refractive surgery.

Objective: To study the possible mechanism of malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods: Multicenter prospective cohort study was designed . Forty-four peritoneal dialysis patients who survived two years after a cross-sectional study were included in the present study. We divided our patients into two groups according to the dietary protein intake(DPI) during follow-up period, DPI lower than 0.78 g/( kg?d) or DPI higher than 0.78 g/( kg?d). Patients' nutritional status was evaluated during the cross-sectional study and at the end of follow-up. 22 patients were divided into two groups according to the nutritional status improved or worsened in subjective global assessment (SGA) during the follow-up period. Besides nutritional status, patient's residual renal function, volume status and the incidence of cardiovascular event during the follow-up period were also evaluated. Results: Based on SGA , the incidence of malnutrition in low-DPI group was 60.9% in the cross-sectioned study and 45.5% after the follow-up. In high-DPI group, it decreased from 57.1% to 28.6%. The residual renal function declined significantly in worse nutritional status group, the incidences of volume overload and cardiovascular events during follow-up study were significantly higher in worse nutritional status group than that in improved nutritional status group. Conclusion: Malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis patients may not be simply due to lower protein intake. The changes in residual renal function, fluid overload and cardiovascular disease, accompanied with low dietary protein intake may be the possible cause of malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis patients.

Proteomics is a science of investigating pathogenesis in the level of protein, making proteom as the object of study, based on the exhaustive study of protein. Protein chip array and SELDI-TOF-MS technology is a new technologic platform, and it has an extensive prospect for application. Present article reviews the cross-correlation technique and progress of study of proteomics, as well as its application in urinary tumors'research.
